location was fabulous, rooms are all different but mine was fantastic, quiet, very helpful staff, immaculate. Great hotel!
Very helpful staff, who recommended and booked restaurants. Excellent location.
Slightly tired bedroom, dirty carpet and decoration, could do with a refurbish, but comfortable all the same.
Rooms are too small,
Everything was nice. Staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Location is very good. The breakfast was super.
There is a humid or musty smell in the rooms (at least in the room i stayed) and in some parts of the hotel due to the oldness of the building.
Location, very calm though in the heart of Paris
Came here for my birthday - perfect setting and location. Beautiful, elegant courtyard entrance, lovely decor in room and bathroom, stone vaulted breakfast room. Chic, relaxing lounge with practical honesty bar arrangement. All staff helpful and efficient. Very good restaurant just next door
mobile phone signal and wifi in room very intermittent
The location, staff and ambiance
Dusty dark rooms, labyrinth of corridors, no interconnecting rooms so very difficult with small children, breakfast in basement dark and food average.
Location Staff Quality of furnishings, decor, etc Comfort
Pricey honesty bar and drinks
everything. Ambiance and comfort beyond expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Although the room was quite small, we had everything we needed and each day we felt like we were "coming home" to our cozy pristine accommodations. Decor so lovely and invitings. The staff was extremely helpful. Not always the case in Paris. I look forward to staying at Relais Christine again in the near future Thanks for the memories!
Great location, lovely room, good service. Would definitely stay there again. Small boutique hotel with a true parisan atmosphere. Loved it.
Our stay was fantastic! The room and the ambience of the hotel were amazing. The concierges went above and beyond to make sure that our stay surpassed our expectations. We would highly recommend the Relais Christine.
Everyone from the front desk, Frank... to the masseuse, Bruno, to Gustavio getting my tea for m to the ladies at breakfast. Sweet and attentive. I sent a few friends there and have told many that it was fabulous. Got on one of the many bikes and because of the location! Really saw Paris!
My room was lovely but a bit small but I got used to it!
Rooms very dark and dusty.
Good location, excellent hardworking concierge
bathroom two stairs from bedroom, funky old building part of charm for some, not for me
Location Amenities Staff friendly Quietness at night
Breakfast too expensive
Location. Hotel interior and exterior. Helpful Staff.
Room was a lower standard than rest of hotel, as in, small and modesty decorated
Location, quiet street so no noise at night, helpful staff eg tickets to museums so no queues, choice of breakfast
Room size small but I guess that's central Paris
The staff were extremely friendly and upgraded us for free.
The A/C wasnt working throughout the night
The location was wonderful. Walking distance to everything...the Metro was close by.... A quiet, lovely small hotel. The staff was excellent. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Perhaps with the exception of the maid service, which did not remove 'used' glasses from the room, nor did she refill/replace the large water bottle in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable...and we both slept quite well!
While our room was beautifully appointed, it was quite small. Much smaller than we anticipated. There were shelves in the two closets for folded clothing, but they rose so high (up to 10 feet) the higher levels weren't usable. Except to store luggage. We were on the tail-end of a 2 week trip, had lots of luggage and 'stuff' so perhaps a room this size is better for a traveler on a shorter stay...with less stuff. Another issue: The hotel serves a breakfast buffet in the lower level. The price is 30 Euro per person. Frankly, I can't recall ever spending $40 per person for a buffet breakfast (perhaps with the exception of Easter Brunch), and I was unwilling to do it then. I tend to look at cost/benefit when writing reviews. The Relais Christine 'cost' was high - which I'm willing to pay if I get the benefits associated. Such as breakfast included in the room price. Or the water in the hotel room replaced daily. But when these things don't happen, I feel the cost outweighs the benefit. Very nice place, but I probably wouldn't stay there again.
Great location in a quiet street close to all major attractions. Staff very helpful and even followed up with a restaurant when we had problems with a credit card payment. Loved the basement dining room for breakfast.
Lack of an iron and ironing board in the room but housekeeping did press clothes for no extra charge.
Fantastic location - heart of the city but perfectly peaceful location. The hotel has wonderful charm and character and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others - and we will definitely return.
The location was excellent. The nearby restaurants would suit anyone's taste. The hotel was really lovely to come back to after a busy day and the recent heatwave!! The honesty bar is a lovely idea. Would def stay again and I don't often say that!!
Can't think of anything :-)
Relais Christine is in a perfect location. Great proximity to so many sights and wonderful restaurants. The staff were extremely professional and helpful. Room, although small, was very comfortable. It was a cozy, restful spot in the middle of so much activity.
The staff at the front desk was unbeleivably great, the room was comfortable, the high celings made it feel spacious , the location is perfect and the quiet street is very nice. Its expensive but great.
The martinette in charge of breakfast is really unpleasant and the price for breakfast is too high.
Very nice hotel! Located in a beutiful area. I definitely recommend this hotel!
