This hotel was a real find in Reims, excellent location and very good value for money

Booking was wrongly registered as 3 people instead of 2 -- so a third bed had to be removed. The mini-bar was empty on arrival. Crumbs were spotted in the carpet. Breakfast ( ordered for room service between 7-7.30am) didn't arrive, so reception had to be reminded. Overall impression: poor. Their sister hotel, in Lyon, is much better.

Location = Reims is a wonderful town. Pet Friendly Hotel. Room service was very nice food. Breakfast was nice. Great view of the river. Close to the town with great shops and cathedral

We stayed here after a long drive because booking.com stated that this hotel had soundproof rooms. This is not the case and I had to bang on doors on both of the rooms next to ours at 11.30pm and shout for them to please be quieter as I needed to be back on the road at 7am the next day. The room was very very hot and the air con would not blow cool air. The corridor leading to the rooms was very hot with no ventilation. The sofa bed was dusty. The separate toilet had no wash basin or ventilation. The separate shower room with a wash basin was on the other side of the room.

It was very closed to the magnificent cathedral, extremely clean and a staff who knows how to make the customers feel at home.

Operating the elevator with room key, but I realized it is a safety feature, so it is fine with me

We did not like having to drink coffer/tea out of a paper mug. For a 4star hotel this is not acceptable. We get proper cups and glasgdddses at Premier Inns where we stayed two weeks before. Also in the refurbished bathroom the toilet was far too close to the wall and toilet roll holder. We are not fat but a fat person would have to sit on the toilet sideways. There was ample room for the toilet to be moved a minimum of 6" away from the wall.

Really handy for the cathedral & street with all the restaurants on. Decent sized room, really nice bathroom with rainfall shower.

The open air parking area is quite tight (didn't try the secure paying carpark though). Hallway had a funny smell to it & room smelled quite smoky.

Good location

Hotel rooms were cold. We were told that heating had been set to summer, despite 7C temperatures. First cold hotel room I've ever stayed in.

This hotel is a modern and comfortable- room is spacious -it is about a 15 minute walk to the cathedral and city centre. The staff were very warm and friendly- we ate dinner in the restaurant both nights of our stay and the food was very nice and good value

Very comfortable rooms, clean tidy and modern. Nice bar area. Excellent food in restaurant and fantastic spread for breakfast (albeit for an additional charge). Monsoon shower in bathroom. Good location from main road as a stop over and if wanting to see Reims town, right alongside river.

In the bar area the window was broken and wouldn't close properly which meant a constant smell of cigarette smoke. A couple of the staff were a little dismissive. We were over charged for the meal and in the bar, but this was mostly resolved during check out.

The revamping of the hotel has made improved it no end.

As a lot of English speaking people stay there, I wish they would have more English TV channels! As it very easy these days.

Used as stopover on way back to Britain after skiing in French Alps.

Very little to criticise. Overnight parking at €12 was a tad heavy

Large, modern rooms with good sized bathroom. Huge fridge. Free WiFi.

The way the hotel has been refurbished and the overall look and feel from the reception to the guest rooms. The restaurant food and service were excellent. Secure underground parking facility, which is usually hard to get in city located hotels.

Refurbishment meant that smell of paint and new carpet in rooms.

The staff were very friendly, especially the bar staff, while watching the England France rugby match. The room was very comfortable, clean and the food was very good.
