beautiful hotel in perfect place

did not replace the bathroom supplies everyday.

We have a very young child of 6 months and the staff were most helpful to accommodate her requirements. They put a kettle and high chair in our room to facilitate feeding in addition to her cott in which there was a gift of a soft toy rabbit.

The Location was great.

The rooms were not clean and were dated. I ad to ask that the rooms and corridor be cleaned and sprayed as the smells were unbearable

Good location

My room was located on the 1st floor front of hotel -so could hear building works in daytime & traffic at night. I stayed 3 nights so had hoped I would have a better level of room. breakfast - carrot juice bottled, & 2nd breakfast forgot to bring orange juice. Asked concierge to help book restaurant for 1 person on my 1st night, somewhere like 'l'atelier Joel Robuchon' or just good sushi place.He booked a restaurant called 'casa luna' which was Italian with plastic menus - I left after 2 minutes...

It is clean, location and service is good, friendly staff.

The room is not as advertised, very old furnishings, bathroom is from 80's . This hotel does not deserve 5 star, very expensive considering the room standart and overall services.

No spa, and the closest spa at the majestic hotel is very bad because the lady who do the massage doesn't know how to do it. She just does some kind of movements on the body! Not an expert or professional. The hotel is 4 star hotels not 5. Not a luxurious hotel at all. Not that close to shopping but not far either. It is expensive for the accommodation provided.

The hotel is stunning. The staff are so very polite and professional. The facilities are excellent. The location is absolutely fantastic!!

Everything in this hotel was brilliant specially the staff and location we had amazing time in there ......many thanks for the management of Le Rapheal Hotel.

Internet was bad because every two minute you have to re-enter your name and last name and email address to conect again only this that I didn't like it .

I have only one notice on the hotel: The door is not closed from inside, so you can't feel safe while sleeping any time. Regards

The hotel foyer is beautiful - in tasteful Belle Epoque style. We had booked superior room and were upgraaded to junior suite. It was huge and gorgeous with parisian decor. room had hidden dressing room! Staff were fantastic. We arrived late and so helpful with excellent restaurant suggestions. Location is perfect - almost next to arc de triumph. Excellent neighbourhood. My husband had an accident and staff were fantastic with first aid help at 1 am! Definitely will stay again.

Beautiful rooms, beautiful building

Our stay was spectacular. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was beautifully decorated with a white flocked tree. We arrived early after traveling all night and our room was ready early. We booked a suite which I highly recommend. The living room was tastefully decorated with period pieces adding to the "Parisian" experience. Our room had beautiful drapes and handpainted walls in blue. The bedroom featured a king size bed with the softest sheets that we have ever had in a hotel room. Rose petals were sprinkled on the bed. The bathroom had plush robes, slippers and amentities. The hotel bar was also not to be missed with a friendly and professional staff. The room was very clean....Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

The rooms pics on the website is completely differance the reel I hate it very much they said it is 18 centuray decoration but the reel that the decoration and furniture is very old and nothing is working there I change the hotel after one day stay the stuff open the room door on my wife without asking

Everything is great. I loved it and If I go to Paris again I will sure think about staying in Raphael

the overall ambiance and staff and very classical typical parisian hausmanian-style hotel. very spacious rooms.

We were in a newly renovated room; the whites dispelled the interior carving details which could otherwise feel cluttered. The use of white allows for a pleasant inroom experience without foregoing the European feel that comes with intricate details. Bathroom was also splashed in white, and was pleasantly spacious.

Staff service has room for improvement - in terms of service attitude.

Very nice decoration, comfortable bed and hospitable service, will live it again when visiting Paris next time.
