close to airport, modern and good quality rooms room was very warm, hotel claimed their heating system was not 'alterable', no air conditioning available and if windows kept open, bugs came in.......... |

A nightmare to find - signage was terrible. The staff were ok but when we have a problem with German guests flinging themselves fully clothed into the pool they just ignored me and wouldnt deal with it - Would not recommend it. |

The rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly. Closed to airport and to large commercial center The internet wireless is very poor. They charge 3€ per dish you order by the room service. I think it is abit abusive. |

The hotel was very modern. The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Very impressed! The price of a breakfast is €18.00, which is too expensive. The high price is only acceptable because there are no shops / other alternative cafes in the vicinity. We bought 2 cokes at the bar which cost €11.00. Totally ridiculous! |

The fact that it was well located close to highway so for those who need to stop over when travelling is useful. The comfort of the room and the friendliness of the staff. |

I booked this hotel for my daughter and family, (husband, 7month old baby and a dog)!. They found the staff to be helful, room superb as able to cook and preper food in the kitchen, very comfortable large room, ample to accomodate the family. We have stayed at this hotel many times and never hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Keep up the constant quality that you provide for your guests. |

Close to airport for an early morning departure. Spacious room. Quite with double set of double pane windows. Had a kitchen. Great wine selections at the bar and the restaurants. Excellent value. Quite distant from downtown activities was the trade-off for being close to the airport |

The staff was curtious and the lobby beautiful. The room typical of a hotel at this level. I have a hard time reconciling the rate I paid per night with the quality of the hotel. |

Proximity to Bordeaux airport. Good evening meal served by very charming waiter The room was too hot and had a tiny bathroom. The restauarant ambiance was poor - bad acoustics, uncomfortable chairs, too much lighting. The 'contemporary' look doesn't work and makes it closer to works canteen than chic restaurant. The hotel is beginning to show signs of wear. If the price hadn't been so reasonable thanks to this website, we would have been very disappointed. |

Close to the bod airport. Kitchen in suite. Good weekend rate. Shuttle service is not flexible. Shuttle service starts at 7:00am while first flight at the airport leaves at 6:00am. Taxi service is available but not reliable. Breakfast is way overpriced (18 euros per person). No iron in room. |

Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant food was not the best value I got for what I paid. The food is very expensive; however, the portion was too small. I usually do not eat much and the portion I got was too smal to feed a child. |

J'ai choisi cet hotel pour le côté spa. J'ai travaillé toute la journée et je souhaité profiter du spa mais il ferme à 19h, trop tôt pour une journée de travail et il ouvre le matin seulement à partir de 10h, trop tard pour quel qu'un qui travaille...Ces horaires sont vraiment à changer car la clientele business ne peut en aucun cas profiter des bienfaits du spa. |

L'emplacement proche de l'aéroport, bien qu'il y existe de nombreux autres hôtels meilleurs rapports qualité/prix. Hôtel très cher. Malgré un prix très élevé, l'internet est payant. Le petit déjeuné : 18 Euros. Pour avoir aussi séjourné dans un hôtel proche avec des services comparables, c'est totalement excessif et rien ne le justifie. Le jour de mon séjour, il y avait un problème d'électricité dans plusieurs chambres. Le personnel a été incapable de gérer la situation avec professionnalisme. J'"ai attendu 6 heures sans électricité. On ne m'a pas changé de chambre. Pour un hôtel qui se prend pour un grand, la situation a été pathétique. |
