The location of the hotel is perfect. No need to take a taxi to go around. All restaurants, cafes , main highlights of the city and shops are within walking distance from the hotel. Almost all rooms have fantastic view facing the river ill and the canals and each room is decorated in a different style. The design of the hotel is excellent modern and comfortable for families or bussiness travellers as well. We will stay again in this hotel if we have the chance to visit strasbourg in the future,

The view of the room was fantastic and the king size bed very very comfortable.the hotel bar had a good selection of drinks and the staff was courteous. the cheapest room being 275 euros a night I thought that having to pay 7 euros a day for having wi fi was a bit much. Cheaper hotels in Australia for example offer it for free. Also our room usually goes for 500 euros a night during the week end and therefore you could expect the breakfast to be included. Especially since the room service selection doesn't justify a cost of 22 euros per person. However the breakfast buffet is extremely generous.

The hotel was amazing, it was out first trip to Strasbourg, and we found this hotel on bookings.com. It completely exceeded our expectation in all aspects, especially the staff. The room itself was amazing, old beams showing, surrounded by modern amenities. Location was fabulous. We will absolutely stay here again and recommend to all.

Room was very large and hotel was quiet. We had a big king-size bed, with no down-filled pillows or duvet (to me this is a good thing, but I'm not sure if this is standard or by request since I am allergic - I don't remember requesting specifically though). Good central location in the city, and the staff was very courteous and helpful (among the best we have experienced in Europe). Furniture in the lobby is not comfortable. Seems chosen for looks - it's sort of sleek & modern. We waited for our friends for about an hour in the lobby, that furniture doesn't inspire you to sit & read the paper.

Very large room in great location. Brand new decor/look, a little cold and modern for my taste. But it was very clean and comfortable. Easy to walk around best parts of Strasbourg. It was way overpriced because of the Christmas market which I was not so interested in, but my visit happened to coincide with, so I had no choice. Everything in town was booked.

Fantastic location, right in the old town, close to restaurants, shops. Staff very friendly, even parked our car for us on the street as it's free there at the weekend and there were no spaces when we arrived. If being very picky, the streets approaching are very narrow so if you don't like French city driving it's a bit hair raising.

The location so close to the historic old town is excellent. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The drinks at the bar are very pricey. We avoided the breakfast as at 20 Euros we thought it overpriced and went to a cafe a stone's throw away.

The valet and bell man were very helpful. The location is great - in the center of old town. The furnishings in the room were spartan for a good hotel. The room had a big empty space that should have held a sota, cocktail table and reading lamp, but that was not provided. There was no comfortable place to sit and read. Breakfast was very expensive for what was provided.
