Adagio Marne La Vallée - Val d'Europe  

In my life I travelled more than 30 countires but I have never had such a discusting experience at any other hotel than Adagio in Paris. I have chosen it as one of the recommended hotels by Disneyland but I will regret this selection untill the end of my life. If I have stayed at Sheraton Hotel in Paris Airport I would pay only 50 Euro more per room but that is high class service worldwide. What I got for 150 Euro was discusting discusting room without even taken my trash out. Trash from all rooms was thrown out infront of the rooms, hotel services were agresive, inpolite . I complained at the reception about fact that there is no promised breakfast selection { no eggs as all, no puding anymore because we arrived after 8 am and it is already late, no small spoons, no cheese at all / I am not joking. For us as vegetarians to pay for breakfast which consists of Coffee which we are waiting in line for 10 minutes, meat and 5 types of sweet bread / because normal one was also available untill 8 am. } and reception told me to stop bittching. After that they apologized for using these words but I think it doesnt help at all.

Unprofessional or uneducated reception and waiters. Totally Smell bad in the Passage rooms. Trash on the hallways, Price of room is unbelievable expensive according to no service and no reall accomodation. This is worse than any youth hostel for 20 euro per night. My wife asked the reception for help when calling the taxi. She got answer from receptionist > why would I do that ? that is not my job. If I tell this story to anyone I think they would not believe untill they experience adagio or go to see this hotel. I am not sure if it is worth to even write you about this. I am Japanese and we are not used to complain. However I have to give worning to all my friends to watch out for this trick behaviour of adagio hotel that puts a nice pictures on web and their reall story is misarable misarable misarable.

The apartments were very comfortable and spacious. The decor was bright and welcoming and the staff very pleasant, I was impressed by the service and standards.

I cannot say that I was unhappy with anything about the hotel due to the climate we were unable to use the pool but we can hardly blame the hotel for the weather.

All ok. Good aparthotel. Well equipt. Close to shopping center. We wanted cheap acomodation for 6 people close to Disneyland, so adagio was really good choise. If with kids we will definetly come back!

Wi-Fi does not work in our room (231). However it worked at the lobby - and we were spending time surfing the internet. So it's not a big deal.

Staff unhelpful

Excellent location in a suburb of Paris. Provide free bus service to Euro Disney. Very helpful and friendly front-office staffs. Easy access to a mall for food and groceries. Also there is an area just behind the mall where you can find some major designer outlets, eg, Longchamp, etc

The apartment is somewhat small for a family with older children. Corridor leading to the apartment were somewhat untidy. Could do with a hair dryer in the apartment and a shower curtain in the bathroom.

Great accommodation for a family of five, not readily available elsewhere. Well equipped apartment, comfortable beds, adequate bathroom etc, good kitchen facilities were very convenient for a family trying to avoid Disney prices for eating out!

Minor quibble: the TV has only two english channels - BBC world news and Russia Today, and a Disney advert that runs partly in english. But the kids spent their time playing with their new Disney toys instead.

I liked the way my large family (7) could stay together in the one appartment. most hotels can not accomodate this number and insist on 2 rooms which make it too expensive and not possible. it was spacious and bright and clean and completly suited our needs.

1.The location its perfect. Just close the the biggest mall in the area and u can find what ever u like. Just walk 2 mints. Also in the mall the sea life. {Accuarum. } 2.The hotel stuff they so friendly and help full 3.The hotel its perfect for family more than 6 people with kids. 4.Bus shuttle to Disney free just 1 mints walk Next time I love to back a gain. They clean only every 3 days.

There is no hair dryer in the room! I have to go out wif my hair wet and its cold!:(

The price and location to visit Disneyland Paris is very good.

Price was good for an aparment. Location was perfect: very near to Disneyworld and to the RER Station for Paris (half an hour). Staff personal was kind.

Some painting in the walls was falling down.

Cheep ,close to shopping,restaurants and train and good for families with kids
