Long way to Paris but it was our choice.
They gave us a twin room on the first evening instead of a double. When I called them from the room phone, they said they would call back and kept us waiting 10 mins, before we finally decided to go down. They contested this and said that this was the room we had ordered. Luckily we had a snap shot on our ipad of what we had requested when we made the booking. When they saw this this they changed our room but no apology offered. In the morning they tried to charge us 40 euros for breakfast in the restaurant. I explained to them that breakfast was included in the booking and tried to show them this clearly on the ipad... but instead the lady from the breakfast room who was rather rude decided to take us to the reception area because she said she didn't know anything about this. She left us there at the busy reception in the queue in order to wait for the receptionist during the middle of morning rush hour and then went back to the restaurant and left. We spent less than 10 hours at this hotel, spent a substantial amount of money and you would have expected at least to have problem and hassle free during such a short stay. Restaurant is expensive. Two burgers and two beers came to 55 euros. Steam room was broken.

When travelling for business I always try to stay at a Radisson Blu, the standard is normally excellent, not in this case. * Food is very expensive and not of a good quality. * Furthermore there is one menu, titled "snacks", this is the only menu regardless of whether you are in the Bar, Restaurant or room. * As the hotel is located in an industrial estate there is little option to walk to another restaurant. One nearby restaurant is more for lunch clientele. * WiFi is brutally slow, forget trying to work from your room, it is not suitable and you need to re-login to the system regularly * There is a smell of damp in the hotel, 2nd floor is the worst, this creeps into the rooms from the hallway.
I arrived at the Radison Blu after an 11 hour flight having made my booking 48 hours before hand and with a credit card online i turn up and previous to this my wallet had been stolen 2 days ago and they say they cannot accept my booking without a physical credit card not just numbers (which is all i had) I then proceed to tell them my dilemma and that i literally have no cash or cards on me only the number and hence why i booked online etc, after an hour and a half of waiting they then proceed to tell me that if they get someone else's credit card number and a photo copy of this credit card they can charge it to that and won't need any ID etc, so that gets sorted and then by this time it is 745 PM and i have not eaten since lunch time and so i just double check if it is ok to order room service and it would just get charged straight to the credit card (as yoou would think) But no apparently not so arrive to my room (it is ok just a standard airport hotel room nothing fancy) to only have complimentary tea and coffee and starving until my flight the next morning at 10am. Long story short i would definently not stay here again, and taxi price wise it isn't even in close proximity to the airport my taxi was 21Euros…
Serene environment as well as the shuttle serviceservice to the shopping centre and the airport were quite good.
The fact that the indoor pool and sauna where out of use was disappointing. Though there was a nearby facility with swimming pool and the hotel made refunds.

Reviews matter, so read this carefully. If you want attention to details, then don't bother with this "rundown" hotel. We booked a suite, first room (318) had soaked towels on the floor from a leak upstairs and stunk. Second room (418) had a stale smell in the bathroom; didn't have cups for the Nespresso, asked the cleaners outside, no one came back. Called reception after 1 hour, they said they will get one up, nothing happened for 3 hours. Had to go to the bar to ask for cups. Staff were polite, but lazy and utterly incompetent. They do the bare minimum or do nothing at all. The concept of customer service is foreign to them. They come to work, quietly clock their time and go home. However, I sense this is a culture at the hotel and could be traced back to its management. Food was costly (€17 for basic club sandwich), and as it was the holiday in France, all nearby eateries were closed, so you are stuck here. Swimming pool was closed, which is surely a false advertisement. We only found out from a paper sign pasted in the lift. How about compensate guests for this? Overall, a big disappointment for the Radisson blu brand. Left this hotel feeling rather blue ...
facilities esp.wifi signal is very poor
We flew into CDG in the afternoon and were flying out again the next morning, so this was a good place to stay, especially with the free airport shuttle. The staff were very helpful, even though there was some confusion with our booking. When we arrived we discovered that the swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was disappointing, but the staff informed us that we could go to the public swimming pool just next door and the Hotel would reimburse our entrance fee. The free breakfast in the morning was great.
There was no shower door or curtain in our bathroom, so the floor got quite wet.

This hotel is surely not a 4* hotel, or at least it's a very bad publicity for the Radisson group. We paid 115 euros for 1 night and thought it would be a good deal. But actually not. - Lots of light switches in the room but the light system did not work properly, in particular in the bathroom (very annoying indeed...). Staff were not able to solve the problem despite their effort. - We did get a crib but without a mattress. Staff argued the bed is sold without the mattress and tried to use blankets. Eventually, our baby slept in our bed. - The whole room, even though relatively big, looked as if it had not been renovated in the last 40 years. - Avoid the cafeteria for food, it's a rip off. The restaurant is more expensive but much better.
Everyone was very nice to us. I had to spend an extra night due to my flight being canceled and the staff was very helpful.A good place to stay near the airport without feeling like you are under the noise of planes taking off and landing.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel works well, good value for money! The beds were comfy and a good size room. We did not eat at the hotel, so can't comment on the food.
The hot water in the bathroom could have been hotter, it was not hot enough to have a bath, it was ok to have a shower but not a bath, the hot water needs to be a bit hotter!

Arrived late and scheduled shuttle service from airport had stopped. The hotel did send an extra shuttle bus to pick us up - excellent service. Hotel of good standard, nice rooms, good service in general.

I found the reception staff a little cold. I am used to our English friendliness! I also found the choice of food at restaurant and room service slightly mundane.

Restaurant meal was very poor quality, we had an extremely long wait for food. Our meal took 2 hours 15 minutes for a main course and 1 plate of cheese. When we asked for a manager to complain to they said their was no one available that night. We complained again in the morning and after about 30 mins we eventually got to speak to a manager who offered a discount on the meal.
They do have a dedicated shuttle bus and it runs on time. The French Onion soup is mind blowing.
The property is getting a bit tired and worn out. Just look at the front desk. Check in can take long a long time if there is only one person on the desk, which there often is. Bits that have fallen off the shuttle bus are carried about inside ... class!
