Shuttle bus service was terrible. First day, it was already finished (23:30). We tried to take a taxi, but they refused because the hotel is near to the airport. We had to call to the hotel to look for another transport service. The second day was also terrible. the shuttle bus was always full of people and we could not get on. So, again, we had to call another transport service. Same as above. Shuttle bus service was terribly bad. It takes time and it is not reliable. |

バスルームの前のじゅうたんが一面に水浸しで（多分前の宿泊者が風呂から水をあふれさせたのだろう）、部屋を変えてくれ とフロントに言ったら空いていないと言われた。どうしようもないので こちらから代わりにスリッパを要求し、もらったが、おかげで気付かずにひざを付いた子供のズボンや靴下は濡れてしまった。朝、プールに遊びに行くので部屋に入らないようにドアに札をかけておいたのに、帰って来たらテクニシャンが勝手に鍵を開け、部屋に入りバスルームの点検をしていた。シャワーを浴びて着替えたかったのに、水着のまま終わるまで待たされた。札は何の意味があるのか！部屋の隅の方は埃がたまっているし、ホテル滞在中は本当に嫌な思いばかりだった。 |

以前にも止まったことがあり、全体に改装などしてあり良かったが、水回りが、悪くて、（水はけが悪くて）気持ちが悪かった インターネットは無料となっていたが、そちらは使えなかった。 |

Very comfortable and well appointed room... food in restaurant was good and a good value. Mold around bathtub was only negative. Location of hotel was hard to find... finally left car at Hertz and let the hotel bus come get us... worked out much better anyway.... |

Only thing I did like was that it was clean. The hotel staff were not very helpful. 3 different shuttle drivers gave us the wrong information as to where you can catch the shuttle back to the hotel. The second night we were their the airconditioner started to drip water on the floor. We told the front desk that follwing morning and when we got back that night nothing had been done to fix it!! The air coniditioner did not get fixed until we compained a second time. Not good for a 4 star hotel. Also the pool was closed the whole 4 nights we stayed. A 4 star hotel should not have it closed that long! Also we were suspose to get the paris pass however what we got was a paris viste pass (not the same thing) this pass only gets you transportation. They need to be very specific!!! |

We waited about an hour for the alleged "every 20 minutes" shuttle bus from the airport. Having travelled for 24 hours from Australia with 2 small children, we were not impressed |
