The revamping of the hotel has made improved it no end. As a lot of English speaking people stay there, I wish they would have more English TV channels! As it very easy these days.

The way the hotel has been refurbished and the overall look and feel from the reception to the guest rooms. The restaurant food and service were excellent. Secure underground parking facility, which is usually hard to get in city located hotels.

The staff were very friendly, especially the bar staff, while watching the England France rugby match. The room was very comfortable, clean and the food was very good.

The rooms were reasonable if a bit cramped and the shower was very good, bed comfortable. Front desk was very poor, massive queue to be provided with rooms (half an hour wait) followed by allocation of the wrong rooms. This then happened again when we returned to the hotel a week later. Breakfast was very average and very expensive. Staff at breakfast disinterested.

Clean friendly hotel it was my sons birthday and we were looking forward to having a family drink in the bar before dinner but the bar was closed due to refurbishment, which was a big disappointment!

It is unfair to give a fair appraisal for this hotel as it was under renovation.The rooms ( very modern) were recently renovated and the smell of paint and glue was overpowering. No doubt when it is complete and settled in it will be great.The restaurant served an excellent meal and the breakfast was very good.Staff were very super friendly.
