The hotel is modern and is nicely designed. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was tiny, and the bathroom so small that there is hardly a place for a toothbrush! Its quite dark too, not really practical
Location was very nice. it is close to Eifel Tower, metro, supermarket. Staff is friendly.
It was cold in the room. Heater or warm blanket is needed
Proximity to the meeting venue
Loved the location the modern room and the super service
-staff welcoming me, was very friendly
-Too expensive for a small room -Elevator very noisy -Bar and Restaurant closed on Sunday evening - not mentioned on booking.com -the Reservation, made via booking.com, was missing at Arrival after 6 hours drive
The staff were absolutely fabulous and helpful! We can't wait to come back to stay at this hotel again!
Needed better lighting in the bathroom.
Large bathroom, large shower. Great view from balcony of Eiffel Tower.
Not enough storage space for clothes or luggage
Very helpful booking reservations because I couldn't speak French. Very polite. Very helpful with directions about tourist ideas
Great Location! Has beautiful view of Eiffel, clean, comfortable rooms. Very helpful & kind staff. I will always book this hotel when I travel to Paris. I fully recommend!
Location was convenient, walking distance to Eiffel tower and other nice places. Breakfast was good Room was clean and beds comfortable
The reception staff was not very professional, confusions with payments, taxi etc
I travel a lot and thi is one of the best hotel I ever was. Room and bed perfect. View more than perfect.
the pool was an extra 20 euro charge per day. I believe it would have been appropriate to include this in the hotel information
Eiffel tower view Big TV screen in the room Espresso coffee machine in the room Beside many supermarkets, daily needs shops and restaurants
Really small room and tiny closet which is not enough for 2 persons
Yannick, the new guy at the front desk was really helpful, great person as worker and man, really glad to met him. Great pool & spa, restaurant quality, staff !
Pool could be opened later. In the corridor, some coffee cups and breakfast stuff landing on the floor, not good.
clean . excellent location . breakfast good and good facilities . expensive but probably not for paris
a bit cramped for a deluxe room
I enjoyed my stay
Staff was really good. Kind and personal. Special thanks to one of the staff ,(his last working week) the arrange new coffe machine, new ipad station. All with a big smile.
Pool a bit run down. Breakfast to expensive for value.
Location was good
Hotel is a little run down. The furniture needs some love and the rooms are smaller than they seem from the photos.
Location was perfect
Room on the small side but for one night was ok.
The location was very good.
We were given a room which had a cubicle like toilet and corridor area for washing hands. I complained and was changed to a suitable room.
Clean room, sufficiently ample, nice clean bed, quiet. There's an elevator. Good b-fast. Nice location. Great wifi.
Difficult to control the temperature in the room.
The room we had was very nice. Seemed a little oddly built but very nice and cozy. This hotel was very close to the Eiffel tower but really no views from your room. Staff is super friendly and charming and extremely helpful. Breakfast each morning was delicious. The restaurant has a decent menu but I would recommend going other places if you want something filling. Loved the shower head coming out of the ceiling above you like a waterfall or something. Bed was super comfy. Overall very nice hotel with exceptional staff and really cozy and comfortable after a long day of touring the city. I enjoyed being able to change the lighting from very bright to very dim as I was with my fiancé celebrating 2 years. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place highly and likely to book here again in the future :)
Wi-Fi really doesn't work in this hotel, do not book if you need internet. Was a little upset when we came back from a long day to find door had not been shut after the cleaning crew finished, but luckily nothing was missing. Bathroom is made of granite tile and was very very cold to just be in. Elevator is small and hallways were narrow. No rooms with view of Eiffel tower being it's only a five minute walk away. Restaurant menu is very small and not very filling. If you need to plug things in, there aren't a lot of outlets and the ones in the room are in difficult spots. Closets were in odd spots.
The staff at breakfast were very inefficient the last day. We were in a hurry to catch our train and the gentleman from the front desk came into the breakfast area and told me to order the hard boiled eggs because they were already done. 20 minutes later and we were still waiting for our food to arrive! Another waiter came in and said he needed to take my order again because the first gentleman who took my order was actually from reception and didn't pass on the order to anyone. Also, the first man lied to me- there were eggs prepared. So, we didn't get the breakfast we wanted-which was included in the price of the room. Ridiculous!
