Wonderful staff - made dinner recommendations and they were able to make reservations at a restaurant we had been hoping to try. The room was lovely. The location was perfect and we were able to enjoy Strasbourg longer with the noon check out time. I would stay here again.

The breakfast was very good, very fresh and a wide range on offer. Could not eat it each day as it really was a feast to behold

Reserved the hotel parking for the two nights of our stay, due to poor weather and road works arrive quite late - after 11 at night and there was no one available to park the car even thought we had phone ahead to advise a late arrival, in fairness we were found a parking place at the front of the hotel and not charged for parking the first night.

A spacious and elegant room with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of the main attractions of Strasbourg eg. Cathedral 10 mins, Petit France 20 mins.Overall a great stay.

Location, comfort, clean, quiet

Shower was very slippery, could use a mat to avoid falls. We were told that breakfast was included but it wasn't. Finally, when we were having a drink at the bar at night, the person incharge started vacuuming.(maybe it was just that someone had spilled something...not really a serious issue)

Good location for the exhibition center, plus a short walk to the old town. The hotel staff was very accommodating to my wishes for room location. Other than noisy neighbors in the adjoining room who seemed to rather talk in the hall outside our door rather than in their room, it was quiet. But then, there are always those annoying travelers and that is not the fault of the hotel.

Towel warmer didn't work. After reporting it, no attempt was made to fix it.

Location was very convenient and the hotel was clean and very well run.

Parking a larger car was a challenge and forced me to find parking on the street.

Lovely room,view down to swans on river l'ille, St. Paul's cathedral opposite corner of river, short walk to Petite France and the Notre Dame Cathedral. Can walk to train or e10 by cab with 2 big bags.

Wi-Fi was slow/busy but it was the same almost everywhere we stayed. It was free. Business users may need alternate. Only served breakfast but excellent room service 24/7, nearby restaurants good.

The heater was very low on the first night. The second night it was very high although we did not mention it to them

This was my second stay at the hotel. I wrote an exceedingly favorable review of the hotel for booking.com after my first stay. This stay confirmed my very high opinion of the place. I will go back there if I visit Strasbourg again.

Excellent location with a nice view; excellent staff; comfortable facilities. The parking assistance (paying our overnight and morning parking for us and charging the room) was very nice, as we were only staying 1 night.

I can't say that we disliked this...because he tried SO hard and was so sweet. But the lobby bar bartender mixes drinks that we have never seen before. My husband's Manhattan only resembled a Manhattan in that it had some kind of whiskey in it -- along with fruit slices, an umbrella, and table sugar. But it was tasty! My screwdriver was a very large (maybe 3 shots?) glass of vodka on the rocks, with a jar of orange juice. It certainly did its job. We enjoyed them fully, but it was noteworthy.

One of the better hotels we've stayed on our trip. Cosy, spotless rooms and bathrooms. Very nice breakfast! 5 minute walk to the centre
