Very convenient for ski resorts and had everything required for a comfortable few days.

Some of the beds more comfortable than others but otherwise fine.

Clean and tidy. Easy check in and out when skiing. Comfortable sleeping arrangements for family of four. Great for one/two night stay but would book a larger room if staying longer.

Surprise extra charge! We were charged 11 euros more than our booking.....for cleaning/hygiene costs. We have booked many times through booking.com around France and Spain and never incurred extra cost. We wonder now if that extra 11euros means it was not the best deal on the site at the time.....a bit cheeky!

Proximity to sites. Small apartment but was all we needed as a place to sleep. Compact but good use of space. Good to have the convenience of a well equipped kitchen. Quiet and well presented.

Bathroom getting a little tired (tiles coming away from the wall) but still clean and tidy.

Everything was very correct. Nice and clean and a nice-size private parking at the back of the building. Good place to hop around the Pyrenees

Very well equipped, and good value

Some of the decor could do with attention, the main area is the bathroom. Some of the tiles need attention, the sink surround was cracked, the bathroom generally needs a revamp, but this should not put any one off. It is a nice place to stay.

Quiet location, could walk down into the city centre, lovely mountain view - could hear the goats bells chiming as they grazed nearby. Good size dining area and balcony. Also has a bathtub as well as a shower which is nice to have.

Had to find the real estate agency to check in which was only a small office which we drove straight past - our gps did not recognise the address. The map given to us to find the hotel was illegible so you had to remember the directions given by the receptionist. Linen was an extra charge which we were not aware of until we arrived and the linen pack was very basic - the towels were small and thin. The pillows could also be replaced as they were very thin.

We had a lovely view of the valley from the balcony of our room. It was nice to have a small kitchen so we could cook some of our meals at the condo. The location was within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Luz St. Sauveur. Parking is free. We were able to ride our bikes from the condo up the Col du Tourmalet!

We had to pay extra for sheets and towels. The double bed was small and consisted of 2 single beds pushed together. The mattress was not very comfortable.

Location and value for money.

Wifi was only acessible from outside the reception during opening hours. Could not access Wifi as a username and password were required.

Excellent location for me, perfect base for cycling the Pyrenees and watching the Tour de France. Fantastic views from the balcony, good facilities, everything worked. Spotlessly clean an the lady from the agency (immo65) was very helpful. 5 minutes walk to the town centre. Perfect if you want simple accommodation in a great location.

Late check in was a problem, arriving after 18:00 requires you to call a number an arrange collection of the keys, etc. A manned reception would be a huge bonus. Also check out is a fixed time, 9:00 - 10:00. Making it more flexible would be more helpful.

We enjoyed the wonderful views and the peace and quiet.

Location

We stayed in a 'cottage', it had one single toilet downstairs for all of the up to 6 ! occupants, although another wc could have been easily incorporated in the (single washbasin, shower) bathroom on the first floor directly above. There was no storage space in upstairs bedroom, just one shelf. Small bedrooms, hardly any space to move around the double beds. A very cheap and low-standard facilities and furniture.

Personnel hyper sympa et compétent ;-) assez rare pour être souligné, séjour agréable

Bon rapport qualité prix. Bien équipé. Terrasse spacieuse, jolie vue sur la montagne . Parking gratuit, et proximité du centre (5mn) a pied.

Bizarre la télé fixée, dos au canapé...heureusement il est possible de déplacer ce dernier.

le logement, la résidence, la vue, la ville, l'accueil des personnes et du personnel. j'étais très contente de mon séjour. nous avions été gider jusqu'à la résidence. tout le confort surtout pour les enfants

Les matelas ne sont pas de bonne qualité, insuffisance de pente dans la douche italienne d'où la propagation de l'eau dans toute la salle de bain, équipement général de premier prix. Mais bon on ne part pas en vacances pour rester dans l'appartement ! Pour le prix, ça reste correct.

La fonctionnalité et la situation ( malgré le mariage a proximité et la musique une grande partie de la nuit)

Luz St Sauveur ,super petite ville de montagne.. Le petit prix pour qq chose de sympa ,sans la mauvaise surprise des 11 euros obligatoires du ménage

11 euros de nettoyage à payer qd il est indiqué prix total à régler :30 euros et que l'on trouve une banane pourrie sur une étagère de cuisine des dssous de lits poussiereux et des couvertures en boule non pliées.. Bref etre plus claire sur la reservation à propos de ses 11euros obligatoires de ménage menage meme s'il est fait ...et faire un effort sur la propreté. La terrasse était pleine de feuille s pas balayée .Si l'on paye le ménage ,il y a un minimum...

Le séjour a été très agréable. Le personnel est gentil et à l'écoute. L'appartement bien équipé, calme et fonctionnel.
