Love Radisson Blu in Chicago. I choose this hotel because of location. Had dinner. Service was very poor this time. Please work on this!!!

Receptionist on arrival - Tiphanie, very pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast team, very welcoming and attentive. The room, very comfortable bed indeed!

The receptionist on check out - Binta, unpleasant and rude, no manners and not what I expected after previous stay and this check in experience. Having to pay for parking is also irritating as where else are you able to leave your vehicle at an airport location. The room price was certainly not budget and I really think that the parking should have been included

Nothing. Worst only.

Firstly, I booked by booking.com. But Hotel had no my booking record. I was refused to stay hotel at the reception. After showing my confirmation number, employee realized. What worst hotel is this. Also hotel reception behavior was so worst. I have never stayed such like bad hotel so far. I don't like to stay here any more. As long as improve this system and employee's behavior, no guest will come here.At least, I don't want to stay here once again.

Airport shuttle was convenient. Room was well decorated and everything worked. Easy WIFI connection.

As I expected, there was a positive businesslike manner demonstrated by reception.

There was a constant clicking noise from the room above and they only moved me to another room after they came to listen. Did they not believe me?

This is a comfortable, efficient hotel near CDG Airport. We had a morning flight to catch, so it was ideal. They offer long-term car parking and a shuttle bus to the airport. So it's a good, functional airport hotel.

Nothing to dislike, really. The hotel is in the middle of a kind of industrial estate, so if you're looking for rustic charm then this is not your ideal. But if you want an efficient, modern, comfortable hotel with good facilities and a very pleasant staff, all at a reasonable price, you won't do better than here.

Impossible to contact room service...so didn't have dinner. Broken large mirror in bedroom entrance! Was surprised to find that Booking.com had debited my credit card when I went to pay...thought you didn't do this!

my room had noise all night and next day I complained about it. The room was dirty. The walls of the bathroom seemed never been clean. The carpet was all stained.

Air con did not work in rooms which were airless, shower had a weird arrangement of shower heads, one half way up the cubicle with the other at the top of the cubicle and pointing out the top of the door. Restaurant v. average, staff definitely thought they were doing you a favour for staying there. Pick-up from Charles de Gaulle was sloooooow. Not up to Radisson Blu's other hotels.
