Clean convenient to cdg and the airport shuttle is more effective than
from some of the other airport hotels

Only thing I did like was that it was clean. The hotel staff were not
very helpful. 3 different shuttle drivers gave us the wrong information
as to where you can catch the shuttle back to the hotel. The second
night we were their the airconditioner started to drip water on the
floor. We told the front desk that follwing morning and when we got back
that night nothing had been done to fix it!!

The air coniditioner did not get fixed until we compained a second time.
Not good for a 4 star hotel. Also the pool was closed the whole 4 nights
we stayed. A 4 star hotel should not have it closed that long! Also we
were suspose to get the paris pass however what we got was a paris viste
pass (not the same thing) this pass only gets you transportation. They
need to be very specific!!!

We waited about an hour for the alleged "every 20 minutes" shuttle bus from the airport. Having travelled for 24 hours from Australia with 2 small children, we were not impressed

Hotel lobby

Rooms are old and outdated. Bathroom needs renovation.

hotel staff is very co-operative and soft

the room i got was a very old furnished room,,caroet was dirty it was not like my last stay in december 2007 ,,,,,

The price and the proximity to the airport

Yes, the hotel was not clean and the chosen color of furniture inside
and outside the room is quite depressing and tooooo colorful which I
think it could be easily changed to a white color which will make a
difference.

The excellent shuttle service

The male staff was too friendly, the food lacked quality, the room was dirty, housekeeping was rude and it wasn't a spa at all.

The buffet breakfast was too expensive and we were not allowed to order an ala carte breakfast.

Lobby area was very nice. Bar and Restaurant were excellent. Room size was great as were most room ammenities.

Maintenance should check baths--shower was bad. Also, desk clerks were not very friendly although they were efficient.

Low cost, large rooms compared to hotels in centre of Paris.Free
Internet.Friendly Staff. Good traffic free accessability by car for
Asterix Parc (10-15 minutes) and EuroDisney (30 minutes) and airport 5
minutes.Excellent for transiting Paris if you dont wish to enter the
trafic jammed city!

Hidden costs,Parking should be free! With 3 rooms for 2 nights we still
had to pay extra for 2 nights! Breakfast pricey! Better to eat out at
nearby Carrefour .
