Mercibeaucoup pour votre aide Rachel !!!
I was angry, because Russian traslator in reception was not competent: documents(hotel),didn't take part computer, rude!!!
Good location, great restaurant, the suite has great storage space and the view is stunning
The information about the hôtel is not readily available.. It felt like a business hôtel ..a bit cold
I liked the location, roof terrace and a spa.
I did not liked the broken shower in the bathroom. It was the same in my friends room.
The Spa and the location
Reception staff and staff in party mode at midnight second floor with colleagues checking to room very close to ours 226
Very small rooms and very noisy.
Perfect staff at the reception Upgrade and welcome Card & Drink Amazing rooftop view Located next to the sea and harbour Very big and comfortable bed Nice bathroom
Cocktails at the rooftop Bar are rather simple, Could be improved by a skilled barkeeper No Pool if you do Not Pay the spa extra Charge
The location is very good and the roof bar has the best view, we have been given a very ugly and uncomfortable room and fortunately we have been allowed to change it for a more decent one(thank you to the lady at the reception, very nice)
Although I have sent request that this was our 7th anniversary, room was not ready at 3PM and we had to wait 1 hour more(they gave us some vouchers for cocktails on the terrace), first room given was horrible, we had to complaint to have a decent one, they wanted 25 Euros to use swimming pool
Room size and doors of the bathroom
location, wi-fi, roof top bar
we booked a double room with city view we were given a very small room with 2 single beds pushed together (room 341) avoid it at all costs. the balcony is a joke you have to climb on the bed and jump out but there was no table and chairs, the housekeeping storeroom was opposite ours and constant talking and banging went on all day no chance of an afternoon nap! the pool is 25 euros to have a dip and beer and breakfast was expensive which we were aware of being to the cote d'azur before .
The staff was very accommodating as they switched my room to a higher floor as I didn't like my first room. Hotel is near restaurants on a pier. Valet was very fast but expensive.
My first room was on a weird floor with a window that had a common balcony where anyone could walk into my window. The 2nd room was very small and outdated but I didn't feel like complaining. The rooftop was very dirty from a wedding that had happened the night before.
The rooftop lounge. Friendly staff. That it was a little off the beaten track.
It could use a little TLC, some of the decor is a bit dated or well worn.
Toilet is split...not comfortable
The hotel itself was good and the roof top restaurant and bar were excellent. Location was super and the staff friendly.
What i absolutely bought into was the pier with the super facilities for sunbathing and relaxing, and a lovely swimming pool, that we were not allowed to use unless we paid very high costs!! So what we got was a bed and a car parked for £183.00 which i found was disgusting value for money. and they charged more than was quoted by booking.com. We ended up in a little street cafe for breakfast, now i think this is a lot of money for a bed!
Breakfast service was terrible and the whole place is tired and needs refurbishment.
The location was good.
Staff were poor. We ordered room service as we arrived at 22:00 they said they were closed although rm service closes at 23:00. Iron was completely in pieces in the room. Could not use the pool unless we paid and extra 25 euro each per day. Once again room service was closed for a whole day so could not order a drink or coffee because there was a function on for a day. 15 euro charge to go to the beach. 100 euro taxi charge for 25km to airport ... Ordered by the hotel. :( Total hotel cost 1665 euro for 4 nights. Not recommended !
Restaurant view at the top
Booked 2 rooms, paid on reservation. Then booked 3rd room later, paid less for exactly the same period. The hotel did not respond to correction. Bed mattress quality was awful. The room was relatively small.
Location Sea view Valet parking
Breakfasts Cost of parking
The location is ideal
The room was too small to accommodate two people and two bags. We could only open one suitcase at a time. The queen bed was two twin beds pushed together with separate sheets and blankets.
Everything was great
i had to move to business class room because the normal rooms was not really what in the pictures
that you have to pay more for the beach even if you're stay in the hotel. weird rule , I've been in lot of hotels but that was the first time to know about this rule
room too small, price too high
location and roof top bar
room was very small and small terrace immediately over the hotel signage on 1st floor wasn't what we expected
They tried to fob is off with a twin room, then offered to push the beds together. We booked a double room.
Poor lighting,no mirror in room
THE STAFF HERE ARE BRILLIANT!!!! For such a large, chain-hotel, right on the marina in CANNES wasn't expecting much. Completely blown-away by the staff. Without exception absolutely outstanding ...charming, attentive, helpful - superb! Great!
