I have always liked the impression that the staff work as a team, and I hope that this will be taken into account when all the imminent changes to the hotel have been completed. The hotel is well placed for access to tourist sites, restaurants and the activities of the Latin Quarter. The breakfast room is rather gloomy and could do with a complete refurbishment, perhaps to be included in the work to be carried out. |

It was centrally located and close to the major attractions. The day-time receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was hard to find as it does not have it's name prominently displayed in the front. The evening receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful. The room was very small and bare. It definitely was not worth the 145€ per night. |

Excellent quiet location and very friendly, helpful staff The rooms badly need refurbishing. Nothing has been changed since I stayed there 20 years ago. |

Atmosphere, morning's food with delicious croissants and milk every day, little rooms, so cosy and in good old style, like from 50' or 60'. And of course people there: receptionists, very polite and nice, and service room. Just wonderful, with Paris atmosphere. And it was not loud, rather calm. |

The staff was superb, and the atmosphere was that of an old-time French hotel with beautiful double windows which provided a view of St. Suplice church and had an excellent location. |

The staff was very helpful and nice. When I booked the room, I didnt realize it didnt have a shower. They upgraded me at no extra charge. They also helped with any questions I had and would find me places with directions whenever I needed to go anywhere. |

The towels were clean. The quality of the room was quite poor. It was definitely not worth 75 euros for the night; maybe 35 euros. |

The hotel staff are very friendly and the hotel is very well located. There was a small problem with the reserve. I´ve required a room for 2 adults and 2 children for 5 nights but the hotel had only 1 room for 4 person and this room was not available all those nights. I had to pay an extra room for the last two nights. I was not aware about this previously. |
