All you need is excellent here, and no superfluous extras
Nice room, good location for subway connections.
Gennerally french people need to study more English, and thats true.
Staff very nice and helpful
No hairdryer. Mildew on walls. Chipped tiled floors. Pretty grim area.
Value for Money - Cheap price Nice location - very close 3-4 min walk to a Metro station Staff was very cooperative.
The hotel looked little old, didn't have that hotel feel about it, felt like a house with lot of rooms.
excellent manager Ms. Lydia, close to the metro station, luggage storage after check-out, clean bed linen, clean bathroom, quite in the night
very screeching floor, neither one clothes-hanger in the wardrobe
The location close to metro is all this place has..
Wen checking in they tried to force us to opt for breakfast, the room was tiny bare basics in the tiny room the curtain pole fell on my partner as she opened the widow, the wifi didnt work once while we stayed..ive stayed all over europe and in many other continents and this was by far one of the worst..some hostels are much better.
-Relatively clean -Comfortable bed -Good, strong wifi -Helpful staff
-Reeked of smoke--gave me a sore throat -Extremely cramped bathroom -Not a great neighborhood -Couldn't open the window (to air out room) and shut the curtains.
Very helpful staff. Excellent.
My hotel room smelt of smoke..
The room was way too expensive for what it has to offer. the surroundings were poor, i wouldn't dare to come at the hotel by night.
No plugs in the rooms for the sink...and when I asked for one was told there are not any in the building!!
Excellent view - Sacre Coeur, cleanliness, friendly staff mastering English.
The humming sound of the bathroom fan that had no switch-off option.
New management was very helpful and accommodated but I would say in this hotel again.
Room for 4 people, we had staid need major renovation, included wall paper and bathroom.
close to metro, beautiful view of Sacre Coeur, comfortable beds, free wifi (when it worked) I did feel like this hotel was at least clean.
No air conditioning meant we had to keep windows open. Normally not a problem but there is a park across the street with noisy people shouting all night every night (stayed 5 nights). They were also setting off fireworks as it was Bastille Day. Wifi did not work on all our devices. Bathroom was VERY tiny. Some finishes in the room were sub par, such as the gap in the laminate flooring and exposed pipes in the bathroom.
very good location, big rooms, clean, good staff
facilities need to be improved, shower was broken, was fixed in 2 days once reported to reception.
Good price. Near Metro. Room was clean. Good for a low budget traveller. Staff were friendly
Room was a little small, needed some attention too. The wifi didn't work and the area might not suit everyone. Outside was a little noisy sometimes.
Close to train station
Rather too expensive and language barrier
No airconditioning unit. Had to carry the fan to our room. Had to ask them to change the towels.
Close to metro station
Not sure about the neighbourhood
I liked the location of the hotel. It was very close to the metro. It was away from the tourist spots and big hotels so it was an interesting perspective of Paris. Staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions for sightseeing.
There was a lot of noise from neighbouring buildings and kids squealing for about 2 hours every evening. Apart from that it was fine.
Simple and clean rooms, safe (because they have to buzz you in and there's always someone at the desk), friendly and helpful staff, pretty cheap for Paris standards, easy Metro connection around the corner (Stalingrad!).
The carts with dirty laundry were stored in front of our room window which is not only unpleasant to look at but it's noisy early in the morning when they start cleaning and keep rummaging through it. Only book a room here during non school days because there's a playground right next to it and it's like 300 screaming kids are playing next to your bed from 8am untill you have to leave the room at noon.
proximity to metro and train terminal
a bit complicated to locate while walking
The reception and help of the employees
There was no wifi
Good location to go see moulin rouge and sacre coeur. The night staff where amazing and told you were to eat.
Wifi does not work. We had not shower head in our bathroom and it took them 5 hours to fix it before we could shower. The location not good for the price. Go more into paris and you will find better location at the same price. This was our 3rd stop in paris and we needed to stay near our busabout pick up area. I wouldn't stay here and try to see what paris has to offer because a lot of it is not in walking distance
Terrible wifi connection. Dirty bathroom. Unclean r
Good personal, not a single problem, and very clean. One block away from a metro station. Free internet connection.
The room was outside the hotel. The window was looking to no were, there was no bed light to read or something like that, and no hungs in the bathroom at all. In general minor things.
