clean and fancy room! liked having the balconi Nespresso capsule coffee machine!! (Really loved it, it was so delicious!) Free Evian! A tub! Staffs are very friendly!! l could enjoy the music with my iphone because there was a iphone docking station!! (Isn't it really great?) I loved everything with this hotel! Strongly recommend!!!

I absolutely adored our stay the atmosphere created by the influence of famous literary figures made it romantic, mysterious and sensuous however the hotel should really promote the origins and the literary focus Simply Devine experience 10 out of 10

Everything was perfect

Newly up to date decor. Lift to all floors. Telephone in each room. Comfortable large bed. Fluffy white towels. Friendly and helpful English speaking 24/7 staff. Coffee maker in the room. Fresh fruit available for all guests on reception. Excellent 13 euros buffet breakfast with a variety of choices to suit all tastes in culture or ethnic background.Within easy walking distance of the Metro. Well located for local restaurants.

The staff was brilliant, very helpful and polite.

We enjoyed our stay at Quality Hotel. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature maintained to a perfect level for us. The free wifi was a bit fast. All in all excellent service. And we look forward to our return trip to Paris with this hotel.

I liked the design and the staff. They warned us that the hotel was under renovation and there might be construction noises during our stay but i didn't hear nothing. It is 5 mins walk from the RER station and metro

The location is not very convenient as it's situated far from main city attractions. The hotel is under renovation and our room faced a huges pile of construction waste. However the most distressing thing about it all was that during our 7-day stay there was no hot water in our rooms three times. one day before departure i was reassured that in the morning before checking out I would have a chance finally to take a shower but when i got up there was still no water. They promised to make a refund for 2 nights as a compensation. I believe it would take some time to transfer it to my account but by now nothing has been transferred yet. Anyways i was very upset about the service as there is the word "quality" in the name of the hotel, but it's sad that it's only in the name and has nothing to do with the service.

Having an open shower in the hallway became tricky.

I like the price it was right pirice to the standard of my room. Room was renovated , clean , nice bathroom and cooffe express in the room.

It was our 6th time in Paris and as well our 6th hotel. Location, minimal Metro distance, we warmly recomend this hotel.

You may always and everywhere find a moron within the staff. We did find him within the last contact with hotel. It was at reception desk when we returned just for our begs we left there for the last day and in a search for toiletes. The answer was " there are no toiletts if you are allready checked out until we finish the renovation of hotel". Beside this all staff was very friendly andhelpful.

Upgraded on arrival from a 3 bed room to a 2 room suite. 10- 15 minute walk from Printemps / Galleries Lafayette.

The room was very good but small. The balconey was a nice touch. The lobby was comfortable and the breakfasr was excellent. The price was reasonable.

The hotel was very nice, albeit under construction. It was in a safe neighborhood, we never felt as if we were in danger, even though we knew Paris is a big city and safety should never be disregarded. The hotel is in a fabulous location very close to two metro stops and it was very easy to get around and see everything we wanted. The hotel staff was very friendly, willing to help us and very informative about everything. We needed a pharmacy that was open on a Sunday and later in the afternoon and the front desk clerk pointed us in the right direction. We never heard any noise, we never had a problem, they check to make sure the people entering and leaving at night are guests of the hotel so there are no weird people wandering around the hotel and the accomodations were fantastic.

The bathroom was a bit weird, kind of like a converted walk in closet that they renovated to put a large shower and toilet and sink inside of. And there is just a glass wall that has been clouded out a little between the room and the bathroom. It does not conceal all that well if someone is utilizing the facilities. So be warned about that. Also at this moment the hotel is undergoing renovation so if you have a problem with that, (There is some construction noise throughout the day, although we were sightseeing most of the daylight hours) you might want to consider another option.

This was a very nice small hotel, located in a busy residental area. which blended in well with the surrounding buildings. Staff were very helpful and well manered.

On booking this hotel we were let to believe that renovations would be finished by september. On arriving to our room we were placed in a room with other rooms still being worked on and the hall was like a building site. Even so with all the work being done I would still return.

The rooms were freshly renovated and the beds were excellent. Two blocks from the metro, but they were long blocks when it was raining.

Staff at the front desk was indifferent. Renovation was supposed to be completed in Sept/Oct, still ongoing. Lovely view of the scaffold from my room. Would not move us. We booked way in advance. Not as close to town as it looked on the map, but not bad.
