The placement of the hotel is very convinient to vizit the old centre, museums, shops. The view from the hotel is fantastic. One"-" : there is no a wash-stand in the toilet room (toilet room and bathroom are separated - "+"). To place a wash-stand into toilet room. |

It is a modern hotel in a very beautiful setting, surrounded by an old city and water ways and lochs. Strasbourg also has an amazing cathedral! |

This is the best located hotel in Strasbourg. In the heart of the tourist area, it is minutes from the European Parliament, the shopping areas and all major restaurants. The staff is very attentive, helpful and polite. The hotel sits on the water (river L'Ill), has a bar on the balcony that overlooks one of the most charming locations in Strasbourg, and has an excellent restaurant. The rooms could use some additional shelves or drawers, as well as outlets. |

Location is great can walk everywhere, rooms are very spacious and well laid out.Very charming hotel blt right on the river Covered parking was an expensive 22 euros, however, one of the employees offerred to park the car free as long as you don't mind it being left out. It was parked for 2 days right in front of hotel. Be sure to get printed direction or have GPS, last 3 blocks make hotel difficult to find, signs seem to indicate dead end street |

The room was fantastic. I travelled with 2 kids and they gave me a duplex with a mini room upstairs for one of the kids and it worked out great. The staff spoke English which was great. They guided me to the local sightseeing places. Parking was free in the evening. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is contemporary and nicely decorated. Getting there the first day was a bit of a problem because the GPS takes you to the wrong side of the I'll river. You can see the hotel from across the river but will not know how to get there. If you are relying on GPS to get there, better call the hotel in advance and ask them for the address to plug-in which will get you to the entrance of the hotel. Well, a bit pricey. There were other cheaper hotels... |

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The location within the old town was perfect. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, but lacked atmosphere and ambiance, which is a shame when everything outside is so full of character. |

The best choice for location. All in formula, reception with a glass of champagne. Car parking not far away. Chaos during breakfast. Not enough tables. Rooms not cleaned at 16hrs. |

I would definitely like to stay here again but for longer. I was traveling alone and the situation felt safe, the staff friendly and helpful. The situation is very charming and the restaurant helpful with very good food. There was a complementary bottle of wine in the room. Everything was perfect. |

The front desk were fantastically helpful. They booked a great restaurant for us and were knowlegable and patient in explaining what was on offer in the city. The room was spacious and nicely designed. The bed very comfortable. We were very pleased with the hotel. The breakfast was expensive for what it was. 44 Euros for 2 people was over priced for what was on offer. |
