I have booked and paid for "Luxury Double Room" which I found my selv in the room without water in toilet, without hot water at sink, with refrigerator which was locked. Unbelievable !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wanna just my money back. I have stayed only 1 night and morning I found out that it is not any water in the toilet. It was no hot water at sink. Refrigerator was locked, which it was also strange for me. By check out, I explained everything to reception, and it seems that they knew there was some problem with that room which they gave me. I think they did not bother and care because they knew that I'll stay only 1 night there. I think I was treated unfairly as I have never experienced anything similar in other hotels before. As a 4 star hotel you should just prepared for everything to be okay. I was unfortunately forced to hurry to cdg airport otherwise I will stand there until I receiving my money back. I think the least they should do is to return my money back or give a credit for 1 night for me. Luxury Double Room without water in toilet, without hot water at sink, with refrigerator locked can I be glad ???

We often stay at Blu Radisson hotels - in Edinburgh, Helsinki etc. We were unbelievably disappointed with Blu Radisson Paris cdg. There was mould and God knows what other stains on the walls all over our room. There was mould on the bathroom floor & the bathroom door had to be shut to keep out the mould smell. We tried to forget this in the swimming pool facility but the entire rim of the pool and the far display wall of tiles had thick brown mould/algae on it. Absolutely disgusting! Unfortuntely the hotel staff showed the same contempt for customers as was shown to hotel cleanliness. We will never be using a Blu Radisson hotel again. Very disappointing.

The bed and the room were fine and we slept very well. We chose this airport hotel only because there were so few hotel rooms left in Paris and we were just passing through by car. The web-site was misleading. The hotel is more like a Novotel than a 4 star hotel. There were noisy raucous people in the restaurant, unpleasant odours along the corridor and the housekeeper came to our room three times without knocking (first time at 8AM!)

The free shuttle from the hotel to terminal 2 at the airport was extremely useful otherwise the hotel would have been to remote to get anywhere without spending alot of money on taxis. I would recommend the hotel to people travelling to the tradeshows in Villepinte as it is much easier than travelling in and out of Paris. It was not a 4 star hotel even though it states that it is. The room rate says that it is normally 400 euros, there is not a chance that it is worth anywhere near this price. We paid 260 for two nights with booking.com which is substantially cheaper than the price that the hotel displays however even at 260 the room had no wifi, the bathroom tiles where chipped,there was a hole at the side of the bath and the shower fell off the wall on to my head and so we had to have baths for the time we stayed.

Their shuttel services is very very bad , they said is every 15 mins, but you have to stand on airport for more then 45 to 60 mins to get a shuttel , and when u compalint this to hotel staff ,,, they behave very rudely. So for me what they claim on website they dont do it at all. I had a very bad experince with this radisson cdg, with their other branches I was always very comfortable. I think the managment schould invole themself to rectify this kind of problems and not to be rude with customers

Only location The room was terrible,with smell,outside the temperature was +1,in the room was +5,water only hot water in the bathroom,lock the mini bar,we couldn't to drink,We arrived at 3am&ask to reception if the room is good,the answer was all the rooms in the hotel good.

Dinner was good at the restaurant. Our room was hot and all they did was bring us a fan. The ac did not work. When I said something the man checking us out... He did not even apologize for our discomfort. Also the lighting in the room was very bad. Hard to read unless right under a lamp.

The room was convenient and there were facilities for those who wanted to catch planes quickly at the airport Unfortunately, the staff were illinformed: we were told the first airport shuttle was at 6 am when we found later that there was one at 5.15 am. The shuttle dropped us at a very inconvenient location: we asked him repeatedly to drop us at terminal 1 and he dropped us at a point on terminal 3 from where it was very difficult to get to terminal 1 with luggage; the rooms were not clean and it looked as if the sheets had been slept on

The food was excellent. We were surprised at the quality and plan to return again as a night stopover on our way to Europe. Staff needs to be trained more to work as a team.

The location is fine for an overnight stay at the airport. Otherwise not ideal for central Paris. Many taxi drivers dont know where it is and are not keen to travel so fat out. In is a good 15 min drive from the airport into the French countryside.

The room I received after the third room change was acceptable but tired with regard to decoration. A refund for one night when the policy is that if you are not satisfied we will not charge for your stay. Leaking water from ceiling. No curtain in bathroom for over bath shower. No shower. Broken electric plug. Room key locked out on every return to room. Poor signs to find hotel. Lights wired back to front cant turn off bathroom at night. Lavatory smells like male urinal. No WIFI. Carpet dirty from water leak. Chair wet from water leak. Vastly overpriced at 275 a night and very poor quality. Hairdryer broken etc etc etc

One of very few hotels offering things to do for teenagers - pool - billiards - tennis - table tennis. Onion soup is superb! Staff sloppy - had to keep reminding them about things. Restaurant menu expensive and you start getting bored after 2 days.

We had Pasta there and it was very good. The restaurant staff were very nice. I like the shuttle to and from the hotel. One of the women at the front desk was very rude consistently. She always seemed irritated. I would avoid her when I needed a question answered. She also did not have all the answers to the questions I had about getting to Disney; or if she did, she did not share them. I was also put in a room with a very bad smell due to a leaking ceiling and a very wet carpet and they were very slow in correcting this issue. Not a hotel I would recommend when there are so many others around. You can''t call that a Luxury Room when the carpet is soaked due to a ceiling leak and it was old and dirty too in the first room.

Close to airport. Service from hotel staff at front desk was poor. Even though there were two people at the front desk, only one was checking people in very slowly. They don't seem to care that customers were waiting and when the second staff member finally started checking people in, he didn't ask for the next in line, instead, helping someone that was not waiting for long. Also, their English was barely comprehensible over the phone. The shuttle drivers were very cold and did not want to help with any luggage at all. Overall service was poor. Restaurant staff was O.K. but food was poor.
