Fresh towels on a daily basis. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Lift to all floors. Location close to shops and metro. The carpets in the main entrance were covered with plastic sheeting, I am not sure if work was being done but nothing going on during our stay. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

This small hotel is very nice situated in elegant residential and commercial area. Very good location for visit Paris, Louvre, Monmartre, it's in close Metrò, RER, Laffayette Gallery and Operà theatre. |

Staffs in Queen Mary are very nice and helpful! I like the decoration inside the room very much~ The room and toilet are clean enough. So, I think I will choice Queen Mary again when I come to Paris next time. The only not very good thing is the view in my room. I can't see the view of Paris. But it doesn't influence me very much~ |

Very nice and amiable personnel; absolutely great location: area of medium and big shops, bistro and resto, walking distance to Concord square, metro/RER junction lines. i find the breakfast a bit too expensive, so we were breakfasting in the places nearby |

The location is excellent but the friendly and helpful assistance from the staff, especially the lady at the reception desk made all the difference to our holiday. Who said that the people in Paris were not friendly? Would definitely recommend this hotel. |

Nice street, nice interior, but needs repair. Rooms are small and dark, but quit cosy. Good location! There was a noise behind our room door all night and it was difficult to sleep, but it did not repeat at other nights. |

Location! The room - bigest than expected. Climatisation. Furniture - old but very nice. Very nice staff ;-))) I will come back there. The room was old and not clean enought. They should clean it more carrefuly, maby renovate (bathroom). |
