It was my third time in this hotel and every tie we face problems with our reservation done through booking .com. This time I have reserved with 3 months in advance and they have quetioned me , saying the rates were wrong, and until they haven't solved the misunderstading they avoid us ( wife, children and mother ) to go to the room, even after a tough flight. |

We received an unusually warm welcome from the reception staff. The concierge was very helpful also. Very comfortable bed and crisp linen. We did not like the fact that we had to pay the full price of our stay upon arrival. The 16 Restaurant is closed due to renovation until 24 or 26 October. We had intended using this restaurant because of the good reviews and convenience and we were very disappointed at its closure. We complained when checking out and asked for a concession and the receptionist, having spoken with the manager, agreed to discount the price of two drinks from the bar from our bill (€16) and suggested we look at the photos on a poster on the restaurant window as to how it would look when finished. Are we supposed to go back in October???!! The bathroom flooded every time you had a shower. Shower door not fitted properly.Furniture very shabby.Hot b'fast poor |

The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. However, as a regular Radisson Business Class client, there were some issues that did not reflect well on the Radisson brand...refer below... This hotel is old and badly needs renovation. The bedroom image on your website is only a digital image and does not at all represent the reality. This very small Business Class room, while reasonably comfortable, was was very well worn, with chips out of all of the furniture which is all 1980's reproduction Regency, complete with wooden wardrobes that positively shrieked when opened. The bed-covers on the king-size bed were made for doubles and so sleeping in the middle of the bed was not possible so making a request for a King bed redundant. The air-conditioning never worked properly despite reporting it twice making for a very humid and mouldy-smelling room. Housekeeping did not replenish Nespresso coffee, sugar etc in the mornings. |

Perfect location, space (room and facilities), cleaness Staff fighting between themselves during breakfast and not providing expected service for a 4*. Check-in too long because out of the 3 clercks only one could make the necessary credit card operations. Level of service not at the level of the SAS I go often in Brussels close to cathedral... |

I liked the location, the staff and the rooms. All in all a very pleasant hotel on a good location. The breakfast is too expensive. You can better go to one of the cafe's near by. |

The staff was friendly as usual and the breakfast buffet was really nice. The room was clean and quiet. I did not like the fact that I had to pay already at the moment I arrived. Usualy I pay the hotel bill at checkout. |

The location of the hotel was good. The room was very small and old, it has not been renewed for ages. Bathroom roof and walls had apparently some mold on them, and the whole room smelled on mold when entering the room. The hotel is not worth the rate we paid for it (210e per night). Some personnel on the breakfast were very rude to the customers noting them about something had run out in the breakfast buffet. |

I continue to like the location - it is disappointing that the quality of service has diminshed. Yes - it is very poor economy to skimp on items like toiletries, particularly the miserable bits of soap which were not even replaced each day. On one day, the Sunday 5 July, the bathroom supplies were not replenished at all. Further, the instructions for the in-room telephone bore no relation to the telephone provided: there was no One-touch-system button on the phone in room 160 and the only way to contact, for example, the concierge or the housekeeping, was to go downstairs to the front desk. Another issue was the account - I was charged for breakfast every day despite not using the hotel dining facilities even once. There was also a 7 euro charge for the mini-bar, again a facility which I do not, and did not, use at all. There appears to be something very wrong with your billing systems. Needless to say I questioned these amounts and had them removed from the account. |

Very centrally located. Within walkin distance to nice shops and restaurants.Staff very helpful and friendly. No.16 restaurant very nice. Would have enjoyed more leisure facilities i.e.sauna, jacuzzi, other than just a gym. The light switches in bedroom were strange - not all sockets worked at same time. |
