I liked the location of the hotel on the sea front, its proximity to the Airport and its distance from the centre of the City - not to close and not to far. |

The room was big enough and great ocean view. Good walking distance from city central, not close and not far. |

I particularly liked the comfort of the hotel, and the location. The fact that the hotel shuttle to the old town wasn't running in early October, and that we had to call for missing towels (we were 2 in each room) |

Fantastic location for the beach/promenade with lovely private beach area. Bright and clean rooms. Shuttle bus to the Old Town useful. Staff polite and accommodating. As we were not leaving until 7pm it was very helpful to be able to use the spa facilities to shower later in the day as check was at noon. Considering that the cost to stay at the hotel is quite expensive I think the gym facilities should not warrant a further charge (opening hours could be earlier). More shuttle trips to the Old Town would be helpful (only 3 in the morning and 3 in the early evening - no late trips eg 9, 10 or 11pm) though perhaps there are more provided in the high season .... |

The comfort and class of the hotel was excellent, and the nearby beach was great, have no charge for the gym or make it less. |

The staff were friendly and helpful and the free courtesy bus was very welcome, given the distance from the town centre. Nice hotel. The daily charge for towels/sunbeds was unwelcome. Normally these facilities are free for residents in hotels of this standard. Also the prices of drinks/snacks in the minibar were exorbitant. |

The staff were great , very help full and friendly For us , It was too far out from town, which was our mistake for choosing the location. On the balcony , there was a lot of noise from the main road that passes through Nice , but all the windows are triple glazed so not an issue when the windows were closed. but having said that its right on the sea front which was great |

The staff definitely made the stay for us. The wrong type of room had been allocated on arrival, and they did everything they could to move us quickly. On booking it was not made clear that all hotel facilities were charged in addition to the basic hotel cost e.g. gym, swimming pool etc. Also, on booking with booking.com it was made out that a deluxe room was something more special than the Radisson's basic room - this was untrue on talking to the staff as all rooms are the same (variance is in sea view only) - this should be made clear. The minibus into the centre of Nice is only available at weekends (not made clear on the pamphlet given out by the concierge) - and because of lack of public transport and expensive taxis it would be extremely useful if a couple were offered in the evening as opposed to during the day. |

Valet parking is comfortable. Somehow apart from the old town. Poll and beach sun-bed fee is too high. |

I enjoyed this hotel it was very comfortable and clean, The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. I felt that being charged £15 euro to use the roof terrace pool was too expensive. It was explained that it was only the chairs that cost £15 and use of the pool is free this seems like a ridiculous technicality given the pool is surrounded by chairs and anyone not using one would look stupidly out of place not too mention uncomfortable. This charge reduced the hotels value for money significantly. Whilst I enjoyed the hotel I may have chosen a different hotel had I been aware of the charges for the pool. |

We were impressed with the comfort of the room and the beauty of the view from the window - overlooking the Mediterranean. The rooftop dinner was enchanting and delicious. |
