Food was very bad - worst meal I've ever had in a french hotel - I had "croustillant de jambon" - felt sick with the amount of fat used in this dish. Pillows were uncomfortable - too large - poor nights sleep. Shuttle pick up directions from airport were misleading - I was told hall b gate 5 - as there are gates 3, 4 & 5 inside hall b I thought it meant these numbers but "gate 5" actually meant door 5, but the door numbers are only printed on the outside of the doors so travellers don't see them - please correct your information as I waited for about an hour to be picked up as I was in the wrong place without knowing it. Despite calling three times to request an invoice for my second night I have not received anything. In the main bar there were three or so coffee machines lined up but I could not get a coffee from them - it was unclear are they supposed to work or not as there was coffee etc near them ? Shower was dangerous as there was no shower mat to prevent one from slipping.

Brilliant breakfast - great choice - good staff. Room very comfortable.

Poor evening meal - little choice - little imagination. Incorrectly informed of restuarante open, Supposedly 4 restaraunts. Bistro open only - decor too clinical. Food served on cool plates. Sparse. Fennel only vegetable Would not eat there again. No news channels on TV

Very convenient for the airport, friendly staff and good facilities; lovely breakfast with lots of choice and good restaurants, we often stay here and are never disappointed

Tea and coffee facilities within the room would be good, there is a small kitchenette with hob, fridge and microwave but no kettle!

Very comfortable, excellent dining room, good desk service, near to the airport with convenient and flexible shuttle service.

i love the location and the breakfast was great buffet style close to the airport i will defernetly stay here again

Very friendly staff. Room was clean. On site restaurant clean and very very good value. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choice. Very close to the airport.

I stayed there on a Friday and Saturday night. As this is primarily a business hotel it is very quiet at weekends. The bars were closed and the public areas were not cleared up until Sunday morning. A good place to stay for one night to break up a long drive or to catch a flight.

I just though it was a bit far from the town compared to the actual review online where it said ten mins it's actually 35 mins by bus as you couldn't, get a taxi as it would cost too much each day!! However the public transport system is very good

The air con didn't work in our first room so we changed only to Find that the min temp in our new room was 22. Degrees Not good and

The staff were very friendly and very helpful - the hotel was well positioned and easy to find - the meal was enjoyable.

It was a shame the bar was closed on Sunday evening although the website had warned us of this - but most importantly, we asked to book a taxi for our trip to the airport and were offered the shuttle. We waited 20 mins for the shuttle and upon arrival 2 airline pilots and 2 other guests nipped in ahead of us and we were told there was no more room - we found this to be very annoying and would suggest that perhaps at the busy times the staff might take shuttle bookings so people will know at what time they can take the shuttle.

Suite prestige très spacieuse, propre, calme et relativement bien équipée avec petite kitchenette permettant d'etre indépendant. Baignoire à remou + douche séparée. Connexion wifi.

Spa un peu décevant. Accès aux chaines tv restreint (pas de chaine tnt).
