The Adagio was a perfect location for a family.Few minutes on a shuttle bus you were at Euro Disney, few minutes down the road was a train station that would take you into Paris, beside The Adagio was a shopping mall that had numerous of shops, restaurants, chemist, McDonalds and a supermarket. |

The quiet but very convenient location, particularly for those visiting Disneyland. We found the beds rather uncomfortable and there were insufficient pillows for our needs. |

The location was convenient to Disneyland and one of the appartments (we booked 2) was very pleasant. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, and although we requested a disabled room- the room provided was entirely unsuitable. In fact the disabled member of our group fell trying to use the shower which was located in the bath. We had specifically requested a walk-in shower, the booking.com staff had made 2 phone calls to the hotel to ensure this would be provided. The booking.com staff were very helpful, but I cannot state strongly enough how rude and unhelpful the hotel staff were. Do not book this hotel if travelling with disabled guest(s). |

the space was good especialy with children itwas better for getting to disneyland than the disneyland hotels asthe bus was not as full there was a huge shopping centre with massive hypermarket just round the corner nothing at all at disney hotels ther was not a bar or restuarant but they were only round the corner but not much good if you just wan t to sit with kids and have a drink |

The staff were very helpful and polite even beyond the normal call of duty. Where they could not provide an answer to our problems, they directed us at places and telephone numbers where we could find the answers ourselves. It paid to brush up on a few pleasantries in French and always be polite. Pool table needs balancing. |

Friendly helpful staff, The rooms were suitable for our needs. the location was great for our holiday close to disneyland paris and with the shuttle bus stop right outside the front door. We had no refuse collection throughout our stay. |

Location. Really helpful staff. Bus to Disneyland. Swimming pool. Playstation in foyer. Room needed a toaster and/or combined convection/microwave. Room was really too small for 4 people (nowhere to put cases). Walls are very thin so I'm glad there were few people in the hotel in early October. |

The location was great. Free shuttle to Disneyland and also close to restaurants and shopping. The rates were good. The rooms were dirty and in need of repair/upgrading. There is very little soundproofing between the rooms. |

The location for Disneyland was excellent with the free bus transfer, plus the facilities of Val d'Europe two minutes walk away. The selection of restaurants in the shopping center suited all the family with the added bonus of a supermarket. |

Family friendly hotel, although we kept to ourselves throughout the 2 night stay. There was no kettle to make tea, we had to use a saucepan to boil water. The swimming pool would have been better if it was a bit warmer. |

Clean, comfortable hotel, close to Disneyland, free shuttle to disney, big shoping area nearby, kitchen with all necessary facilities. We had one-bedroom appartment facing to the pool and enjoied staying there. We had to wait our room till 16.30-17.00. No hairdryer in the room (you have to ask it at the reception). |

It was located close to a shopping centre with lots of restaurants and shops. We were kept waiting with our baby from 11am till 4pm at the lobby as the rooms were not ready and we were initially told that check in would be at 2pm. We wasted half a day waiting and would not have paid an extra day park ticket to Disneyland if the staff had informed us accordingly. The room had no airconditioning and was noisy since we had to leave the windows open. |

For once we had a room where we could fit our 3 children.Also, the room booked was not available so we were upgraded to a 6 person room. As with all flat, we had to clean the dishes, put the wastes away and tidy the rooms before we left... |
