Radisson Blu Hôtel Nice    

Restaurant staff, cleaners were fab and thorough. Great location (bit far down promenade so quite a walk) easy access to buses. Head concierge Monsieur Garrido very friendly and efficient. Gym and sauna have great views. Breakfast good and food in general good.

It was very warm during my stay and think pool bar should have been open later. (Not until 6) I wouldn't call it 4 star, was like a good Novotel with a pool. If you want true luxury try a different hotel. Because it was busy one evening they didn't serve cocktails which was a shame. Yes pics on website slightly misleading. Ask for one double or you might get two singles in your room.

Swimming pool, sport club, view in hotel, beach. And quiet place in city: I like it.

The rooftop pool/bar/sunbathing area was a huge bonus as the beach was less than inviting at the time of our visit (April). The buses and trains are very cheap (1 euro to wherever) and therefore a car is really not needed if you are going to stay locally or maybe pop into Monte Carlo.

Close to airport meant we were a couple of miles away from the old town.

Right next to a church that chimes on the hour, every hour from 7am Pool wasn't warm enough to get in, I booked this hotel as it said 'heated pool' but it was freezing.

Location was great. roof pool very nice with great views. room was a good size. Beach club very close.The food was well presented and good customer service there.. The seafood salad at the beach club was delicious. Staff friendly for France!

Cocktails in the lobby bar. 16€ for a Caphirinia that was poorly made by the young girl. Lifeless, flat. A damp squib of a cocktail. Very disappointing I was in room 641 near a cleaning cupboard. Sunday morning the cleaners were noisy and for some reason kept leaving the outer door open. I wondered if they were using room 643 as a storage room?

Room service staff was terrible and among the worst ever. Rude and not helpful at all, they would behave as if they were being paid for something else and this was not their job. Beware of this hotel if you are travelling with children

Little walk down beach to get into town. Shuttle had limited running hours.

Concierge were extremely helpful in everyway. Though we paid for upgrade, room was perfect and very big for the three of us. Great views. Extremely clean and modern.

Though noted the restaurant is in the 2013 Michelin guide- the meal was dreadful! The waiters were very very kinds but slow in removing plates. Our main course (steak) was cooked incorrectly- sent back and second steak was of poor quality (very fatty). Fries and salad were not replaced with second steak so were cold! Our son never received his mains until ten mins after we received our second steak and he is two years old (only ordered pasta?!). My husbands desert was incorrect compared to order. Discount given though generally resent having to pay anything as this was really poor!

Nice very nice place would go again but not to Radissonblublu.

Did not like two beds put together to made a double. To far from city centre,and to much noise.

Close to beach

Too far out from main centre, staff not to accommodating, nothing open, terrible menu, told to go to room for a sandwich !!! Would not stay again for amount of money paid. Was 50th birthday no one picked up on this either. Very clinical and not friendly at all.

The hotel is rather a long way from the centre of Nice but taxis are easy to get so not really a problem.

Perfect location and walkable distance to the shops and markets. Magnificent view and awesome restaurant with very willing and helpful staff all round. Would love to go back in summer to really experience the Radisson Blu experience. Not to be missed.

The luxury of space, having stayed at several cramped European hotels prior to the Radisson. Our room at the front had a spectacular view with a balcony. the best of European sights, the best of American comforts.

No shuttle buss to Old town

The large balcony and the uninterrupted sea views from our 5th floor room. While it rained on our first evening we were fully protected and it was still warm enough to sit out even in November. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was very good. All the staff we met were extremely helpful and the buffet breakfast was excellent and very comprehensive with a mix of cold and hot dishes. While the hotel is located approximately 3 kms from the old town it is a lovely walk along the promenade (approximately 40 mins) or alternatively there are regular bus services which stop close to the hotel and take you to the city centre and the airport.

Nothing special.

Mass segment hotel, where particular customer of no value. Beach is located not in front of the hotel but through a noisy road. A bit far away from city center.
