Friendliness of staff. The speed of check in and out. The quality of the breakfast. The size of the family room Parking spaces a bit tight. We were asked for the spare bed for one of the nights as hotel did not have enough

The revamping of the hotel has made improved it no end. As a lot of English speaking people stay there, I wish they would have more English TV channels! As it very easy these days.

The way the hotel has been refurbished and the overall look and feel from the reception to the guest rooms. The restaurant food and service were excellent. Secure underground parking facility, which is usually hard to get in city located hotels.

The rooms were reasonable if a bit cramped and the shower was very good, bed comfortable. Front desk was very poor, massive queue to be provided with rooms (half an hour wait) followed by allocation of the wrong rooms. This then happened again when we returned to the hotel a week later. Breakfast was very average and very expensive. Staff at breakfast disinterested.
