The location of this hotel is excellent for visiting Bordeaux - staff friendly and breakfast very good - although a bit on the pricey side. No parking but lots of car parks nearby and you get a reduction for staying at the hotel . All in all a good choice - this is our second time at this hotel and we will use it again if the price is right .
The location. Cant be betterr
Smell in the hotel. 139 euros without breakfast which is a bit expensive
Room service food
Fantastic location in centre of town close to many interesting things to see. Good breakfast and comfortable wine bar downstairs. staff pleasant and professional. Nespresso machine in each room.
Only 3 Nespresso pods available for two people per day (1.5 cups ea ). After this, you pay 2 Euros ea for extra pods from reception.
The location couldn't be more convenient, being close to all major attractions in Bordeaux. Nice, sound proof rooms, good internet service.
The room heating has a fixed temperature of 25˚ and could only be turned on or off (central heating), so it's either too hot or too cold during winter. Not a biggie but I would've liked the possibility to adjust the temperature.
The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed and a large TV
A little noisy at 3pm outside in the road
The room was quiet, as requested. It was confortable and everyone was very friendly. The location is great.
The room was a bit small. The water in the shower had very low pressure.
On the morning of my stay I received a message from the hotel saying that my room had to be closed for cleaning as the previous guest had been ill. The hotel was very helpful reserving us a room in a nearby hotel and the entire stay was paid for by them! I will most def use this hotel next time. Perfect location.
The hotel was in the perfect location for exploring the city and for catching the airport bus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet.
Breakfast was too expensive.
Wonderfully comfortable bed with cotton sheets. Sound proofed floors and walls. City centre location with lovely view
Air conditioning on all night in bathroom but ear plugs useful. Couldn't sleep with the window open but this is to be expected given the location.
Great location, close to excellent restaurants and main tram and bus transfer point. steps from main shopping street. Quiet rooms and good bedding allowing for a good nights rest. If I return to Bordeaux, will stay at Quality Hotel again.
room is a little small by US standards but consistent with EU standards for cosmopolitan city center.
Recently renovated very central hotel with excellent young staff. The hotel is excellent value.
Central location in beautiful Bordeaux. Small but extremely comfortable. Helpful staff.
The location in the city. Centre is great for walking, shopping and dining out.
Location was excellent, right in the centre of the pedestrian centre, restaurants and shops. Comfortable room with good sized bathroom.
Attentive and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good bed. Room a bit on the small side but perfectly convenient.
Location is great. Friendly staff
Pillow too hard - could hardly sleep due to them. Bedcover too warm - I had to open the window to get some sleep and refresh the room.
Location, cleanliness, helpful staff
Small toilet room, no view, facility needs updated
Location of hotel was excellent. Beds were extremely comfortable and hotel was very clean.
I booked a 31m sq room triple room based on the website. I was given a much smaller room. When I asked the hotel staff, they said that all their triple room were the same. So, beware if you are expecting a bigger room check with hotel first.
Decent sized room, good quality bed and decor, excellent location, friendly staff
Hotel bar a little pricey (but there are plenty of other options if you go out the door and walk 50 yards)
The hotel was within walking distance of most of the interesting places in central Bordeaux. We particular enjoyed the area around the Cathedral. The cafes and restaurants were good. It was just a few yards from the shopping street of Rue St Catherine.
Parking was difficult and it took us one and a half hours after crossing the bridge (Pont du Pierre?)to negotiate all the one way/cyclist only roads to find the car park we were heading for. However in future we would know how to get there.
Great location near the river and very good restaurants. Staff was great in dining suggestions and making reservations. We would stay again. Aloha
Don't go on their recommended wine tour, it sucked. We would stay there again. Aloha
espresso machine and very clean
No rail into shower and tub side was very high - hard to get in and out - fear of slipping with no grip
The location could not be better - right in the heart of the Old Town. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff could not help enough. they were both efficient and patient
Right in the heart of the old city, behind Place de la Bourse and just off rue de Sainte-Catherine. Easy check-in and out, clean overall. Nespresso machine in the room, well appreciated
Phonic isolation must have been an option... Located in a room at first floor not far from the breakfast room, it was a real inconvenince in the morning. As well, the room above had a wake-up call at 6am which did wake me up as well, and the subsequent noise (apparently for check out preparation)
