perfect location with secure parking which was important to our group.

location was very practical for an overnight stop on the way south. Check in and check out were very quick.

Level of noise from other rooms, corridors and traffic affected sleep quality. Level of cleanliness was questionable.

The hotel was overall very clean and cozy. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There is no reception service between 12:00 and 17:00. The room had week lights, so in the evening it was rather dark (especially the bathroom).

Be aware that during the weekend the reception is close after 8.30pm, so if you plan to arrive later you have to inform them; not so close to the city center, even if the tram station is within a walking distance

quite, clean and comfortable room and well located for local shops and central Reims and surrounding area.

There was no hot food option for breakfast.

- neat, clean and tidy hotel which represented good value. - good parking. - adjacent good value Campanile restaurant.

- tramway connection to city centre is good but nearest stop to hotel is 25 minute walk away. - reception is not manned until 17.00 daily. - as regards recommending this hotel to others I would describe it as functional and adequate for an over- night stay.

Close by car from Reims. Quietness of the neighborhood and friendly staff. Room is cosy, clean and bathroom is big enough. Big parking available and free Wi-Fi is really efficient. Breakfast was good

On the edge of an industrial estate. No lifts, so had to carry cases up stairs. Could not walk to Reims had to take car. No tea or coffee in rooms. No english channels on tv.

It perfectly suited a large family on the move.

One night stay on way back to uk. Comfortable, clean, nice hotel. 5 mins walk to the bus stop in to town. Straightforward access to the autoroute. Friendly staff. Excellent selection of restaurants in Reims

Weekend breakfast and checkout does not open until 08:00hrs and we needed to leave before that for the ferry - not a problem, just need to pay the previous evening.

The hotel was situated outside the city limits of Reims so imcluding Reims in address was misleading. It was therefore extremely hard to find. There was no restaurant and, becuase of a continuous thunderstorm, I had to skip dinner. Reception was friendly, and rooms were clean and comfortable. But unless you have business in Neuvillette or are on a very tight budget , it might be too far from resources for most people

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and whilst it is 5km away from the old city, the tram is about a 10 minute walk away

Notification about check in was from 12:00. However was not aware that reception no staffed until 17:30. To be fair they did have a phone contact Listed on a board at the front.

Good hotel very clean

Unfortunately this was our worst experience whilst travelling for 6 weeks. No one was present at the hotel had to go to hotel next door to query and was given a code to enter a locked door. Our room keys were in the door and as we have been travelling for a while we had a few cases and these had to be dragged up 4 sets of stairs - no lifts. Poor lighting in the stair well. It says to book in after 12 midday and we were told that no one is there after 12p.m. The next morning there was no interaction with the lady who was their for breakfast and when we left she seemed unhappy that we did not have the right amount of cash as she had no change!! Not a good experience at all.

Easy access to Reims centre.

We asked for a quiet room not on the ground floor & were allocated a ground floor room (Room 2) next to the out of hours access door & stairwell. The room appeared to be designed for a wheelchair user, there was only access to the bed from one side, no clothes storage facilities & the shower (over the bath) had a riser that only went to a height of about 1 metre. There was no-one on reception except between 5.30pm & 8.00pm & at morning checkout (we had to pick up the door code from a nearby hotel. The 'petit dejeuner' was petit & we had to complain as some of the conserves were 3 months out of date. On checkout we paid by cash, which obviously didn't suit the receptionist as our change was given in coins of small denomination.

It's cheap and have a good car park.
