si trova nella zona pedonale di Bordeaux, quindi è estremamente comodo per vititare la città. Ovviamente il problema è il parcheggio. Avrebbe bisogno di una bella ristrutturazione |

We were given room 321 with it's window facing the St Catherine street and it is just perfect! The location of the hotel is good and the staff is very helpful especially to first time visitors like us from a country with a totally different culture and enviroment. We will certainly recommend to our friends should they decide to visit Bordeaux, to stay at Quality Hotel Sainte Catherine. Keep up your good work and maintain your high quality service-after all, you are not called Quality Hotel for nothing! None except that there is no coffee maker in the room! But that's okay, it's a small matter |

Hotel well situated for visiting Bordeaux. Room needed re-decorating (paintwork was faded and dirty). Room was also too hot - air conditioning did not work and it was too noisy outside to leave the window open. |

(1) Staff helpful and spoke sufficient English for me. (2) Breakfast OK but slightly pricey and staff had to be reminded to replenish. (3) Good central location. (4) Price of room reasonable considering central location and by comparison with the hotels offered by my conference. (1) Although I established that the hotel wifi worked with my PC (in the bar), it was never possible to use it in my room (304) and, although they had a helpful attitude, the reception staff said that no other room would be any better. (2) The room was so small that I couldn't fit the chair between the bed and the desk without shifting the bed. (3) The shower cubicle was very small. I suggest that it could be enlarged while still keeping sufficient space in the bathroom. (4) The hotel has a stated environmental policy of not washing the towels every day unless the guest wished it to be done. However the towels were washed every day even though I hung them up, (5) The electric sockets were too close to the top of the desk. |

Excellent location, ideal for visiting beautiful Bordeaux, close to shops, restaurants, old city sights. Bed was a bit small and uncomfortable, also both of us got a lot of mosquito bites in the room. |

Friendly staff, spacious and well-appointed room, separate bathroom and toilet which I find always preferable to having both in the same room, handy to restaurants, shops, sightseeing and public transportation. Calm at night. A good choice in the breakfast buffet, including scrambled eggs and bacon. The only thing we didn't like was the duvet instead of blanket and sheet - unfortunately this seems to be a trend in French hotels now. As we only stayed one night, we didn't ask if it was possible to change the bedding. |

Good central location - close to shopping and restaurants. Room was a decent size and had a separate toilet and bathroom which was a bonus. Lifts were unreliable - had to take the stairs a few times. Internet only worked from the lobby and was going to be a week until they fixed it. The bed was a little short. Air con was a bit noisy - it made funny noises when it was off so we slept with it on. The temperature was also centrally controlled. |
