This was the second time we stayed at this hotel as it is convenient to the airport. We were very fortunate this time to be given an upgrade to a mini suite , which was great. The restaurant was reasonably priced, although drinks at the bar expensive. It runs a shuttle to and from the airport.

Expensive bar and if you wanted to eat out you would have to have a car even to get to the nearest village.

Good location near the airport bt schuttle service need improvement. Fair price but marginal room cleanliness! Food was good.

- Rooms in need of renovation... recommand a paint job, replacing rugs and some of the furniture. - Experienced a 40 minutes wait for for the shuttle from the airport. - Frontdesk clerk tried to overcharge me for video game which I did not use!

We have stayed at the hotel 3 times and each time we have been very satisfied. It is ideal for C d G and always feels like part of our holiday, thanks to the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Godo location near airport, free shuttle, big and comfortable room. Very nice and friendly lady in front desk.

What I liked best was checking out of this dump. If anyone truly cared about customer service, I'd like my money refunded. Not only was the staff incredibly rude and unhelpful but it was outrageously expensive and, for travelers without a car, you are stuck in the middle of a large field with no where to go. The restaurant food is mediocre at best and I paid 21 Euros for a cheeseburger, french fries and a glass of iced tea. Ridiculous. Additionally, they advertise free Wi-Fi ... however, you only learn once you get there, this free Wi-Fi is only available in the hotel lobby. Who the hell hangs out in hotel lobbies? Ridiculous. I had purchased a electrical converter prior to leaving for Europe for use in Italy. Of course it doesn't work in Paris at the Radisson. The hotel doesn't have any for its guests to use but ... oh yeah ... for 18 Euro, you can buy one. The room smelled and was filthy. I've stayed in Radisson Blu Hotels before and was treated much better and had a more enjoyable stay. After this visit, it will be a very long time before I stay at another Radisson hotel, regardless of country or price or location.

Bedroom was fine - shuttle bus effective. Free internet.

No room service menus available. Phone is room didnt work. No wireless internet and cable was missing from room. Lots of trips to reception as phone not working! Breakfast a bit haphazzard - staff off-hand

La chambre impeccable dans un hotel d'aeroport.ce nest pas courant. Accueil reception itres bon et courtois.

Wake up call jamais arrive !! Restaurant : personnel attentionne mais incompetent, nourriture style microonde au prix d'un tres bon restaurant a Paris....(veau,rouget,tiramisu,37 cl vin....tout etait mauvais)

Facilities like treadmill and iron and iron-boards were a pleasant surprise

The location is 15 mins from airport with no transport after 11:30 pm ; they don't provide any detailed map for coming back to the hotel at night

The staff and Breakfast were great. We had a problem and they were professional in their approach to addressing the problem. Someone wet the carpets/clean and did not put the room on lock down until dry and the wet/damp smell is gone. However it was addressed in a professional manner.

We arrived at the Hotel late in the afternoon and were both very tired an ill/Flu and after a 13 hour flight we just wanted to go to bed. The room was clean and well presented and we unpacked and after removing our shoes discovered the carpet was soaking wet. They had obviously shampooed the carpet and not allowed it to dry before renting out the room. We were too tired and ill to do anything else than shower and get to bed(it was dry) I placed a complaint with reception the next morning about the wet carpet and they immediately adjusted the account in our favour for the inconvenience of sleeping in a wet and smelly room. The Radisson Blu group is always good and I believe this was a one off problem which they took responsibility for. The breakfast is not cheap at 20euros however; the selection and food quality is fantastic (Good Value) The check out/reception staff at departure were very professional in their approach to a problem.

Rooms were spacious

Maintenance was very poor, many things not working. Food extremely expensive. English language barely spoken.

Clean, practical fast service

Ths staff was excellent, customer service also, the room was nice, clean, comfortable and large enough for two, I will be back when I transit thru Paris CDG.Thanks to Radisson Blu for offering such a nice hotel near the airport.

The only "negative" point was the heat in my room, it was a little bit too cold and I was not able to raise the temp with the thermostat but I have to admit it was freezing cold outside at that time in Paris.
