Regina Tour Eiffel

今回は二人利用のところを一人で利用。PASSYの駅からほど近く、橋を渡って行けばエッフェル塔にも歩いて行ける。CHECK INの時に名前を言うと、何も記入したりすることもなくいきなり部屋の鍵を渡されたのには、少し驚いた。「そこのエレベーターで部屋へ」と言われた以外は朝食等一切の説明はなし。レトロなエレベーターは趣があって良かったが、やはり滞在中、意図しない動きをすることがあった。(特に大きな問題ではないが…)　部屋は清潔で７階の部屋はバルコニーもあり良かった。湯沸かしやバスタブ等は無かったが備品も最低限はあり、特に問題ないように思う。ただ、朝食は費用対効果にやや疑問あり。日本ではないから仕方ないのか…？　全般的には問題なく、次回再度宿泊しても良いかとも思う。

暖房は完備されていました。水周りも問題なし。価格については、年末年始の時期ということもあり、適正と言えると思います。騒音と、ホテルのパソコンからのネット接続については少々不満が残りました（下記参照）。

廊下からの騒音（宿泊客やスタッフの足音、声）が部屋の中まで響き、特に夜はうるさく感じました。ネット接続については、フロンと横にコンピューターが一台あり、有料（15分2.5ユーロ）で使えるのですが、わたしが使用したときは、フランス語キーボードのみしか選択できず、特殊記号の表示に手間取りました。

Booking.com予約の条件がホテルに伝わっていたのか疑問。部屋変更の交渉をしたときの対応にも疑問。あとは総じて親切だった。

Convenient for late night arrival as it is near the metro and easy to find.

Single rooms are so small that they are only suitable for one night if no time is to be spent in the room.

The room was really large as was the bathroom. It was also fairly quiet.

The mixed reviews made me concerned but there was no alternative. I was pleasently surprised, my room was spotless and quiet for a city, the air -con worked quitely and OK they could do with a second lift but I was not severly delayed. My suspicion is that rooms below my level (5), being closer to street level may be less quiet.

Like many hotels in Paris it is expensive for what you get!

It was close to shopping

For the price of the room I was a bit disapointed, the curtains were falling off the rods, the walls had large cracks in them and the pictures that were posted on the net were not the same rooms as I had expected. The staff was great, EXCEPT for one gentleman that worked the front desk during the day who was quite rude!

Office/front desk staff were very helpful and provided guidance to food and transportation.

Lovely hotel. The staff were great and the rooms were quite spacious. The Bathroom was fantastic lovely and modern. Would recommend to anybody :O)
