Walking to my room from the reception, bar and restaurant would not have been nice if it was raining.

Location was excellent on the banks of the Seine within 10 mins walking distance from the RER station. Good internet and free

Automatic lights in the Bathroom & Toilet were annoying

Very Nice Hotel

An extremely peaceful location in a very busy city but still within fairly easy reach of the centre.

The rooms overlooking the Seine in the new annex have a public carpark in front of them and people came and made a good deal of noise at night disturbing our sleep.

Good spa . Clean modern rooms.

Check-in was very satisfactory.

This is clearly not a 4 star hotel in any stretch of the imagination!!! When we entered the dining room and said we would like to have a light dinner, we were told to go to the bar. The bar was very crowded and noisy. We returned to the restaurant and could not be seated. Finally, after we left, an employee came running after us in the parking lot and said we could sit in the lounge area next to the dining room. We still were not permitted into the table-clothed dining room, even though we were very nicely dressed. Earlier we had lunch at Maison Fournaise, where Renoire painted the "Luncheon of the Boating Party". After much discussion, the staff finally agreed to serve us some wine, cheese platter, and dessert. It was very uncomfortable sitting in a bar-room setting and embarrassing that we could not be served in the beautiful dining room six feet away. Since this is such a remote location and it was getting dark, we chose to suffer through this rather than to drive to another location risking getting lost at night. We had already taken a 40 minute walk looking for an alternative, but nothing was around this remote location. Also, when returning from our dinner fiasco, there was a man in our room, supposedly working on the bathroom floor. He did not speak any English or French. He gathered his tools, returning once again to check for more tools, and left with no explanation. We could not understand how any management could allow a workman to do work after 7:30 PM in an occupied room. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a 2, 3 or 4-star hotel.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.

THe room computer was confusing and the tv/computer would not completely switch off when the on/off button on the remote was pressed so we had to unplug it and put a coat over it so we were not disturbed by the screen light. We were in room 129, perhaps you should check it. Also, could not turn on AC to make the room cooler thatn 17 degrees.

Quiet location, close to the river (although it is then a little walk to shops, restaurants etc). Good restaurant, and a real plus to have the spa available (free) to guests.

This is really what a hotel should be like. Excellent location, so close to Paris and yet so rural, great kitchen, perfect beds, fantastic room-entertainement system, perfect air-conditioning, delicious breakfast, in 25 years of travelling this is most definetely one of the best hotels I have ever visited, really something to go back to, next time I am in Paris, and you can even play golf, if the time is there...

Nothing negative I can think of, try it!

It was the strangest toilet I have ever seen. My brother is 6 ft tall and his feet didn't, touch the ground.

Staff was very nice to us. I was impressed. Rooms were also clean and sufficiently spaces. The facility was spaces so had no Claustrophobic feeling. Right behind the hotel was the river, and on the side was the golf course. So the air was very fresh. And there is a long, beautiful and soothing walking path along the river.

The food services were a bit of a let down, as the breakfast was under staffed, and there was no dinner, lunch & bar opened.

This place is a green and quiet oasis just 15min away from La Defense. Great place if you want to escape the big city rush but still like to be nearby.

Silence. The Seine River at its best. Walking along the river under the trees. Wandering across the streets of Rueil Malmaison. Large rooms and bath. Clean and fresh air. Close to business districts. Good breakfast.

No closed connection to the spa from the rooms.

Comfortable rooms, excellent service, peaceful location, and centre of Paris is just 20 minutes away..We are definitely coming back.

Breakfast was too expensive.

The bedrooms were comfortable, bright and had plenty of electric points for phone chargers, hairdryer etc. The beds comfortable. I liked the cd player and tv - very useful for non french speaking guests to bring their own DVDs as there is little english language tv.

I did not like the shower/bath arrangement of taps. It was confusing to switch from bath to shower and hot to cold. In fact it was dangerous as the hot water came on and complicated to switch off. The last morning there was only hot water from the shower. It would not come through the bath taps and someone came from reception but also could not get it working. I suggest some instructions should be displayed to avoid someone getting burnt.
