Clean, spacious, quiet, well designed, really really nice
A bit far from shops / restaurants / metro station
The triple bedroom was bright, comfortable and it had enough space for us to prepare a small bite to eat. I also really like the shower. Staff was friendly.
The hotel was a bit further from the centre than we had anticipated, though the website does mention the distance in the website. It was difficult to return after midnight, public transport was scarce.
I liked the room and the location of this accommodation.
I did not have any wifi two out of three nights and therefore, I was very upset as I wanted to do some work on my laptop requiring wifi. The guy at the reception was less helpful and I was told the wifi would be fixed on the next morning, but after one day it was the same problem. I think this hotel is not for business people who need wifi access as they could not provide it most of the time.

Only 1 resturant locally and not near the town centre.
Modern, easy to find, but a bit off the beaten track which meant it was quiet. New development in an area which is still being redeveloped. 5 mins to Metro Jean Jaures, supermarket.

The room had a nice kitchen area. The bed was comfortable.
The bathroom floor of the room I was given was dirty. Dirty enough that I wouldn't want to step on it with my shoes on. And the Wifi wasn't working. I went back to the reception and told the people there about these. I was told that nothing could be done about the bathroom until the next day. For the wifi, initially the guy at the reception checked my computer for five minutes and told me that he believed that there was a problem with my computer. Later they also acknowledged that there was a problem with their wifi system and said that they were working on it (no information on when it would be fixed). I was not satisfied with these responses, I said I would like to leave the hotel, could you reinburse me? (I had prepaid). They said the contract we made allowed them to keep the money even if I wasn't satisfied (I thought the "no cancellation" part of the contract had to do with no showing up. I did show up and would be happy to stay if they provided reasonable service). I called booking.com which intervened on my behalf and asked for at least a partial refund. The hotel refused again (after acknowledging both of the problems to the booking.com agent) but this time offered free breakfast. I no longer pushed this, left this place, checked into a hotel with clean bathroom and working wifi. They kept the entire price of four days none of which I passed at this place. To keep the money completely, they adamantly insisted, was their right. I'd rather pay 288 euros than being forced to stay at a hotel with the poor service and the "my way or the highway" type of attitude that these people provide. I can easily say that this was the worst hotel experience that I can remember. I feel that the rating they have on booking.com does not correspond to the service level they provide. I will be more careful in the future and will never make a reservation that doesn't allow cancellation.

Room cleaning has not work in spite of serveral complainings. The stuff at the reception was incompetent and very rude. The breakfirst buffet have too little selection for the price and when the coffee mashine are empty, the stuff does not control it. as we wanted to book the room several days further, the reception said that they haven't the same room. we should take a larger suit. but online we could still book the same room further!

Dirty fitness room. Even though I was already at the hotel, I had to make the reservation in booking.com to be able to have a good price. They couldn't give me the same price they had in the mentioned website. It seems that it is the policy of the hotel?!
Room was nice and even with a small kitchen. Recommended for a longer stay than one night. Underground parking lot available. Breakfast was good.

The location is close to good restaurants and the main train station Gare de Lyon. Staff were very helpful.
A bit old and needs a freshen up. Aircon was leaking and the rooms a little cramped. Carpets were old and creaking floorboards.
Comfortable, large, modern apartment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we were very happy with the stay, but we did have a car and we did bring extra cutlery, plates and towels, so we were not disadvantaged by the few problems.
Kitchen was missing a few bits. Forced to pay before seeing room. Location requires a car. Some towels removed, but not replaced during service.
