The room is very big. Excelent for group of friends, family ....The location is also excelent! With Monoprix, boulangeries, cafes, bar just on the corner.I Defenitly recomend this hotel. The bathroom and the refrigerator could me a little more clean. The smell of the refrigerator was awfull. |

We are family of five. We booked a big room about one week. There is supermarket (monoprix) near this hotel. There are many devices for eating sufficiently to make meal ourselves. At first I had been worry about bad environment in which the young people make noises in the midnight. When I read booking.com's review of this hotel, I knew this. However, sometimes being security man around this hotel, so they couldn't make noise. And this hotel's security systems were provided sufficiently. For example we need password or card to enter the hotel, to use elevator and of course to enter the room, and so on. So, we didn't mind about noise in the midnight for about one week. I think owner has been making efforts to make public security be better. Location is a little bit far away from center of Paris. Cars can't enter the road in front of this hotel at night, so if you or your friend will visit this hotel by car, you have to remember this control. However that is needed to keep environment better. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the facilities incl. soap, detergent etc. Two bathrooms was a nice bonus as well as the spacious balcony, and also having two TV's was nice esp. when traveling with children. The park nearby is great (Parc Butte Chaumont) and well worth a visit. Would have been nice to have a starter kit with coffe/tee but this is a minor detail. |

Nice appartment with a balcony. Not very large, but still it was very convenient and very well equiped. A supermarket just around the corner and the metro station in 3 minutes walk. In the evenings the area is a bit dark. |

Near the metro for trips into the city. Near supermarket for self catering and free wifi access. Some staff were particularly patient and helpful. If you have a car it is a bit inconvenient to leave it somewhere outside the pedestrian zone the hotel entrance on, to check in and then find their car park. Lots of teenagers from the neighborhood hanging out by the front door day and night made it seem unsafe. |

Kitchen was good. Staff were friendly. We saw a rat on 5 occasions outside our apartment (which was ground floor). The room was not hoovered into the corners eg under radiators - which is something you notice when you are collecting belongings up with children. No chopping board in kitchen which is an essential. |

I liked the closeness of the metro station and the shop. It was also nice that we had the ground floor apartment, so we could sit in the little garden in the evenings when we came back from the city center. |

The hotel is very close to subway and supermarket(about 5 minutes) and has a park nearby. The rooms are ok (with kitchen and TV) and staff friendly. We will certainly come here on other occasions! There is a kindergarten nearby. |

We were a family of grandparents and four teenagers and we found it a very convenient area for supermarket, internet cafe and metro. We would definitely book again. Very clean and comfortable. I was injured and the staff were very helpful in calling an ambutlance. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone especially as the metro was so close and easy to reach all the tourist parts! surrounding Area outside was dirty and noisy but after initial 'shock' didn't bother us. I personally slept through the noise. |

The hotel was fine..central , plenty room for four people ,handy restaurants nearby..BUT..noise at night from young people hanging around outside was outragious.we complained and the night reception staff sais they go out every 15 minutes and ask them to be quiet .we also saw the police talking to them another night but none of this has any effect as there was shouting and roarint tilabout 3am..perhaps a room at the back of building would be better..the gang hanging around was a bit intimidating to walk past also..a pity about it as I would not recommend the hotel to friends because of this.. |

Very close to the metro, supermarket and restaurant. Free internet, good security and everything needed for cooking in the room . When we arrived, we had two problems. The first is that one of the two rooms reserved had a leak after taking bath, followed by a bad smell on the following day. In addition to that, on the first day the free intrenet was not available. However, the hotel staff succedded on solving both problems on the following day. So we were, afterall, happy with the service. |

room comfort and security of the building the neighbourhood has become unsure. Vandals smashed the streetlights. Beside that we prefer rooms with keys and not electronic cards |

Very quiet area, accessible by 2 metro stations, Bouzakris and Jourdain (metro direct to chatelet). Shops and 1-2 restaurants. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Easy to find. Personeel were very helpful. On the Saturday evening there was a group of young men at the end of the street that were talking so loudly until 4.00 am that they could be clearly heard even though the windows were shut. Difficult to find anywhere open for breakfast although bakkers on rue de bouzakris was open.suggestion to the hotel is some information on the area/services etc in the room. |

Overall, we were pleased with our stay at the appartment. The metro was closed, the supermarket was just around the corner and the area is very quiet. - The cleaning of the appartment only happened once a week. - There was no hairdryer and no frying pan (had to buy one myself at the local supermarket). - There was a box of tissues in the bathroom but it's only filled in again when the cleaning is done, i.e. after one week. - we got a studio appartment on the first floor and next to the elevator : a little bit noisy at times. |

It is not far from the City and convenient with a supermarket, bakery and little shops nearby. The staff are very helpful and unlike the myth that we always get that they do not entertain the guests' requests or questions because the guests do not speak French. My daughter was locked in the bathroom on the day of our departure and the maintenance people came very quickly to sort our the problem. |

The price is fair, it is close to a Metro station, the staff speaks a good English. The facilities, the hotel don't clean my room during my stay, don't change the towels, the laundry machine it is difficult to use. |
