excellent service and a good breakfast, friendly people, quiet rooms, good parking. There is a printing failure in the hotel brochure. The distance to the old town is mentoned as "on a five minutes distance". The old town is however on a five km walking distance, let me say at least 20- 25 walking minutes. But the old city is worth to be visited. |

Only one set of towels was provided for a twin room. We have encountered this problem before in chain hotels. The hotel is quite far from the city centre and one has to be aware that public transport is poor (last bus from town was at 9 p.m.!): taxis are rare, too. The free parking at the hotel was a welcome bonus. |

The rooms are very nice though quite small, the location is good, it is easy to reach it by car and on the other side it is not far from the city center. we walked there and it took us around 30 mins i believe. the price is very good |

Convenient location on a major bus route. Pleasant room with effective, but unobtrusive air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff. The lift is very small - 2 people plus suitcases only just fit. The breakfast was very expensive, and could be improved with the addition of some fresh fruit and better quality bread/pastries. |

Hotel room is small but newly decorated and quite nice. Small room but it is clean and functional and clean daily. Hotel is newly renovated and corridors etc still show what the old hotel looked like and could be done up. The doors to the rooms give the impression of a very old grubby hotel. However the room is perfectly clean but incredibly small. Also the hotel advertises that it is 5 mins from the centre of town, in fact it is not a good 40 min walk to the centre. Though the hotel is accessible by bus, these finish early which means that you could end up walking or getting taxis. It is unfortunate that they advertise about being so close to the centre when in fact they are situated a fair distance away. |

Pretty nice room, free parking(I've maneged to find place on it even at late evening) easy to drive to the downtown, nice staff. Hotel have charged me twice - by cash upon departure and then, two days later, they charged 70 Euro from my credit card. I could not find the e-mail address of the hotel to contact them and clarify the situation. It spoiled my impression of the hotel and its staff. |

Staff spoke the best English out of our hotels for the week. The rooms were recently renovated and nice with good air conditioning. The first room they gave us wasn't cleaned. They told us they would clean it right away but we asked for another room which they gave us. Bathroom smelled rotten for some reason. |

The room was lovely and clean. We seemed to get a bargain deal as the rooms are €97 on the day and we paid just 50. It was rather far out of the centre so we used a bus to get in and out which wasn't a problem. |

Qualité de l'accueil, chambres correctes. Alors que la chambre est réservée, le chauffage n'est pas mis préalablement à l'arrivée afin d'avoir une température satisfaisante !! En Hiver c'est inadmissible pour ce niveau d'hôtel. |

le calme et l'acceuil la chambre était bien mais le ménage laisse a désiré. ex : J'ai rangé mon pull dans le placard, je l'ai secoué pour faire partir les bourres de poussière. quand on fait le ménage, on ne fait pas que ce qui ce vois. |

L'accueil du personnel, la propreté et le look de la chambre, le calme. Il manquait des équipements...une seule serviette au lieu de 2, pas de recharge papier toilette qui était en fin de "block". |
