Regent Contades - Concorde hotel  

Wifi wasn't' working during the two days that I stayed there and the parking didn't nave space to park my car

The staff were generally friendly and helpful, the cleaning of the room was good.

Strasbourg is a small city and the hotel was around 5 minutes walk from the centre but there are many hotels in the centre ( I don’t see this as a big issue) The worse thing is the prices and I took a deluxe double room with river view but the fact is the there is trees between you and the river that you hardly see the river. I don’t recommend to pay much more for that river view window. The variety of the breakfast was OK for me but maybe other people find it little.

Exellent hotel, very friendly and professional staff - it was a warm bath!

I couldn not pay with cash. They allready take paymend from my credit card, when I make reservation thrue booking.com!!!

Elevator did not work. Old rooms . bathroom had doors that knocked on each other

The hotel is suposed to be 3 or 4 stars but it looks old, the rooms are expensive and we had no view, beds and pillows arent comfortable, lobby is underground and looks odd, it is a 2 stars hotel at the most. Far away from city center. The only plus : nice staff. But I would not recommend this hotel, I was disapointed.

Good size room, nice bathroom, all recently refurbished. Lovely soft bathrobes and good size towels. Good breakfast.

Nothing we didn't like except Wi-fi not free.

Huge room and bathroom and W.C./corridor and cupboard space. With its seating area, desk and lighting, more like a suite than a de luxe double room. Linen changed every day, spotless bathroom etc., Very peaceful and good views but in easy walking distance of all the town's attractions, buses, trams and shops.

Parking expensive and quite difficult. Feeding the meter every three hours also a worry - even though staff stated that vehicles would not be towed away !

Good value for money. Clean and neat.

During my 3 day stay I was not able to receive internet wifi service. They could not fix it so I had to go outside the hotel to connect with my own laptop. This for a hotel which receives businessmen is a big disadvantage.

Friendly staff, clean, safe and comfortable. Close to transport and walking distance to places of interest. A nice place to come back to after a busy day.

Would have liked to be able to use the internet on my phone as well as the computer. So that I could update travel apps that I was using.

The hotel was good and the price for the room reasonable for a four star hotel.

20.00 Euros per person for a continental breakfast is extortionate. 28.00 Euros for one glass of wine and a small beer is also extortionate. I do not think it reasonable to charge guests for wifi - we were charged 7.00 Euros for 24 hours. 10.00 Euros per night for a dog is not a reasonable charge when no facilities were provided. The room was not done until 2.30pm which was why we had to have the very expensive drinks in the hotel bar..

I stayed with a friend for one night. The location of the hotel is just outside the old city centre and all the attractions are very well reachable by foot in a short walking distance. The staff of the hotel was very welcome and friendly, the hotel room was very clean and with all the amenities one can expect. The night was very quiet although our room was towards the street. Breakfast buffet was very copious and had the best "Kuglhupf" I have ever tasted in my life. All in all very good value for the money. I can recommend the Regent Concorde without any reservations.
