comfortable bed tea/coffee facilities clean room central location

asked for quiet room and although not on busy street rooms were opposite breakfast room - staff kept a door open so noise of preparation woke us up. no milk portions in room to use with tea/coffee

Great location, good breakfast

Sterile, business-like rooms with tiny windows that you couldn't open. No charm or character in the rooms. No parking and very difficult to negotiate busy pedestrian streets with suitcases and children/dogs.

Dreadful for car parking and no facility to reduced overnight parking fees, cost me 20 euros to park for 1 night.

The hotel is really centrally-situated. The staff is always eager to help and to advice you best places to visit and to eat. The room is comfortable. Good value for price.

The breakfast is a bit over-priced and simple.

The location is perfect. Close to everything, especially shopping, public transportation and tourism office. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The Internet Skype connection was poor for all 3 days of our stay. The other Internet activities worked ok.

Be careful! The hotel is located in pedestrian area, no access by car!!! We contacted hotel from our way asking to let us drop off luggage in front by car, but hotel staff didn't speak English, so we had to find parking, take our luggage and go to htl on foot with the luggage for 10 minutes. Noise from street: drunk youngsters were mad in the street at night. Breakfast is quite modest for 14 Eur.

The hotel is excellently located, in the center of Bordeaux on one of the main shopping streets. Despite this, our room was very quiet with no street noise (we were on the top floor). We had a lovely view out over the rooftops of Bordeaux. Rooms were very comfortable and staff very friendly.

Rooms were pretty small - not unexpected given the hotel is located in the center of town.

Hotel was ideally located, but there is no parking and it is very, very difficult to find. Room was adequate, yet tight and once again, 2 single beds pushed together that tend to seperate during the night.Great restaurants in the area.

Difficult to locate and no parking. Had to carry our luggage a few 100 yards from the nearest parking garage, gps does not tell you many of the streets are unaccesible.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful and comfortable with great facilities. The hotel was in an excellent location making it easy to get around on foot.

Excellent value, friendly staff, clean, and brilliant location right in the heart of the pedestrian centre of this beautiful city.

True it was a little noisy due to location but you can't expect everyone to go to bed at the same time!

Rooms very warm and dark

We loved the friendly and very helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better. I had left my English flat cap (dear old friend) in the room and only noticed when boarding the plane 5 days later only to find it returned (unsolicited) in the mail. Now that is service. Thank you very much Hotel Ste Catherine, Bordeaux. You are marvellous
