Location location location. Its perfect if you are willing to brave the metro and also close enough if you fancy a nice walk around Paris. Rooms are larger than most in Paris. We booked a queen bed but got two singles pushed together. The Bar and breakfast are both very expensive. I had read previous reviews about the hotel and one or two mentioned mice but I thought this was a one off. I couldnt belive my eyes when I saw mice running around the floor in the bar and judging by the staffs reaction this is a well known problem. For the price I paid to stay in this hotel I dont expect to have mice running about the place!

The location is great. We walked everywhere. There are Several department stores on the doorstep and a huge selection Of restaurants from family budget to gourmet. Highly recommended.

Great hotel! Very clean, nicely appointed rooms. Hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. Nice lobby bar for drinks after a long day of walking the streets of Paris! Located in the midst of shopping and just a few blocks from the Louvre and Rue du Rivoli. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice atmosphere and surroundings, beautiful decoration, great location and friendly staffs. The shower was horrible because the temperature kept changing by it self and the air condition was not working well when needed at certain day when it was not cool enough.

Very central, very close to metro stations and department stores, quite big room (in Paris standarts), friendly staff (but they supposed to be friednly and helpful so this is not a real plus) Cleaning service is slow and not very organised (one day they left the changed linens in the room, the other day my room was not cleaned until 3, etc), nothing special about the hotel other than its location...

Excellent hotel, have stayed there before and the standard has remained top class. Ideal position for shopping, just a few minutes walk to La Fayette Gallery, and we could see the Eiffel Tower from our room. Very friendly and helpful staff and good value for money. I would definitely recommend and will return.

LOcation....Taxi stand at 20 yards...helpful and cordial staff. Breakfast included at special 8th floor lounge. Metro is also very close....Good restaurants nearby.Concierge obtains tickets for events. Free newspapers.In general a pleasant experience.

I just like the location I don't like their food and staff as well. There are not any spa or relaxing facility in the Hotel. Hope they can improve soon.

The room was clean, comfortable and ample. We were traveling as a family of 6, and finding accommodations for such a large group can be challenging. The staff was happy to bring us an extra cot for added comfort, and we all slept well. We were very appreciative to have adjoining rooms, too.

cleanliness of my room was very bad: 1- lots of ants on the carpet floor-2-no soap in the bath-3-the bed is not organized and arranged in good way, all the decorated pillowes were left on the couch-4-the ironing machine along with stand not returned to its place-5-no refill for tea bags-6-no tea cups-7-no tea stir sticks-8- mistakenly, breakfast charged on our bill which not requested-9- the front desk informed about our complaints, unfortunatly no action was taken

Location is good, close to Opera, grande magasins (in case smbd is interested), main points of interest. Service is awful. Luggage was lost immediately after entering the building. When you have "do not disturb" on your room, housekeeping still knocking. No cotton discs for cosmetics, for 2 guests sometimes it's only one set os shampoo. Water periodically stops running when you taking the shower. Ordered a kingsize bed, received 2 separate standing close to each other.

Hotel was very nice, recently renovated. Had a snack whilst waiting from room, which was very nice indeed. Towels were a bit on the skimpy side. Toilet bit small, had to back in and I'm only small.

Fine hotel and excellent site, especially for a campaign on shops. There were impressions only positive. The hotel interior became international- anything isn't present from France, earlier before repair it was more interesting!

The location was very good. We had a room overlooking Paris: The Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Opera, La Defense etc. The rooms were well appointed. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We had a car which the hotel staff managed to park right in front of the hotel. The wardrobe was too small.

Very polite staff eager to help Very good location -central and within easy reach of the Departmental Stores. Comfortable rooms.Good TV programmes. A safe Hotel for a single lady traveller. Honest Housekeeping staff . Menu did not have more vegetarian dishes Drinking water was charged. Not even one bottle was given with the room.

Great location for those who are coming for Opera and for shopping. Staff is efficient and helpfull. Never book a single room as a bed there is so small as it was made for barbie doll. Impossible to sleep as you will fall down every time you will try to turn. I booked a superior double room but seeing that I'm alone the hotel provided me with the single room... It was a rat flat, but not the real room....
