    We flew into CDG in the afternoon and were flying out again the next morning, so this was a good place to stay, especially with the free airport shuttle. The staff were very helpful, even though there was some confusion with our booking. When we arrived we discovered that the swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was disappointing, but the staff informed us that we could go to the public swimming pool just next door and the Hotel would reimburse our entrance fee. The free breakfast in the morning was great.

    There was no shower door or curtain in our bathroom, so the floor got quite wet.

    Good quality, comfortable hotel conveniently located for Paris airport and TGV station.

    Breakfast and restaurant prices a bit expensive. Bar meals more reasonable but limited options.

    - Availability and friendliness of hotel staff, who were really willing to help. - free shuttle service. Contrary to what some other previous clients, they were really punctual and helpful. - hotel restaurant, which is not cheap but very good - swimming pool - quiet although it's close to the airport

    This hotel is surely not a 4* hotel, or at least it's a very bad publicity for the Radisson group. We paid 115 euros for 1 night and thought it would be a good deal. But actually not. - Lots of light switches in the room but the light system did not work properly, in particular in the bathroom (very annoying indeed...). Staff were not able to solve the problem despite their effort. - We did get a crib but without a mattress. Staff argued the bed is sold without the mattress and tried to use blankets. Eventually, our baby slept in our bed. - The whole room, even though relatively big, looked as if it had not been renovated in the last 40 years. - Avoid the cafeteria for food, it's a rip off. The restaurant is more expensive but much better.

    Everyone was very nice to us. I had to spend an extra night due to my flight being canceled and the staff was very helpful.A good place to stay near the airport without feeling like you are under the noise of planes taking off and landing.

    The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel works well, good value for money! The beds were comfy and a good size room. We did not eat at the hotel, so can't comment on the food.

    The hot water in the bathroom could have been hotter, it was not hot enough to have a bath, it was ok to have a shower but not a bath, the hot water needs to be a bit hotter!

    Arrived late and scheduled shuttle service from airport had stopped. The hotel did send an extra shuttle bus to pick us up - excellent service. Hotel of good standard, nice rooms, good service in general.

    Excellent cleanliness levels and excellent facilities. Amazing access to various parts of relevant Paris. A delightfully warm and friendly environment.

    I found the reception staff a little cold. I am used to our English friendliness! I also found the choice of food at restaurant and room service slightly mundane.

    Very friendly staff.

    Restaurant meal was very poor quality, we had an extremely long wait for food. Our meal took 2 hours 15 minutes for a main course and 1 plate of cheese. When we asked for a manager to complain to they said their was no one available that night. We complained again in the morning and after about 30 mins we eventually got to speak to a manager who offered a discount on the meal.

    They do have a dedicated shuttle bus and it runs on time. The French Onion soup is mind blowing.

    The property is getting a bit tired and worn out. Just look at the front desk. Check in can take long a long time if there is only one person on the desk, which there often is. Bits that have fallen off the shuttle bus are carried about inside ... class!

    Although Radisson Blu was at back door of airport, our room was a quiet, comfortable haven for the last night of our Vacation. Good mattress and multiple pillows, strong hot shower, and great sound insulation. Easy Wifi connection, but TV with remote was confusing. It was convenient location for getting to airport and car rental return without hassle. Clerk at Patisserie in Misnel-Amelot (only thing open in M-A on Saturday morning) was able to direct us to Total gas station in next town for final fill-up.

    Public facilities and lobby service for off-season were mixed. Lobby was bright and nicely furnished, but the pool, spa, and most bathrooms were closed for renovation. Staff on Friday night was not enough to handle tour bus and check in of other independent travelers, but the two people behind the counter did their best to patiently address everyone's needs. We needed to remind clerk during check-out that free parking was one reason we chose the hotel was promise of free parking to get 11 euro parking fee removed from our bill.

    It was close to CDG. It was very quiet considering location. Room service food was good.

    Understaffed, huge waits when interracting with front desk. Staff were uninterested. Unless you're going to CDG, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Got placed in an Economy room when paid for a Std room, had to follow up with staff to change and was given an excuse that was a lie (spare bed in room to be removed!). Food was massively overpriced. You are a captive audience as there is nothing nearby. Hotel is understaffed.

    Mini bar was locked and they said we do not have key? TV not work, they change control. I reserved a room with separate beds, at counter desk they charge me more! They should inform before. Breakfast was expensive .

    The food during breakfast is excellent. In fact I did also bring my business partner to have lunch in this hotel (for 5 persons of us). The shuttle bus schedule is good.

    The hotel is quite old. the bath room is separated with rest room. the room is quite cramp for 2 persons. The hotel charge us for laundry (at euro 45) that we did not order. The staff just took the clothes from floor which we did not order for laundry. We have argued during checking out with front desk, but was not properly handled, and since we are in hurry, I just leaved it as it is.

    Fast wifi access Good standard in the room. Great staff in restaurant.

    Cleaner didnt understand do not disturb sign. Came in and started cleaning when we were still packing to check iut of hotel.
