Aircon not working, it was 26 c in the Room , we had a Dog so we had to leave the Window open, could not sleep it was very noisy with Lorrys driving past during the whole Night. Told Staff about the Aircon, they sent someone round only to say there is nothing they would do about it. Did not offer to give us another Room ect. The Toilet was very stained . This was our 1. time in a Campaniele , never again, will keep to Ibis from now on which is like Luxury compaired to Companiele for approx the same Price

Food better than expected. Nice buffet for starters and desserts in the evening and generous breakfast. We booked because hotel had air-con. It wasn`t available when we arrived (on a very hot evening). we got it switched but it then pumped out hot air. We were told it would do this for approx 20 mins befre it would cool. This sounded like no other system we`ve ever encountered and, as the tiny room was already roasting, we decided not to risk it. Result - an extremely uncomfortable night with almost no sleep. Could never trust it again! What a pity when so much of it was good.

Access to countryside was good and reasonably close to centre of Reims although we did initially have problems finding both the hotel and the centre of Reims.

very clean bathroom and it had a real bath the restaurant stff were too busy with a private function to bother with serving us coffee - and we were the only guests in the dining room.

The location is excellent for motorway access and the restaurant is reasonable. This is a tired hotel in need of some serious 'refreshing' if it is to remain in a very competitive market

Very clean rooms with beautiful bed linen and clean facilities. Children were allowed to make far too much noise in the foyer and restaurant, but there are other restaurants nearby and this may just have been one very large and annoying family.

The hotel was very well situated. 15 min. Drive from the centre of Reims and also easy to go to Epernay for champagne tasting. A real problem were the cleaning ladies. We didn't hear the other guests but the cleaning ladies were making such a noise that we woke up from them every day.

The friendly staff, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Some other people have recommended the Chinese restaurant up the road. We tried it and ended up wishing we'd gone to the hotel restaurant instead.

Comfortable, propre, personnel très acceuillant, petit déjeuner bon et copieux 9euros par personne, grand parking, côté jardin très calme, volets roulants qui ne laissent pas du tout passer la lumière dans la chambre, double porte d' entrée qui évite de laisser passer le froid, café, thé avec bouilloire, biscuits bon-bons dans la chambre, dans la salle de bain shampoing et sèche cheveux.Vu qu' il faisait froid pendant notre séjour, nous avions même un chauffage d' appoint électrique dans la chambre.Programmes de télé tnt et canal +.Wifi gratuit. Un rapport qualité prix tout à fait correct

Quand on a connu les campaniles il y a plusieurs années je trouve que la qualité de la restauration a bien diminuée et qu'il serait tant que la société campanile fasse un effort pour que les clients restent à l'hotel pour diner au lieu de chercher un autre restaurant à proximité.

le necessaire de toilettes mit a disposition et le plateau avec café/thé et biscuits le bruit !!! les chambres sont trés mal insonorisées et il y bcq de bruit trés tard dans la nuit et trés tot le matin..... les plinthes etaient sales et gorgés d'humidités. pas de brosse a toilette et la chasse d'eau laissé a desirer. pas de couvertures en plus de la couettes

Le personnel de l’hôtel été très agréable et nous avons trouvé facilement.Il y avait de nombreux restaurants à proximité.La chambre qui donné sur le parking été calme nous n'avons entendu aucun bruit. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés il fessait très froid dans la chambre.Nous n'avions ni serviettes ni pommeau de douche mais le lendemain matin le gérant de l’hôtel nous à rapidement arrangé ça en s'excusant à plusieurs reprise.Nous avons payé la nuit 42 euros alors que le tarif habituel est de 77 euros je trouve le tarif habituel excessif par rapport au confort.
