Kettle would have helped Location is quite away for a tourist but not bad
Very nice, helpful staff. Good location.
Noise isolation (from the street with lively traffic and from other rooms) is quite poor. We couldn't get a second key for the room.
Good and helpful staff, overall clean and comfortable room, amazing use of space. I felt 'looked after' with the thoughtful providing of coffee, tea, milk, butter and eggs. Good bistro across the street but you do need to book at weekends. Very well located for the Gare du Nord and Montmartre and handy for the Metro, too.
The desk chair was badly stained
Position, close to different metro station and Sacre Coeur. Very comfortable bed and very clean room. Excellent Reception service.
Very small bathroom with a glass door semi transparent.
Good location. Pleasant staff. Comfortable room.
Lift was out of action. Lack of crockery.
- Very kind personnel - Clean room - Close to Sacre Coeur - "Welcome package" in the fridge for free - some eggs, fromages, jams - a lot of shops nearby - not far from Metro station "Chatetau Rouge"
- We had a studio with kitchen but it was equipped not very well (no drainer for washed dishes, chairs higher than the table) - Noise isolation of the walls was bad - every louder conversation, every chair move and all sounds from the staircase were heard in rooms
the location. although away from city centre just a few steps away from the Basilica Monte Martre. Also staff was vey helpful . They called up at 1900 to inquire how long it would still take us and I find that service pretty useful to keep them updated about changes in arrival if needed.
there was no breakfast served at the hotel. although we had the room with the kitchenette and a microwave/water heater etc, would have preferred the breakfast room and gone to have our meal there. But that's a personal preference.
- good location - great standard - kitchenette - free milk, butter, jam, juice, water on the first day - was really nice - friendly Italian receptionist
- school out of the window - noisy since 8am - through the door you could hear what is going on on the corridor
Location close to Sacre Coeur and metro station . Wonderful view to Sacre Coeur . Very clean rooms .
Bathroom was very , very ,......small with transparent doors ( I've never seen a bathroom like this ) . Small and very basic rooms . The elevator was out of order ; our rooms was on the 6th floor , so .... it was a challenge for us to carry our luggage on a narrow spiral stairs .
very helpful English speaking staff held luggage after check out in secure location at no cost clean towels as needed organised transfer to airport
lift out of order no wine glasses in kitchen
Staff friendly & very helpful
The continual slamming of the security door which interrupted our sleep.
It was cheap. The bad was very nice. The staff was helpful. Metro very close.
The bathrooms are very small with transparent doors. No parking available. No breakfast option at the hotel, but you have many locations near to eat.
The hotel is in a bad area. The room is tiny. Luckily I could afford a different hotel...
Comfortable bed Great view from bed (Sacre Coeur) Location - Sacre Coeur is cca 5 min. Near metro station cca 4 min. Friendly staff Clean room
Small bathroom, but sufficient for few days
Handy to Montmartre part of Paris Excellent, friendly staff who went out of their way to help us Facilities all in good condition and appeared newly renovated Rooms were very clean Kitchenette in our room, so we could make simple rooms Good bathrooms and great shower Very comfortable bed WiFi in room was good Provided 1st set of breakfast provisions including eggs. fruit and juice and some other things free of charge
Very small rooms (maybe most rooms in Paris are small?) Lift did not work all the time (3 nights) we were there, although they were "expecting a serviceman to fix it in the morning" Our room was on the 6th floor, but when we complained (because of lift not working), staff member, Andre, moved us to 3rd floor.
Great location. 10-12 mins walk from Gare du Nord. and 10 mins up the steps to Sacre Coeur. Charming staff on Reception, very helpful. Nice little bakery and grocery shops along Rue Ramey. Nice to have decent coffee maker and few kitchen essentials like salt, butter, sugar etc ready for you. The fact there was also eggs, mineral water, yoghurts & jam too was really lovely. All in all, a very nice 3 days.
Few missing kitchen utensils but minor detail really.
We loved the location and the friendly staff and the room was clean. The fridge was very useful. The bed was clean and comfortable but was right up on the wall at one side so only one person could get out of bed without climbing over the other.
Absolutely very poor facilities to store clothing - we had to live out of our suitcases. The bathroom window was rusty and it was held open with a shampoo bottle. We were a couple yet we were provided with only. One dessert spoon , one bowl and one mug for . We also were provided with one wine glass and one tiny coffee cup. The kitchen was so cramped there was no way you would even dream of cooking.
Clean room, close to metro, restaurant choices nearby
Elevator was not working and we were given 5th floor. Only 2 hairdryer s for the whole hotel so you can never get one:(
Staff were excellent, once lift is functional will be better. Room was clean and bed allowed a good nights sleep. Handy for underground plenty of shops nearby. Will use this hotel again.
Shower unit was on small side.
Good Location, staff very helpful
Multi story hotel, was chosen because it had an elevator. When we arrived we were told it had been broken for 2 weeks, when we left 4 days later it was still not in operation.
Very comfortable bed. Central location to that part of Montmatre. Good selection of restaurants near by.
The bedroom was tiny with hardly any room to move around. There was a separate room for the luggage and this was essential because of the limited space. The lift was not operating. Being on the third floor it was a challenge for us. They said it would be "fixed" next week. Staff were nice and friendly but when it came to act on the problem of a serious water leak from the ceiling above in the bathroom over the toilets seat and shower they dismissed it as being mere condensation. We left On the second day. Water near light fixtures was a worry.
The room and the bathroom were very clean.
The bathroom is extremely small, I could not even wash my face without spilling water all around. Isolation was also bad as we could hear everything from the hall
Great location. Five minutes to metro station (Château Rouge). Carrefour Express on the same street. We got a room with kitchen annex and ,small but quite comfortable. It was very nice to find a bottle of water and some welcome food. Our room was on the 4th floor and the lift was out of order so there was no lift noise and it was good to exercise several times a day ;).
An acoustic street. When you sleep with open window you should be very tired to sleep non stop. Better is to have room with a school yard view.
Location was good only short distance to metro and shops with bakeries, eateries and supermarket couple doors away.
The lift was out of order. Only booked this hotel because it had a lift and no discount because of inconvenience.
The room was great, comfortable bed and very clean.
Kitchen was not well stocked, no teaspoons, no kettle.
