We very much enjoyed the large reception area upon arrival. We were greeted by a very helpful young man on the front desk who explained the hotel's features and facilities extremely well and couldn't be more helpful. The room itself was very comfortable. Nice to have a gratuity bottle of water in the fridge. In the morning we found the restaurant area to be very spacious and calming. Breakfast was a delight with plenty to choose from, again with helpful staff. Thankyou for making our stay a memorable one. We intend to revisit.

Friendly welcome on arrival which was rather late evening, fast check in - spacious, clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities in room.

Good parking,, helpful staff, fantastically comfortable bed in quiet, spacious room with modern bathroom. Room slightly dated but decent. Exterior of hotel not appealing but not much you can do about that! Evening meal was good quality but pretty pricey.

We stayed one night and found the hotel to be quite modern and comfortable. There was good parking and the room had a pleasant view over the hotel gardens. The hotel was well located to visit the champagne cellars and vineyards of the area around Reims. The hotel was easy to access from the freeway. The rabbits nibbling grass in the garden gave the venue a country feel while being located in a semi- industrial area.

The receptionist was very helpful in letting me use her computer to but our ferry for the next day when the public pc wouldn't work. She also printed off the confirmation for us.

L'acces facile Hôtel vieillissant Literie trop molle Salle de bain pas a la hauteur d'un 3 étoiles. Rapport qualité prix pour un Week end et compte tenu des prestations mauvais

Heel vriendelijk onthaal. Veel informatie ontvangen over de bezienswaardigheden in de streek. Kamers zijn niet geluidsdicht. Restaurant prijs/kwaliteit te duur.

Malgré une réservation de chambre non fumeur pour la nuit du 26 janvier 2012, j'ai constaté au moment de me coucher à minuit, dans la chambre 223 qui m'a été attribuée, que la litterie, couette et oreillers empestaient une odeur de tabac froid. L'hôtesse à qui je me suis plaint le lendemain matin m'a déclaré que les chambres fumeurs et non fumeurs n'étaient pas différenciées. Inadmissible dans un trois étoiles. Yvan Véronneau

hotel de chaine sans surprise,ni bonne ,ni mauvaise;compte tenu de la note plutot moyenne sur booking,nous avions un peu peur,et finalement c'est tres correct le bruit des camions sur la nationnale toute proche
