The location is good for shopping. Single room with double bed. The room interior, decoration and finishes are old and not maintained. The furniture is old. The room however was clean. The bed was comfortable. The wardrobe doors could not close and was hanging open all the time. The luggage stand was keeping the doors closed when i entered the room. My coffee and milk was not re-filled the next day and i think the sugar has been there forever. The kettle was clean and nothing wrong with the cups. The shower cubicle is small, i don’t know how a larger person will fit in it? It had a separate hot and cold tap (not mixer) – took a bit of ‘’tuning’’ to get the temperature right. You can hear people walking in the rooms above and in the passage. Small lift that can take 2 people and 1 large travel suitcase, so one person at a time with a large suitcase if you are a couple. We also had another double room and noticed similar poor interior, finishes, paint peeling , cracks and damaged tiles in the other room.

Location is fantastic. Bring a filled wallet to shop and drink a coffee in this area of paris. Spending roughly 180 € for a very small room is just to much. Next time we will visit a hotel just a few metrostops form the city centre for the same or lower price but with way more space and comfort.

Location was perfect, we were able to walk to Tower, aprox 2.0km Louvre aprox 1.5km, Galleries Lafayette aprox 0.5km, and Opera 0.5km (stunning). There is a superb resturant on corner, really good confectionary at end of street also general store at end of street. The property looks quite posh and original (parisian) form the outside, they had free internet on touch screen computer, a lift, they arranged pick- up and drop off at airport, via a shared minibus (a good value service), rooms cleaned daily, en-suite was modern and clean, decent shower pressure. Staff were pleasant, atmosphere relaxing. We satayed in standard room, a bit small with low ceilings, window looking out onto scafolding (work 9-5, although didn't really effect us), room was dated, with up and over wardrobes, felt a bit like a caravan! Had to bend legs slightly to fit under shower head (i,m 5ft 11").

No good point. Mini bar in a room was out of order. Although I requested to replace ment, they did not because of no availability. Room is so small, and no window. Just wondering why the hotel is always full. Can not recommend.

Location Construction behind the window and noisy neighbors (the walls are probably too thin), not very pleasant smell in the room, but not too bad. The room is quiet small.

I loved the location of this hotel. It is a perfect place to stay for the metro . You have easy access to all parts of Paris. We wanted to go to the tennis at Bercy and from Madelaine, ( only a few minutes walk from the hotel) it took about 15 minutes to reach our destination. The impressive shops, Printemps and Gallerie, L'affayette are close by and the view from the terrace restaurant on the roof of Printemps is not to be missed. The rer from the Gard du Nord to Auber is very useful in getting to the hotel if you don't need to take a taxi. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The only downside for us was our first night when the noise in the street was very loud with people shouting and rubbish being collected very early in the morning. It was a hot night and we did have our windows wide open, so in a way it was our fault that we put up with it, as the windows are quite well soundproofed and there is air conditioning. The pillows were quite uncomfortable and for me the beds were rather hard but that is personal taste .We did not try the breakfast as it seemed very pricey especially if you prefer a croissant and coffee in the morning. There are places nearby much cheaper for breakfast.

1.Perfect location in Paris. Two minute walk to Madeleine Church, three minute walk to Printemps, five minute walk to Lafayette and eight minute walk to Opera. 2.Easy access to exotic food restaurant. Japanese food, French food and Italian food are just several street around. 3.Public computer. Good for people carry no laptop or internet device.

The hotel was fine. It was a busy weekend in Paris so it was an ok choice for the price given the limited availability. The room was clean but very small, particularly the bathroom. Nothing particularly good or bad about it.

The warm and friendly greeting was delightful. And this continued throughout our stay..always smiling and helpful. The Room was excellent, the best we have stayed in on our trip..We'll be back! Not a big issue... But unusual to find a portable toilet trailer situated at front door of building...
