Personal del restaurant muy frío y poco amable. Cuando fuimos a desayunar a las 9 hs, estaban todas las mesas sucias, tuvimos que esperar que la empleada limpiara una. Faltaban cubiertos y otras cosas mas, no se había repuesto lo consumido, con lo cual tuvimos que conformarnos con lo poco que quedaba.

It has an excellent location... And really that is its best selling point. there is also a restaurant in the hotel, and a bar inside in the basement. The restaurant looks very old-european. The bar looks very modern... we did not go to either of these - there is no point... because there is an excellent, new, fun, charming, modern restaurant across the street. Which is called L'libertate or something similar to that. (live music some nights... very popular cafe with young and old.)

Rooms were small. The hotel is an "old style" european hotel that I think was last updated in the 1980's ... our room was very depressing looking... But to be honest we did not care so much... Because we did not spend much time in the hotel. However, I think it is overpriced for what you get - the only selling points are it has a very decent location... and there are very few hotels in the center (old city) of Dijon (so I would recommend it based on this... but personally, if I was staying in Dijon again, I would look for another hotel if it was available)

The location in the heart of Dijon. Everything is very clean. Fine cuisine.

No free electric outlet near the table, impossible to use a notebook If it's battery is empty.

THE LOCATION ..and the soundproof windows

The room was very small especially the bathroom , we stay in room 17 with double beds and my friend to a single room number 23 , very claustrophobic!

Only the work outside the building, on the streets. Impaired the beautiful surroundings. No fault of th hotel.

City-central location, though difficult to get to because of extensive construction all over the city of Dijon. Gps could not be followed due to street closures, but eventually found the parking garage under the adjacent "Place" .Once there, we could explore the center of the beautiful, ancient city by foot. The hotel's restaurant was very good for both dinner and breakfast. Friendly and helpful multi-lingual staff.

Room was somewhat on the small side, a bit dark, but functional nonetheless.

The room was spotlessly clean. The hotel was well situated for the centre of Dijon. The breakfast was included in the room price and offered a good variety of bread, cold meats, croissant etc.

Although adequate for a couple of nights the room felt cramped. On the Sunday evening wife and I innocently went to go into the basement wine bar only to be confronted by the two reception staff. This could have been avoided with a clearly situated notice; the restaurant was open and ther ewas no suggestion that the bar was shut.

The hotel was on Place Darcy, and so easy walking distance to everything, including the train station. The room, bathroom & shower were spacious, clean and tidy, the airconditioning was effective, and despite overlooking a busy street there was no noise with windows closed - even from the construction work in the square. We did not go for breakfast, so cannot comment, but the restaurant meal in the evening was excellent. Staff were helpful, pleasant, friendly and professional. WiFi (through Orange) was free, fast and reliable (Warning: do not use the internet cable connection, it is configured for iTV and does strange things when used for normal internet use).

Minimal screen for the shower, so had to be careful not to flood the floor.

Very friendly and helpful staff on the reception desk. We ate at the hotel in the evening and had a super meal (quite expensive for a hotel restaurant but the food was excellent).

The room was rather dark as there was only one small high window that looked out onto another wall of the hotel so very little natural light penetrated the room. We were travelling by car and so had to park in the nearby underground car par which was surrounded by extensive road works. It was incredibly difficult to get my car (Vauxhall Insignia) into the car park because of a tight right turn at the entrance and very high curbs! I would recommend anyone travelling in a family sized hatchback/saloon to park in the street near the hotel. Less secure I know, but less chance of scratching your wheels (which I did on my new car!)

Fantastic welcome. Room was a very good size, with a view of the town and a small balcony. Bathroom was fine although I always prefer a bath, but the shower was a good-size. Towels and toiletries were all good. No tea or coffee-making facilities but we asked for tea to come up to the room after dinner and no extra charge was made. The hotel restaurant was excellent - lovely food and good service.

Parking voiture : très mal signalé, chemin d'accès très difficile à trouver. Il y a de très net progrès à faire du point de vue de la signalétique. Seuls les habitants locaux peuvent en trouver l'entrée !

Situation ideale, en plein centre, proche de la gare et à 2 pas du tram. Un bar à vin avec une belle carte.

Un petit déjeuner moyen, décevant quand on sait que la table est de bonne qualité.
