Friendly, helpful staff and a lovely swimming pool area. Only basic room facilities without tea/coffee making. No restaurant or additional food facilities except a mediocre breakfast. |

An unexpected oasis- quiet, relaxing pool area with snack bar, most helpful staff, excellent continental breakfast. In an interesting area. A shame the hotel had no restaurant as restaurants in central Beaune are touristy and comparatively expensive. |

excellent swimming pool; parking; convenience to Beaune centre, genuine helpfulness of all staff which was a pleasure unaired smell in room and smell of disinfectants; hotel slightly overpriced due to this. If this was resolved and rooms, floors upgraded, then hotel would be very agreable. |

Great team / service, especially the handy man at the swiming pool bar were very helpfull. We recommend the breakfast. Ease parking and location. |

Friendliness and efficiency of all the staff. In addition the hotel was much better than expected and the pool was excellent - good value for money all round. |

The possibility to have connecting rooms. The swimming pool which was a welcome after a long journey. The fact that there was no restaurant - with kids this is a bit difficult. But on the up side we then walked in to the village and that was worth it. |

The recertion staff were excellent and very helpful. Yes. Bar service was reliant on the reception staff. If they were busy you had to wait, some times a while while others checked in. The Red Lable Whiskey was without doubt watered down. I mentioned this to the staff which was more or less ignored. |

La chambre sans bruit au 1er étage, le calme reposant de l'hôtel, la propreté, l'accueil, le petit déjeuner, le coin salon-bar-télé, les places de parc à l'intérieur de la propriété. |

Rustig gelegen, geen verkeerslawaai. Centrum op loopafstand. Keurig hotel, vriendelijk personeel. Gehorige gangen. Geen haakjes/stangen voor de handdoeken in de badkamer. De plank waar extra kussens lagen, was stoffig. We hebben om extra dekens moeten vragen want die waren er niet. De minibar was niet aangevuld voor onze komst. De bedden waren ongelijk van hoogte en type. |

L'accueil, le côté pratique (bien centré pour une visite des grandes appellations de Bourgogne), le parking, le silence dans la grande suite pour les chambres 201 et 203: le bruit des gens qui marchent dans le corridore tôt le matin, y compris du personnel de l'hôtel, dont certaines portaient des souliers bruyants. |

La grande disponibilité du personnel et son amabilité. Les pièces d'accueil, salon et salle à manger très agréables. Chambre un peu petite pour la catégorie et pas assez insonorisée des bruits de passage (malgré notre demande écrite préalable de disposer d'une chambre calme). |

Relativ günstige Lage zur Stadt, kostenfreier Parkplatz, freundliches Personal, einfaches , aber gutes Frühstück (für französische Verhältnisse), gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Die schrecklichen Pro7 und Sat1 als einzige deutsche TV-Sender, etwas nachlässiges Zimmerpersonal (der Schlafanzug darf schon mal ordentlich zusammengelegt werden, kaputter Zahnputzbecher sollte ersetzt werden, Kleinigkeiten, aber doch U.U. ärgerlich) |
