The best choice for location. All in formula, reception with a glass of champagne. Car parking not far away. Chaos during breakfast. Not enough tables. Rooms not cleaned at 16hrs. |

I would definitely like to stay here again but for longer. I was traveling alone and the situation felt safe, the staff friendly and helpful. The situation is very charming and the restaurant helpful with very good food. There was a complementary bottle of wine in the room. Everything was perfect. |

The front desk were fantastically helpful. They booked a great restaurant for us and were knowlegable and patient in explaining what was on offer in the city. The room was spacious and nicely designed. The bed very comfortable. We were very pleased with the hotel. The breakfast was expensive for what it was. 44 Euros for 2 people was over priced for what was on offer. |

Excellent location in the old town, and walking distance from the train station. Quiet despite central location. Good air conditioning, and comfy bed. Breakfast was very expensive. |

The people at reception, especially Thomas provided expert help and excellent tips for local tourism. His expertise and friendliness was extremely refreshing. the breakfast room, especially the seating was poor and uncomfortable. |

Regent Petite France is well located, with knowledgeable and helpful staff and good facilities. We found it a contemporary hotel well adapted from its historical use-quiet, comfortable, convenient and considered-and within easy walking distance to the centre of Strasbourg. A worthwhile indulgence. |

Exciting rooms over two floors. Excellent positioned in the old city, walking distance to restauants, shopping and culture. Mini bar prices were outragous, 7,50€ for a 1/2 litre still water. Access with car very difficult. |

- design & size of the rooms, very well decorated - Service offered (we had a double bed room, so we asked for a king size bed and they kindly upgrade us to a higher rate room without extra costs) - Kindness and efficiency of the personel |

The position of the hotel, on the river, in Petite France, the most beautiful part of Strasbourg. The room was nice and clean, and the bad was big and confortable. Definitly, Regent Petite France is the best 4 stars hotel in Strasbourg. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and had a fantastic view right on the River. Breakfast was not included and a bit pricey. We chose to breakfast in local cafes, which was very good. |
