The staff was very nice but that was everything that we liked about this hotel. The location was close to Pigalle and that is nice.
The room was ok for the money that you pay (however for a bit more money you can get a lot better). The size of the bathroom was ridiculos. Room was very noisy and the cleaning ladies are starting from early morning and are very loud withouth any consideration of the guests. The closest train station is 5min away Chateau Rouge - not a nice part of Paris believe me. It takes two train changes to downtown and approx. 20min. It is not a come back again place for me, thats for sure.
the staff was very friendly and the room was perfectly clean
no hair dryer
0n doorstep of Sacre Coeur, excellent location for Eurostar @ Garde du Nord and Paris Metro/Underground stations. Great staff (bilingual French & English) and very clean room. Ro had small kitchen and plenty of stores for essentials nearby. Would certainly book again.
Area whilst great location is a little shabby at night with some youths occasionally found hanging around. No issues with them whatsoever but might worry a nervous traveller.
Nice staff and free WiFi.. In the studio I can cook anything which bought in near supermarket.
A little bit dirty street (Location is near to Montmarte hill.) In the night man has to be careful his back.
clean, modern room, bed was made every day and fresh towels laid out. Convenient location, friendly staff.
The hotel reception closes at around 10pm and from this point there appears to be no one on site at all. Our room key just stopped working when we tried to enter our room at 1am. None of the telephone numbers I dialed worked, kept getting through to a french recorded message. We had to solve the problem ourselves but it took over an hour. Also the lift noise is very annoying, despite being on the top floor, noise on the ground level echoed up the stairs quite easily.
+ good room size for Paris (the large studio, can`t say for the rest) + close proximity to Montmartre (the hilltop can be reached straight from the hotel entrance, via a small alley) and to the Metro (Chateau Rouge) + the room was modern, and the kitchen had all the facilities, including hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and a small amount of supplies (at no extra charge) + the Italian receptionist was very helpful and friendly, and made sure all was up to the expectations + good price
- some rooms overlook a school yard, that will get noisy in early morning and during daytime (no problem in the weekend) - the wi-fi didn`t seem to work in either my or my partner`s phones, although it is included and free
Great hospitality, great value for money. Located a few minutes from Sacre Coeur and multiple subway stations. Great comfy bed and squeeky clean room. The bathroom was very small, but also very clean, so no complaints there either. Will definitly visit again!
The bed was good and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the Sacre Coeur.
Reception is only until 10:15, so there is no night supervision nor are you able to check in would you come in after that time. Next to the hotel there was a school with very loud children and bells that would go off every hour in the morning. The room did have a real shower. The area around is not so safe at night.
with kitchen, and foods, clean room. near to the subway station and church
it is a little small, but considering the price, it can be acceptable.
Location, helpful staff, wi-fi, kitchen facilities, etc....
We spend lovely 2 nights in studio room (got it as a upgrate from hotel) Hotel located near metro station with good access to all different parts of Paris. Great and helpfull reception. We got help with taxi and few good tips abt the city. We are Irish so was great for us to find Irish put just couple of minutes far from hotel. Fully recommended to anyone!
It might be difficult for parents with kids because of night life. For young couples great place to have a fun and few drinks.
Kettle would have helped Location is quite away for a tourist but not bad
Very nice, helpful staff. Good location.
Noise isolation (from the street with lively traffic and from other rooms) is quite poor. We couldn't get a second key for the room.
Good and helpful staff, overall clean and comfortable room, amazing use of space. I felt 'looked after' with the thoughtful providing of coffee, tea, milk, butter and eggs. Good bistro across the street but you do need to book at weekends. Very well located for the Gare du Nord and Montmartre and handy for the Metro, too.
The desk chair was badly stained
Position, close to different metro station and Sacre Coeur. Very comfortable bed and very clean room. Excellent Reception service.
Very small bathroom with a glass door semi transparent.
Good location. Pleasant staff. Comfortable room.
Lift was out of action. Lack of crockery.
- Very kind personnel - Clean room - Close to Sacre Coeur - "Welcome package" in the fridge for free - some eggs, fromages, jams - a lot of shops nearby - not far from Metro station "Chatetau Rouge"
- We had a studio with kitchen but it was equipped not very well (no drainer for washed dishes, chairs higher than the table) - Noise isolation of the walls was bad - every louder conversation, every chair move and all sounds from the staircase were heard in rooms
the location. although away from city centre just a few steps away from the Basilica Monte Martre. Also staff was vey helpful . They called up at 1900 to inquire how long it would still take us and I find that service pretty useful to keep them updated about changes in arrival if needed.
there was no breakfast served at the hotel. although we had the room with the kitchenette and a microwave/water heater etc, would have preferred the breakfast room and gone to have our meal there. But that's a personal preference.
- good location - great standard - kitchenette - free milk, butter, jam, juice, water on the first day - was really nice - friendly Italian receptionist
- school out of the window - noisy since 8am - through the door you could hear what is going on on the corridor
Location close to Sacre Coeur and metro station . Wonderful view to Sacre Coeur . Very clean rooms .
Bathroom was very , very ,......small with transparent doors ( I've never seen a bathroom like this ) . Small and very basic rooms . The elevator was out of order ; our rooms was on the 6th floor , so .... it was a challenge for us to carry our luggage on a narrow spiral stairs .
very helpful English speaking staff held luggage after check out in secure location at no cost clean towels as needed organised transfer to airport
lift out of order no wine glasses in kitchen
Staff friendly & very helpful
The continual slamming of the security door which interrupted our sleep.
It was cheap. The bad was very nice. The staff was helpful. Metro very close.
The bathrooms are very small with transparent doors. No parking available. No breakfast option at the hotel, but you have many locations near to eat.
The hotel is in a bad area. The room is tiny. Luckily I could afford a different hotel...
Comfortable bed Great view from bed (Sacre Coeur) Location - Sacre Coeur is cca 5 min. Near metro station cca 4 min. Friendly staff Clean room
Small bathroom, but sufficient for few days
