地下鉄の駅から非常に近く、またオペラ座やサンタンヌ通りに行くバスが出ていてアクセスには便利です。が、- ホテルの前の細道には常に浮浪者が居たり、近くにはアジア人のコールガールが沢山立っていてホテルへの出入- りが辛かったです。 ４泊しましたが、当初からカーペットに落ちていたナッツのかけらが一度も動いていなかったので、掃除はされ- ていないようでした。風呂場の水の出は良かったのですが、水はけは悪かったです。 |

Very friendly staff!! Nice cozy hotel. If you are not looking for a five star hotel this is a very good option. Good location with a lot of bars and cafés near hotel. Good value for the money, will go again! Free wi-fi!! The address to the hotel was wrong, and therefore it was a little difficult to find the hotel at first. |

It was terrible, they bloked money for all group on my credit card at first day and when I departured they said that I haven't money on card and ask another card! I and my collegue paid by another card, but till now they din't unbloked my first card! I called many times they only promissed and till now nothing! |

.The staff is very nice and helpful.its clean and the location is in a quiet street.Very cute little room on top floor.nice corner pub opposite hotel .everthing one need is near.easy to feel at home. Just the fakt there is no fridge,with water and wine,and no kettle. |

Mes commentaires concernent l'hotel bergere opera, et non le Regina Opera. Le Regina Opera m'a téléphoné la veille pour me signaler qu'ils avaient pris trop de réservations et qu'ils m'avaient réservé une chambre a l'hotel Bergère pour le même prix, et qu'ils m'offraient le petit déjeuner. Rien à redire, c'était parfait. |

La vicinanza alla metro, la connessione wi-fi in camera. Le camere sono molto piccole ed il bagno necessita di ammodernamento. Per la connessione wi-fi la password ha validità 24 h. consecutive dal primo accesso, quindi va richiesta ogni giorno. Condizionatore rumoroso. La strada di accesso all'albergo è frequenata da clochard e topi. |
