Adagio Marne La Vallée - Val d'Europe  

The apartment was well furnished. it was clean and comfortable. On day 2 we had an issue with the main switch board leading to a electric power outage in the apartment - the hotel staff did come in within 15 minutes to resolve the issue and restore electric supply.

The rooms had a strong smell of fresh paint, at times it was annoying and uncomforting. There were no hangers for shirts and/or coats - despite a reminder request and promise to deliver by hotel reception on day 1 we did not receive any hangers .

I like the location near a great shopping centre. Having the free bus service to Eurodisney was fantastic. The kitchen facilities, laundry and the apartment fits all our family of 6.

The decor of the room was tired and damaged. Needs a new paint job and small repairs done.

Better cleaning and interior of rooms

The rooms was nice with kitchenette facilities. Easy to cook with hypermarket just a walking distance. At the hypermarket you can get Halal chiken & beef. FO also nearby.. Free shuttle to disneyland was a bonus tu us as we go Disney for 4 days...

Free wifi at 3rd flr was weak...sometimes no connection at all. Has to go to lobby to get better connection...hypermarket close on Sunday

I don't like the fact of paying parking per night

Hotel is located close to the shopping center and RER station. Only 1 bus stop to Disneyland, although you can walk 30 min too.

Hotel from the street looks nice and clean but as soon as you leave the elevator you are in the different world. Everything is dirty. Walls, carpets, doors. People leave waste everywere and there is nobody to pick it up. Except hotel guest you see no hotel employees. Our room was very dirty, furniture in sleeping room was broken, there was a colony of fungus in the bathroom and tiles on the floor was not glued. I did not expect Ritz for money we spent but this was far below any hotel standard.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Always smiling!! Great value for money..

Nothing to not like!

We liked the facility very much for going to Disneyland as wel as going to visit Paris. It was big enough, clean, nice atmosphere, nice personal. All of that for a very acceptable price.

Location was important, literally 10 minutes from Disney. Only yards from a great shopping mall, with a good choice of restaurants. Also the hypermarket was handy. Very quiet location, not too far from the RER within walking distance. Good price for four nights stay, well within our budget. The wi fi worked really well. We were glad we took our laptop, as all tv channels were in French. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The majority of the staff were very helpful, one chap on reception could have been a bit more helpful when asking about the location of the free shuttle bus into Disney, he did not offer the free pass, which was given to us the next morning, when we double checked. We were aware that there would be no housekeeping, unless you were prepared to pay for it, could have done with a little carpet sweeper machine to help keep the room tidier.

Decent hotel for family with kitchen, close to shopping mall and hourly shuttle to disneyland paris. Good value for money.

They charge for cleaning rooms, change of towels. Furniture is of medium quality.

Very near to Disney, nearer than some of the Disney hotels. Only 5 mins by bus. Area seemed good. V. Large shopping centre only two min walk.

Bed was way to hard and pillows were tiny and so soft it was like sleeping on butter that has melted which puts you on the rock hard bed. Corridors were dirty with carpets marked. Breakfast serving from 7.30 was way too late. Went to get breakfast first day but nobody could speak English. Woman had to find someone that could. Day of leaving was before half seven. Wanted to buy carton of milk as been sold by hotel for 1 euro per litre. Reception staff said they did not have keys to get this. The only option was to get 6 cups of milk from the coffee machine at 1 euro each. This only gave us 600ml. Not much use in having a 24hr reception that can not even access a basic from the kitchen.

Paris is costly place, one can save food cost since the apartments have kitchen and supermarket is nearby. They have taken care of all the important things - good Wi-Fi, good shuttle connection to disneyland

Location is slightly inconvenient..but not much problematic.

Near to Disneyworld Europe and the train station.

Clean, comfortable accommodation with free shuttle bus to Disneyland nearby. Large supermarket, food court and shopping mall nearby as well.

A minor point - instructions for microwave combi and dishwasher not available but worked it out in the end.

the luggage room only accessible by stairs and we had 5 heavy luggages with us!

this time we stayed in one of the newly renovated appartments which was exccellent. comfy beds, nice linen.

I loved the location and the fact that you had a free shuttle to the Disney Parks.

The guests were rather loud late at night.

Hotel Rooms need some renovation - anyway looks that its ongoing

Great location for Disney with a free bus to the park. This takes 15 minutes and arrives at regular intervals. It is right next door to the shopping center where there is a big super market. The apartment is compact and a useful base for a couple of nights.

There is not much else to do around the shopping center so once it is closed you have to retreat to the apartment. Due to it's location the hotel is difficult to access from the airport. You can get a bus from Disney but a taxi cost us 100 euros. A train is cheap but you have to go back into Paris and back out again. This can take over two hours.
