Everything! Location was marvelous, just steps away from Sacre coure and there was a cosy nice Christmas market there! Very near to the metro yet located in a quiet area which makes it absolutely peaceful and comfortable. The kitchen was a plus, with supermarkets nearby, getting fresh food to cook was not a problem. The free internet wifi was superbly fast. All in all, the best stay ever in Paris, considering we've stayed in many parts of Paris before. Service was excellent from the front desk, they speak good English and they're friendly. A lot of small restaurants around serving french food. Stays of 4 days or more, no cleaning service included. But we already knew this prior to choosing our stay here.

Good location and central for some interesting parts of the City. Our apartment was up on the 5th floor and was spacious enough for four people if necessary. On arrival at 1400, we were told our room would not be ready for another hour (in fact it was nearer two). We walked out on to the street and found a couple performing a 'sexual act' within 20m of the hotel front. Absolutely shocking and disgraceful! It says something about the precise location for this hotel. That and the never ending dog muck on the streets made us glad we didn't have children with us. We stayed for 4 nights and were amazed to find that cleaning and new towels were not included in the price!! We've both stayed at hotels all over the World and never come across this before. With the weather reaching over 30 degrees some days, we were showering at least twice a day so we had to spend another 10€ for fresh towels. To have our room cleaned just once would have cost over 20€!!!!! Apart from the fact that we had to use dirty towels, we also found the toilet had a very strong smell of urine after a couple of days. Not pleasant. And finally, the lighting in the rooms was terrible. Not good enough to read by so bring a head torch thats your plan.

It was wonderfull! Although traveld with 2 adults and 3 childeren and were forced to hire 2 studio's because that was al there was left, Adagio placed us in a 3 pers. and 2 pers studio next to each other with a connecting door so both studios together could be used as one. The towel policy: Why does one get clean towels and sheets everday when the stay is 3 nights or shorter and non when ones stay is 4 night or longer. As specially for a longer stay, and interim change of the towels is a necessity

The garden was beautiful, too bad it's winter and you can't stay out. The kitchen was fully equipped, so that was very helpful, the bathroom was clean and looked nice. The location was also pretty amazing. It's in Montmartre, the bohemian neighborhood, really close to Sacre Coeur, like really really close. It's in a small square, next to a theater and many restaurants, small boutiques and shops, even fruit & veggies. Very nice. The only thing is that maybe many people don't know Montmartre is also the place of cabarets and sex shops. That may be a little shocking, it's a bit like red light district at night, there can be weird creepy people, garbage on the streets and many many red lights that say "sex shop" or something alike. But nothing happened to us, it's pretty safe, so don't worry, even if you choose to come back late to the hotel. Well, like I said, this neighborhood is very bipolar. It's beautiful if you go up on the hill, you can have a gorgeous panoramic view of Paris and you find great cafes and places to have brunch in. Closer to the streets and further you go towards the outskirts, it becomes a lil bit like ghetto. But that's not that obvious unless you look for it. About the hotel, happy it had a lift, but it works veeeery slow. It looked better on the internet, but it's also good once you get there. The towels aren't very soft, the bed also, not the softest in the world. Other than that, no major inconvenience. It felt like the price and quality weren't balanced, but we had to accept after all that it's and aparthotel and the kitchen was indeed helpful and the location was pretty nice.

Reasonable size room and good location in middle of Montmartre with all that has to offer. Close to metro The noise from outside, especially late one night and early morning when a group gathered to chat, plus from other rooms above was very disturbing. If you stay here insist on an inner and high room

What I appreciated is the possibility to cook. Having a kitchen facility can considerably bring down costs in such an expensive city as Paris. Also, metro stations where really close and coming and going to airport didn't take more than 1 H. The hotel was actually crowded by teenagers or low twenties people. They kept coming and going whole night long, talking in the corridors garden and stairs, moving furnitures to arrange living rooms. In the end we woke up several times a night. When I rang the desk to make formal complaint they just said it was normal and not intended to do anything. Disappointing. Definitely not suitable for families.

Three metro stations are close. You do not need to spend separate day for visiting Montmartre. Small rooms and bathrooms.Poor furniture. In need of renovation already for 20 years.Dirty surrounding.Rather cold in winter. Loud ventilation. Not a 3 star but 2 star hotel reminding of a hostel. Not suitable for children. We ordered 1-bedroom apartment and instead were given a room of 10 m2 + another room of 4 m2 more suitable for a dog. As an alternative we were given two separate studios and had to go from one to another. Definitely not recommended. Do not spare money, take a decent 4-star hotel in Paris or 4-star aparts.

Nice hotel in a lovely neighbourhood of Montmartre, 2 minutes walk from metro station. We had spacious apartment tastefully furnished, with everything we needed in the kitchen, nice bathroom, tv and free wifi. Good price/quality ratio! If you stay more then 4 days they don't change your towels nor clean the apartment. The lighting in the room is poor.

We picked the Appt for its location and were sooo pleased !!! It was central to 3x Metro stations and the choice of Restaurants close by was overwhelming. No fuss service and small but adequate kitchen facilities for preparation of small snacks/breakfast. All hrs deli just across the road too.A Most pleasant stay- not to mention really interesting small boutiques close by- heaven !. Our only downer (not a complaint ) was the very firm bed !! Ow!

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was very roomy for our family of 4. There were 2 single sofa beds in the lounge room and a seperate master bedroom. The apartment was very clean and neat and our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers were very impressed. We were able to walk to the apartment from Gare du Nord station (about 10 - 15 minutes) and the metro was just a few minutes walk. Moulin Rouge was about a 10 minute walk and there was a laundromat very close by. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets and other little shops all within very close proximity.

The location was excellent: close to public transport and the Sacré-Coeur. We could check-out till 12 and could leave our luggage in a separate room at no extra cost (so we had an extra day :-). The only negative point was that the double bed was very small (but we knew that in advance).

The accommodation was comfortable, well-suited to our needs, and reasonably priced. Only 2 issues of a negative nature arose: there was too much noise being created by children in neighbouring units, and the morning call requested from reception for 7am on Wednesday 9th (our departure day) was never received. Other than these, the stay was very pleasant.

“We used this hotel for our honeymoon. Location is perfect and people were so friendly. There are supermarkets around there so that we can easily buy local foods and enjoy in the room. On Sunday, there is local market around nearby subway station. There also we can enjoy local foods. This hotel is well equipped and you don't have to bring anything. We went out everyday and we felt as if we were going "home" at the end of the day. We definitely use this hotel again if we have opportunity to come to Paris. We strongly recommend this hotel.” Tomomi, Tokyo |
