We waited about an hour for the alleged "every 20 minutes" shuttle bus from the airport. Having travelled for 24 hours from Australia with 2 small children, we were not impressed |

Professional, flexible staff. Excellent soundproofing for a hotel near an airport. Internet worked correctly, and supplied good bandwidth. Good bed and bedding. Good sound insulation with regard to other rooms. Bathroom's cleanliness was below standard for the hotel's class. Carpets in the room, and especially in the halls were "tired." |

The help at the check in desk was excellent. The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. The shuttle service back and forth to the airport was very convenient. We did not like that we had no choice for breakfast but to pay for a whole buffet even though we just wanted something very light. |

Lobby area was very nice. Bar and Restaurant were excellent. Room size was great as were most room ammenities. Maintenance should check baths--shower was bad. Also, desk clerks were not very friendly although they were efficient. |

Restaurant and its staff : food,staff and price was excellent. Shuttle buss service and drivers was excellent. Reception staff seemed unfriendly and made me feel I was a nuisance- maybe because I don't speak French.[except an asian lady who was kind] |

Free airport transfers, good air conditioning. A couple of the staff had problems understanding English at the check-in desk. Unusual for a large airport hotel. |
