Fantastic Location! Clean. Friendly Service. Kitchen is fully equipped.
Beds not completely comfortable. Few TV channel options.
Good location, close to restaurants, supermarkets, metro and train station. Quiet street, spacious apartment, well maintained. The apartment looked exactly like the photograps! Loved the little kitchen, very well equipped. Very helpful, friendly staff, all spoke english.
For some reason our apartment wasn't cleaned on a daily basis as stated though it didn't create enough of a problem for us to query.
Plenty of room, well equiped kitchen, handy to metro.
Nothing at all
Location is bad, parking is difficult to find,or you pay 25 euros for parking in the hotel per night, Drainage Pipes Visible in the toilet and you can here the water if someone flush from up floor very noisy. And the most ugly one is the pictures for the hotel is not realistic at all
Place of Hotel is excellent, touristic place, Kitchen facilities is good, excellent shoping opportunity for daily requirements
People around the hotel was dirinking and shouting up to midnigth Room was small,
Location Spacious room for Paris Separate toilet in room Good size lift Back garden
Horrible smell of urine in the street leading to the front door of the hotel. Groups of men hanging around in afternoons at the front and side of the theatre near the hotel drinking in the street and urinating against the side wall of the theatre near the hotel. A public health issue!!
Easy into central Paris if mobile otherwise not. Lots of places to eat nearby.
Our appt. Had spiral staircase -difficult. Smell of urine along street to hotel. Metros unsuitable for disabled.
The room was quaint on the top floor with views from two large windows. The kitchen was brand new and every surface was properly clean.
We had a lovely holiday overall and hate to complain but We booked a double room and were extremely disappointed to find twin beds pushed together. The room is much smaller than advertised. Take your own bedding! The sheets were filthy, let's not go there. The staff knew nothing about Paris - where is best to eat? We asked - I don't know was the response. Where can we get the night boat - I don't know was the reply each time.
The rooms were lovely and we had a view of sacre coeur. Great location.
Men hanging around and urinating in the street below. It smelt and made me feel vulnerable.
everything was perfect
Location near to Montmartre
Cleaness. The room was very dirty. Nauseating odors were in the clear stuff and in passageways to the lift. I think the room was never cleaned . Ater a day of clean, rags were to be thrown away
Very convenient location - especially for those travelling by Eurostar. Lots of good, value-for-money cafes and restaurants nearby. We had supper each night at the L'anvers du decor on next steet. Staff were helpful. Kitchenette was fabulous as saved money on breakfast and making sandwiches. No real noise in street after about 10pm and slept well. Comfortable apartment - firm memory foam mattress very good for the back!
Minor niggles were that we couldn't get the coffee maker to work. Also there was a leak from some pipes in the wardrobe which meant that a couple of my dresses were quite wet when I came to repack at the end of our holiday. The hotel must have known about this problem as I saw that the pipe was wrapped in a towel. I told the receptionist about this on leaving and I think that a discount should really have been offered. I didn't even get much of an apology for this just a 'Thanks for letting us know'. This was rather disappointing.
Location quite street in the area I like to stay
Position was good, not far from the train station.
Unfortunate that people hanging around the front were urinating in the street, leaving a bad smell.
Location Nearby facilities which are important for a family on trip such as laundry and supermarkets as well as proximity to the metro The room itself is big enough and the kitchen is well equipped
our room had spiral sters very narrow , its a problem to bring your suitcase to the upper floor, Trash was not taken out by the hotel every morning We could open only one window out of 5 at the all room which made it hard to get fresh air The elevator is very small
Professional staff (including house keeping) were wonderful and did everything they could to make us feel welcome and appreciated as guests. Since the hotel didn't have AC the staff provided us with the fan from their office. A much appreciated gesture.
Early morning outside noise was horrible. We slept with the windows opened the first night and around 7:30am the garbage trucks and construction workers started. Closing the shutters and windows in the early morning significantly reduced the noise level so my children could sleep.
The cleanliness of the room. Close by to a metro.
Gathering of young people drinking on the streets near the apartment
Location represented value for money.
Location! It's lively location meant there were a lot of drunks around, lying in the street.
Staff friendly and helpful, good location. Was one of the cheaper options so ok if you are on a budget.
1 bed apartment nothing like the pictures, very dated and in need of repairs. Paid for a 3rd person but had to make up the trundle bed ourselves. Toilet very smelly, shower head falls down.
Location was perfect to many cafe's, supermarkets and metro.
The room size was excellent for paris and the kitchen facilities in the room were very good.
The staff were not very friendly and at times abrupt when requesting information.
This hotel is located in a very nice area, close to subway, restaurants, shops. It's in a walking distance from Sacre Coeur and Moulin Rouge. Staff is nice and polite, the apartment clean and comfortable. I loved the fact that I could open the windows!
The third bed in the apartment was smaller than the regular bed even though we asked for a room for three adults.
Great location. The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and well equipped. Nice courtyard where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine. Very secure building with a safety deposit box in each room.
The size of the room was good. Only Mr. Guy was good to us . He was the night receptionist.
The staff were rude and very badly managed. To them only your money is important. You are treated like shirt.
