the conciergeries were of great help with directions, booking tickets and information. the fitness centre did not have much variety, only cardio machines. it is advertised as a fitness centre with weights but there was none, so the advertising was false. |

The hotel is in a great location and the pool and sun terrace are lovely. The restaurant is also very good and the staff all speak good English - which was very helpful! There was some filming taking place at the hotel whilst we were there which was extremely disruptive - the staff did not cope very well with the mayhem, which was a shame because otherwise the hotel would have been very good. Thankfully, I am sure the filming doesn't take place to often!! |

As a regular customer of Raddsion this has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in the Radisson collection. The room had no hairdryer; the basin water was Luke warm, the shower was very poor and the breakfast cold. When I complained about the breakfast the manager reluctantly fetched another one from the same serving dishes which we also cold. For a hotel of this quality this was an extremely poor experience and one my family and I will not repeat. The management seemed to be preoccupied with the Red Bull conference they were hosting and to have no time for other guests. I am due to spend a week at the Radddison Edwardian in Manchester next week so I can only hope that my Marseille experience is not on the rest of the group would be proud of. |

Being walking distance to everything Marseille has to offer The pool service by phone not starting till midday, only hot food or bread and cheese on the pool menu, no salads. Neither bar, restaurant or cafe open on Sunday evening. Appalling service from the bar(s) at other times, either non-existent or very slow. Ludicrously expensive additional 25 euro buffet breakfast with no basic alternative offered. |

Location is not bad, business rooms are quite comfortabel Staff is not attentive. Although is was traveling with a baby, baby stroller and some pieces of luggage no help was offerered to assist me to bring all to my room. The hotel prices do not match the quality and standards. Newspaper delivered to my room was one day old, white wine and rose placed next to the fridge instead of in. Concierge desk always empty. Breakfast buffet described as "super" was actually very standard and poor. I can go on for a while eventhough I did not even spend 14 hours in the hotel. Suggest you look out for alternative accomodation |

Spotless, good views from the rooms on the front, good location, very friendly staff, having access to a pool. I was on holiday but ordered a buisiness room in the hope of getting a balcony. They only come with a suite I believe. Am sure the standard rooms would have been much better value. My mistake though, and nothing to do with the hotel. |

Location. View from the window was great. There are no slippers and kettle in the room, no ironing desk or pressing machine - as it was in the Radisson Blu airport Paris. Ironing was importante mines as we have had a comference at the hotel and it was complicated did not have such service at room. Shower was old and bathtube very slick - I was near falling down ones. |

Location at Vieux Port was very good, restaurant was good but a little costly, outdoor pool was a great bonus and like all Radisson the style and decor was first class, if I return to Marseille I will stay at the Radisson again |

Location was great especially for driving in and out of the city. Pool Facilities were great as were the views. We reserved parking and were told that there were no parking facilities availiable at the hotel when we arrived. There was a car park close by however. |
