Adagio Val d'Europe  

In my life I travelled more than 30 countires but I have never had such a discusting experience at any other hotel than Adagio in Paris. I have chosen it as one of the recommended hotels by Disneyland but I will regret this selection untill the end of my life. If I have stayed at Sheraton Hotel in Paris Airport I would pay only 50 Euro more per room but that is high class service worldwide. What I got for 150 Euro was discusting discusting room without even taken my trash out. Trash from all rooms was thrown out infront of the rooms, hotel services were agresive, inpolite . I complained at the reception about fact that there is no promised breakfast selection { no eggs as all, no puding anymore because we arrived after 8 am and it is already late, no small spoons, no cheese at all / I am not joking. For us as vegetarians to pay for breakfast which consists of Coffee which we are waiting in line for 10 minutes, meat and 5 types of sweet bread / because normal one was also available untill 8 am. } and reception told me to stop bittching. After that they apologized for using these words but I think it doesnt help at all.

Unprofessional or uneducated reception and waiters. Totally Smell bad in the Passage rooms. Trash on the hallways, Price of room is unbelievable expensive according to no service and no reall accomodation. This is worse than any youth hostel for 20 euro per night. My wife asked the reception for help when calling the taxi. She got answer from receptionist > why would I do that ? that is not my job. If I tell this story to anyone I think they would not believe untill they experience adagio or go to see this hotel. I am not sure if it is worth to even write you about this. I am Japanese and we are not used to complain. However I have to give worning to all my friends to watch out for this trick behaviour of adagio hotel that puts a nice pictures on web and their reall story is misarable misarable misarable.

Large television, Free Wi-Fi

Poor sound isolation, Dirty walls, Dirty toilet, Smelly corridors, Ventilation system faulty, Rude staff. Almost impossible to drive into the underground car park due to badly designed entry / exit.

Location and the facilities, the kitchen also

Very nice place and very nice and helpful stuff. Good location, close to Disney, RER and shopping.

The room was in need of a refit but acceptable for our needs. There was little information about the transfer from Marne la Vallee

Good place for family vacations and visits to Disneyland

My room was paid for by credit card. But at the reception demanded cash payments, the manager said - he could not find my payment. He suggested I make an extract of me card by the computer in the lobby. I refused, because access to the bank does not have at all times (with me). After a while the manager found my payment. "In another place," - he said. It was very uncomfortable and strange. Please explain me - how could this happen??

Perfect position to go do eurodisney, good price, close to a nice shopping center, rooms contain everything you need to cook.

The hotel inside looks a 2 stars hotel, the moquette in the rooms was dirty in different parts and it smelled of dust (we always kept the windows opened). But for this price it's ok... Even if the bus to eurodisney is free you might find no places, and wait another 30 minutes. Anyway, don't arrive in eurodisney before 9.30 as only who sleeps in disney hotels is allowed to go in from 8am.

Friendly staff and good atmosphere

The quality of the bed was very bad and the cutlery presented during breakfast was very dirty - genral picture for all days!

The hotel is well located. Shopping center and good restaurants are nearby. Free bus to Disneyland.

Dirty carpets. Dirty bathroom. Lifts are not always working and when I was stuck in it, there was no help....

location is good. room is ok. shopping is good as nearby to the la village of factory outlet n shopping mall. easy to get bus to the nearest tube station

i stayed for 4 days, no house keeping to clean the room if to change the towel, we have to pay which is quite ridiculous. the towel should be able to change daily.

It is very close to disneyland and free shuttle to Disneyland and back.
