Miła obsluga, komfortowa łazienka, pyszne śniadania brak podjazdu dla samochodow, nie ma jak wyniesc bagazy. Za mala jadalnia, musielismy czekac na miejsce przy stoliku na sniadanie. |

The beauty and charm of the hotel. Every staff member was friendly and their English was perfect. When I first started trying to book at this hotel, I went through their own website and I found the process very difficult, drawn out and frustrating. After attempting several times (and thinking I actually double booked at one point), I eventually gave up trying to book directly and went through booking.com, where within 3 minutes, I was booked and confirmed. |

Charming hotel, excellent location as quiet but near the center, 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral. 250 € for 2 nights in a doubleroom is an excellent rate for this 4 stars hotel. None, except the rate of the breakfast - 20€ per person! |

Great little hotel with old school European style located 5 minutes walk from the old town in a quieter part of town. The rooms were well furnished, as was the hotel in general. I would have no problem recommending this Hotel to others. |

The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated with novels in more than two languages and the bathroom/toilet areas were absolutely spotless. (By the way, the shower is amazing.) We asked for internet twice but never received our "ticket" with the name/password so were were never able to log on. Also, the rooms were smaller than expected. The whirlpool/spa facility extras seemed a bit overpriced. |

The rooms were very modern with modern electrical, plumbing, flat screen TV but old school charm remained in the feel and architacture. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent service while still seeming to know when we needed our privacy. Perfect for honeymooners like us who also wanted a convenient location close to all the activity but far enough away from the busy tourist centre. |

What an excellent hotel first class and the people so friendly and nice to us all, and the children was free for breakfast. I only wished we stayed longer, we will return one day to Strasbourg a beautiful city and lovely hotel. Thank you all for our great stay. |
