Very close to subway stop that will take you anywhere you want to go. Nice facilities. Elevator was a bit scary... can't take much luggage up in it! |

I stayed in a small single room and this turned out to be good value compared to my previous experiences in Paris. The room was functional and the bathroom modern and clean. The room was not very elegant, I didn't like the dark colors. Other than that, the hotel was fine. The are is very nice and the hotel sign was visible when exiting the Passy metro station. The room was not very elegant, I didn't like the dark colors. |

The location being very convenient and in walking distance to several sight seeing spots and shopping areas. The ambiance and friendliness used to be better during my previous visits. Fresh flower arrangements are no longer seen. It would be convenient if the hotel could have a contact with a car parking to get a better rate then the normal Euro 35.- per day. |

Nice location, nice people, helpful, they gave me the appartment before 1Pm as it was empty. Very nice and clean appartment. Definately will stay there when i go next time The only thing that the hotel needs is a new lift. |

It's only reason I like about the hotel is it's location. It;s very near to the Eiffel Tower and shops. The room was reasonably comfortable and had aircon, which is very necessary during the summer season I felt the parking fee of 25 euros was rather expensive especially when you had to park it at another building. It's a little tricky and inconvenient driving into the basement carpark. |

We liked the proximity of the hotel to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The tasseled keys were very unique. The air conditioning system would not cool, so the late afternoons were a bit stuffy in the room. If the window was opened, during the night for air, the noise from the street was very loud. If you are a family traveling with a lot of luggage, plan on making several trips up the "lift" -- it's old and very small. |

The staff was really friendly and helpful, everybody spoke good English and gave us directions and advise. Location is very good, only 2 minutes walk from Passym metro stop and 10 min walk from the Eifell tower. The room was clean and perfect for a city break. Highly recommended for those who are doing city breaks. |

The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. We arrived in Paris a few hours earlier than expected and they moved our room so that we were able to check in early. They also let us keep our bags at the hotel on our last day after check out so that we didn't have to carry them around all day. They provided very helpful information and called us a quick- responding taxi service when it was time to depart. Best service that I've had at a hotel! |

Staff very helpful with ideas on how to prioritize only three days in Paris. The location is great if you want off the tourist alleys and only 5 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Great food and shops locally. Elevator out one day and had to walk up 7 flights of stairs. But repaired immediately. |
