Most horrible hotel in Paris that I have ever seen! Service zero, location is far from Opera, their rooms like cells! Nothing for 4 stars - more or less village B&B, and they have debited twice my credit card and refused to cancel anything. One hour with police and a missed flight...A Real nightmare!

We really enjoyed the look and feel of the common areas of the hotel. Great breakfast.

Rooms were a bit on the small side. Concrete floors made the rooms feel not very cozy. Hard to get the temperature right - do not think the AC was working properly in our room.

Nice location in the middle of more of a hipster area of things to do. It is walking distance to the Louvre and Notre Dame. A lot of little restaurants around them. Room and bathroom a lot larger then you would expect for Paris.

Nice, helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Small but cosy rooms. Clean. Perfect location, near subway and shopping, but still quiet during the nights.

Air conditioning was not working. We did not complain because we were there only for two nights.

The staff were excellent. They spoke very good English and were very friendly. I also loved the design of the hotel.

We didn't have a chance to take advantage of the welcome drink, because we wanted to go out in the evening. It would be good if the time were not restricted to between 7.30 and 8.30pm.

I like this part of Paris and the hotel is a short walk from some really fantastic areas. It is also easily accessible by car/taxi and metro. The staff were helpful and overall, the place is nicely designed with the room we received being a real treat. Nicely furnished, spacious with concrete floors and beautiful industrial design pieces - the Jielde lamps were particularly cool. We had a nice big bathroom too.

The corridors were incredibly dark and the wifi - although free - was really poor. I'd prefer to pay to be able to work properly in my room.

The staff is very nice~ The hotel is near the railway station and convinient.

There was a bad smell in some areas of the hotel, no ventilation at the bathroom.

Design is very dark. And fruniture made from metal is not cosy at all. When you open the table or bed box it is very noisy. Receptor in shower was not clean.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. All we talked to were great. Location is very good. Metro close and as is Paris, so is everything else. Beds are very comfortable and housekeeping kept up with bedding. Our room was to the back of the hotel and was very quite, no noise at all.

Booked this hotel based on the 4 star rating. It is hardly that. Our room for two was small, real small, even at European standards. A rusty folding chair was the second chair for the room. No room for any thing else. No closet space to put our clothes away. Lived out of our suitcases for 4 days. No coffee or tea in the room. It was a very basic room at a premium rate.

Rooms are super small and furniture uncomfortable. Desk practically unusable due to unusual furniture used.

not knowing which room you have brought

Location is good and a lots of cafe and restaurant around.the lobby is elegant

When we first saw the lobby we r so exited to see our room cause the lobby is so elegant but whn we saw our room we will so disappointed .small is fine but too too basic for a four star hotel .and they don't even have a kettle for hot water.no coffee or tea in the room is fine I can buy it myself but no kettle?

Breakfast

The Hotel is clean. Linen were also very clean. Provides a good breakfast, the cost of which is included in the hotel rate. Located on a narrow busy street, but reasonably close to the Opera and some other attractions. Management apologized for inconvenience caused by work in neighbouring room and invited guests for a free drink at the bar.

Room furnishings rather spartan. Single beds are very small and not reasonaly comfortable. Overall, this hotel cannot be rated higher than a three star.

Location, friendly front desk staff, good breakfast too.

The building work in a room nearby disturbed us during our stay. Otherwise was good.

Tiny tiny bedroom and no carpets on floor made room seem a little bit "prison chic"!
