Registration personnel were helpfuland tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Hotel was in need of repair. Ice machines were broken. Hot tub didn't work and tiles were falling off in steam room. Resturant had poor service and the food quality was poor. |

The lights went off in the morning and we had to get hotel staff and they went into a closet in the hall did sometime for them to come back on. Then he came into our room and uplugged their hot water pot. We have stayed in many hotels never had an experience like that. |

The room was nice and the food was great. The internet lounge only had one computer and it kept on freezing and charging me while I waited. Even after we asked to have it serviced we were unable to even get our boarding passes up. Twenty minutes of nothing but waiting and being charged for it. This is the 21st century. It is bad enough that we had to pay for this service, but then to have it not work at all.....rediculous. |

The hotel was convenient for a night stay before a morning flight home. The accomodations were very nice and I especially enjoy the food at your restaurant. |

The breakfast was rather more substantial than most. The first room assigned had been recently occupied and not cleaned. A second room was assigned and solved the problem. |

The room was clean, except for a bit of mildew in the bathroom. The service in the restaurant was excellent. The rooms were large, comparable to North American standards. The rooms were cheap. The restaurant was expensive. The reception staff were bored and unhelpful. You have to pay for parking even though it is in the middle of nowhere. The hotel is hard to find. |

The hotel was very clean and quiet, the room was comfortable, you could not tell you were by such a busy airport. Staff was ok but not overly friendly. Shuttle bus was great. The shuttle pickup at the airport is very well located, very close to the us departure and arrival. |

The cleanliness and comfortableness of the room and the open, yet quietness, of the downstairs area. And, the food was delicious! Didn't stay long enough to find an answer to this question. But.......the shower allowed water to collect on the floor, which turned out to be a bit of a surprise. |

The area was most likely to be more peaceful than most and thank goodness that airport distances exist close. I was not happy to hear that shuttle service did not exist until 5:20am and so delaying an earlier arrival at the airport as with my departure. |

There was a rat running around in the hallway by my room. The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night; it was so loud I had ringing in my ears 12 hours later which is an indication of permanent hearing loss. The hotel shuttle was 20 minutes late to bring me to the hotel and dropped me off at the wrong door when I left. |

at night fire alarm rang two times for no reason. we went outside at 01:00 am and 03.00 am and could not sleep all night. hotel staff did not apologise nor they did not tell the reason. it was awfull stay... |

Location close to the airport They have a beautiful swimming pool but there are no towels or soap available in the changing rooms/showers. The sauna and steam room are very poorly maintained, doors don't close and there is no thermometer or sand clock (they have been removed). My overall impression was that they do not trust their clients. |

Close to the airport, very convenient and fast shuttle service, very clean and nice The internet is not wifi in the rooms, and this is not written. They gave a network cable that didn't work, and blamed my computer. Only when I tried by myself a different cable, it worked. |
