Off season visit, so the experience was jaded by the lack of life in the town, but hotel delivered exactly as offered. Good value and good location for this seaside town. Bet its great in the summer! |

Not far from the Beach. Rooms rather large Breakfast is chaotic. Too many guests, not enough space in the breakfast room. Buffet is always short of items |

Check in was very easy and the staff were very helpful. Great location too. We had a leak in our room - I think it was the shower. And it would have been nice to have a kettle and cups to make a cup of tea! |

Bathroom was newly refurbished therefore was clean and functional. Rest of room, was not newly refurbsihed and therefore was a bit tired. Outside of hotel and car park was a bit like a bulding site. No staff in the evening for use of bar (2200 hrs), waited 10 mins and had to leave. |

I liked the large comfortable bedroom and the comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was well organised and the staff were welcoming and polite. The room and bathroom were kept spotless. I found the design of the bath taps (on the side) and the narrowness of the bath rather difficult to cope with. (PS I am not obese!! ) |

It was a relaxing, fun hotel. A bit dated in decor, but otherwise clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very good, we had a lovely evening meal there. |

The staff were friendly and the room was fine. The food, we stayed demi pension, was excellent, both brekfast and dinner. Berck sur plage is a bit of a dire location! Cheap and cheerful, so the hotel was an oasis! |

Good for a short stay as recommended by the other reviews. I wouldn't stay here for a longer stay. (We did a family one night stop-over). This hotel offers the facility for a family room which other places nearby don't have. |

I liked the fact that it was within walking distance to the beach, shops bars and restaurants the decor of the hotel was dated and could do with freshening up. |

We stayed in a basic studio room, which had 2 double beds and bunk beds in a seperate area, which was ideal for our family of 4. Much of the hotel has now been renovated. |

Kite Festival was great! Locality was great (great restauants etc.) Plenty! 1. Room paid as Delexe was Standard class. 2. Permanent resident below kept us awake all night with very loud snoring 3. Room full of flies 4. Bathroom had several maggots 5. Bad smell of garbage in elevator and corridors |

We went into town and looked at the beach - it is good to be close to the town centre for the shops. Decor was quite out of date |

Good value and a good location. Probably needs a lick of paint to tidy it up. |

The staff and the location room a bit small, but this could be due to the large bed |
