The room and the bathroom were very clean.
The bathroom is extremely small, I could not even wash my face without spilling water all around. Isolation was also bad as we could hear everything from the hall
Great location. Five minutes to metro station (Château Rouge). Carrefour Express on the same street. We got a room with kitchen annex and ,small but quite comfortable. It was very nice to find a bottle of water and some welcome food. Our room was on the 4th floor and the lift was out of order so there was no lift noise and it was good to exercise several times a day ;).
An acoustic street. When you sleep with open window you should be very tired to sleep non stop. Better is to have room with a school yard view.
Location was good only short distance to metro and shops with bakeries, eateries and supermarket couple doors away.
The lift was out of order. Only booked this hotel because it had a lift and no discount because of inconvenience.
The room was great, comfortable bed and very clean.
Kitchen was not well stocked, no teaspoons, no kettle.
The location was good. It was a 10 minute walk to the metro. To the left of the hotel was a very good bakery and a mini mart. There was some complementary fruit, yogurt, eggs, and two water bottles. The maid did our dishes for us.
The staff was very rude. We came to check in 30 minutes before check in hoping that it would be fine. He told us the room wasn't ready and to come back in 2 hours. We pointed to the clock and said it was only 30 minutes until check in time. He then said we could come back in one hour. He did let us store our luggage while we waited which was in a locked room but then left us unattended with other peoples luggage. We were on the 6th floor and unfortunately the elevator had "just broken". Of course it was never fixed and coming back at the end of every day no one wants to climb 6 flights of a dark spiral staircase. Apparently, there is a school right behind the hotel so at 8 every morning you will hear kids screaming and talking and school bells going off. We stayed there four nights and they replaced our towels once. The bed is quite firm and there is no top sheet only a comforter. There is no fan/ AC unit so we just had to leave the window open at night. Thankfully it wasn't the summer.
Enjoyed the general atmosphere of the area. Would recommend to anyone.
Location Price Wifi quality
The staff is congenial & offered to carry my luggage up 4 flights because the elevator was broken. The room was updated and clean (but dusty).
Their ad on Booking.Com claimed that rooms had kitchenettes. NOT TRUE & none available. Closest metro in unsafe area although hotel area is safe. Four noisy bars near by. Elevator broken. The bathroom door could not be closed (pocket door). Room was dimly lit.
location was good and the staff was friendly.
The room was very small and the elevator was out of order.
Very clean, simple but modern room, nicely painted.
Toiletcover needs to get fixed
View over schoolyard very funny. Loud bells but good if windows closed. Location fabulous. Up & down to Sacre Coeur in 5 mins!! Good local cafes, bars!
Very clean, great locaton, excellent friendly staff, on the whole brilliant.
Not much, its basic so just soap in the bathroom no litle shampoos etc, but honestly you can live without that.
View from room over Paris rooftops Surrounding shops and location generally, close to Metro and walking distance to many sites Secure
The price was good, the location to the Sacre Couer was good as it was 5 minutes walk away. It was easy to find from the directions. It was good for a weekend to Paris and we weren't too bothered as it was our fourth visit.
The location was not a very nice area, quite a long walk to the metro down a pretty horrible road. The bathroom was tiny. The room was very basic.
Closeness to Moulin Rouge which was our main reason for visit. Having separate living room, although a bit frustrating have to use 2 separate keys each time. It meant if one was sleeping the other could relax in separate room. Complimentary provisions for breakfast, eggs, yoghurt, milk, juice etc. all you needed to get you started for your stay. Kitchen facilities. Close by amenities all that you would need.
Only slight draw back was no available PowerPoint in kitchen to use kettle as lead wouldn't reach microwave plug, which meant you needed to use it in bathroom, or living room. Small in convienece. Area is a bit seedy and didn't feel comfortable late at night.
Location, location, location. It was also clean and fair in the room.
There wasn't a hairdryer, the bathroom is way too small, sometimes you could hear what your neighbours are doing ;)
Reception was most attentive. Our room had a balcony which was great for drying clothes. Wifi was good also. Went to a fabulous little authentic resteraunt called Pizza Mancini yummy !! (About a block or two on the right from the hotel up a back street) and it was a fair price which is unusual in Paris.
The tiny bathroom especially the shower and only 1very small garbage. The area was a bit dodgy near the metro, but no biggy.
Stuff is excellent and very helpful. Location- close to Metro station and stores and quiet at the same time. Clean.
Problems with elevator.
Welcoming, entirely satisfactory,value for money.
Handy for city. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Within easy walking distance of Sacré Cœur. Quite exciting place!
Great location, extremely helpful and friendly staff with good English and comfortable bed.
Tiny bathroom was a bit squeeze, and no tea/coffee making in room.
Cosmopolitan area and quiet location. Rooms very clean and well equipped kitchen with fridge containing eggs, butter, milk, tea and coffee provided. Plus oranges and apples. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nearby cafes/bars and mini-supermarkets. Easy to get to Sacre Coeur. 15 minute walk from Gare du Nord and less than 5 mins. from Metro. Highly rexommend and we will return.
Staff, bag storage after checking-out, the view from the balcony, very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, elevator, close to Sacre Couer, bakeries and cafes in the street...
Small bathroom, a bit far from metro station, not so safe neighborhood at night
The staff were very helpful and we were able to check in early which was great after 28 hours of flying. Many local restaurants within walking distances and the metro was easy to get to. Wonderful stay.
the rooms are clean and the bed is big and good.
Next to a metro but the line is not that safe. Small shower and it’s not easy to sleep in the morning because it’s very noise and you can hear all the movements in the hotel and every time someone uses the lift it rings in the room.
