Radisson Blu Ambassador Hotel, Paris Opera    

Location was great. Food and drink in the executive lounge was lovely.

Staff friendly with a great atmosphere. Room and amenities fantastic

The service from the staff was excellent! And the room and bed was so beautiful and good.

All was good.Our expectations were met.

1. Actual bill was more then sum confirmed at booking.com. 2. Not very freindly staff at the restaurant (we staid 10 minutes in the doorway of restaurant in hope that somebody will approach to us and after decided to look for the administrator by our selves. 3.No chance to dinner without preliminary booking (nobody warned about it). that's why we had to eat in Millenium hotel. 4. It is very stuffy in room, the window is blocked by a chain, the conditioner forces warm air

I drink tea with milk, but the housecleaning service was unable/refused to provide extra when asked. Also room supplies were somewhat erratic!

We were upgraded on arrival to a suite with excellent facilities including access to an excellent airport style lounge on top floor.

Johnatan, at reception, was very kind and helpful,with positive attitude,he arranged for us a late check out as my daughter needed to relax before living.

Staff were helpful. Clean hotel. Decent room size. Great location for shopping as it is within walking distance to Galeries Lafayette and Le Printemps.

Room rate and breakfast price are a little on the high side. 25-30 mins walking distance to Eiffel Tower. However if you don't wish to walk, you can always take the metro to there.

Location is excellent, easy access to underground stations and very close to Opera, close to Bus station to airport.....Room is very nice and comfortable, high floor rooms are excellent in terms of view

Elevators ( Lifts) are very small and small in numbers compared to the hotel

Closeness to Major Places: Shopping Mall , Restaurants , Cinema , Attractions et al.

We liked everything about the hotel. It was in a great location, the staff were very helpful and the room was very comfortable.

The central location, the design of the interior and helpful check in staff, bar staff, porters and very efficient concierge service. Smart, clean rooms.

Only the slightly over eager maid service. Knocking at 8.30am to make up the room and then coming in whilst still in bed. Then when they return do not make up the rooms fully. I think if you are staying at a hotel for multiple nights, the beds should be made up with the throws and cushions and all towels in place each night. After all it is not a discounted rate on following nights.

Perfect location very nice hotel and good value rates. Very close to the best departments stores , and the Opera. The Metro is very convenience and the location is one of the most easy to walk around.

I am not crazy about the cleaning service , the rooms are made not so well , like the target of the hotel request.

Very nice hotel, nice bar, and friendly staff. Good location for most things including shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. Also very close to the metro and short taxi ride from the mainline station

Can't think of anything off hand... although the drinks were quite expensive in the bar. We didn't eat in the restaurant

I liked hotel staff. They are really good. Location is very good for all travellers. That district is excellent.

I did not like that restaurant was closed on saturday. It's sooo strange because so many touristers are there and all of them, probably, want to have a dinner in the evening.
