Our room was great. Kitchenette facilities fantastic. Windows that opened. Room fresh and clean. Good location.
Staff great, excellant location in fantastic Lyon. On tram line and not far from train station. Very accessable to city centre and the new confluence area. Staff very professional and facilities, were very comfortable. Only issue was having to pay 3 Euro for washing up equipment for kitchenette. I guess they have their reasons..
Nothing of consequence
Tiny size and uncomfortable air temp..
Wonderful hotel and staff
Wrong side of the train station we had to walk too far to shops and food, not a bad area but requires a cab ride, also I could not control the temperature of the room
Location very convenient to rail station, light rail, river boat sight seeing and newest shopping centre, Confluence. Friendly and courteous service from Pascale and her staff exceeded our expectations. Compared to other French hotel breakfasts, 10 euros was very good value.
Some larger cups in the suite for tea/coffee would have been appreciated. We really can' fault anything based on our experience.
This hotel is well located to Lyon Perrache railway station and the metro, which is only two stops to the city centre. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Our triple room was very spacious with everything you need. The breakfasts were very nice and the staff were excellent.
We went in early October and the air conditioning in the room had been turned off. Luckily we were in the back of the hotel which was quieter, so we could open the windows and still sleep well.
The studio apartment was modern and spacious. The room was very quiet so sleeping was no problem. The staff were incredibly helpful- nothing was too much trouble for them.
Location is very good- 2 minutes to frequent tram service. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Room size was adequate for multiple night stay for 2 people. Plenty of food and rest nearby
There were no significant faults although breakfast on site was too pricey for us
location was extremely convenient for the city within easy walk distance , trams outside , metro a couple of mins away . Facilities very comfortable and great value for money . Staff extremely helpful to make our stay so memorable
No drinks in the mini bar.
Staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean as hotel is quite new. Reasonable location. Well worth the stay.
Rooms could have had wider curtains to block out more of the light. None of the rooms have ironing facilities but there is one in the basement but it would be easier to walk up the street and get it done properly.
Location, facilities, comfort, friendliness of staff
Breakfast - it is good to boil your own eggs !
You should have some tometoes(fresh vegetables) in the breakfast table
I liked the view from our window. I appreciated the English TV channels. Our room was very quiet.
Our room had the bathroom and closet and kitchenette on one level, and the sleeping section was down a steep flight of four steps. This would be difficult to maneuver if one were elderly. Also we had to buy dishwashing liquid, sponge, and garbage bag from the front desk, but then the cleaning crew took away the garbage bag and we had to ask for another one. The refrigerator had no freezer section.
I have to say i was extremely impressed by their flexibility. I asked for a late checkout due to a funeral in the morning, not knowing at what time i would be able to leave. Pascale offered to let me stay even though the cleaning staff was meant to come earlier. She was ready to make the room herself to let me stay. This is what i call excellent service!
Staff are excellent, location is convenient and the rooms are very comfortable and quiet.
Wifi is good working. Hotel very near train station if you will use.
Place is so far the center.
Staff were both responsive and fast.
Some (at least one) had a smell of cigarette smoke. I was however transferred to better one once I complained. Fortunately there was one available.
Nice hotel with the reasonable price.
I liked the fact that the tram is so close to the hotel and the direct connection to Part Dieu railway station for trains to Paris,Lille, Brussels etc.). Walking distance to Metro (or 2 tram stops).
Staff was helpful, very nice to have a kitchen, room was comfortable and value for the price.
The neighborhood was sketchy at night.
Everything was fantastic. Loved the position, lots of resturants and shops to buy food, transport very close especially bikes, tram and train. Walking was also very easy to access sightseeing.
Wish there were bigger cups for tea and coffee in rooms. Also dishwashing liquid, wash cloth and tea towel.
cheapness, clean, equipment, frendly staff
far from central station, a little bit inconvenient (20 min by tram)
The staff very friendly and helpful My partner got very sick and the staff organised a doctor who was able to speak English. The room was large, clean and facilities were good The location is excellent close to the station and only five minute walk to La Confluence shopping centre. The square Bellecour were the tourist centre is, is a pleasant twenty minute walk passing lots of shops.
Ideal place for those people looking with a new hosting with all facilities you could need. Great room, comfy bed, big room's space, new bathroom, free wifi. Despite not being at the real city center, the tranv is passing just in front of the main door and you even has a Velo'v (bike system) stop to rent a bike out pero just 1,5€/day at the main door
You must pay the city taxes (3,5€ per a couple) when you'll check out and despite it's not really far from the city center, it'll take you a 30m walk distance to the old town
